My experience

I'm writing this review of my experience at the Eighty 8 apartments on Maryland parkway. My 5 year daughter and I have have been living here for 8 months. The location is nice, the neighbors are friendly, The staff is friendly and management is somewhat friendly. The only issue and complaint I have is our bug infestation. I've spoke to management trying to resolve the issue I have with the bugs in our apartment. The management sent pest control to resolve the bug infestation but we are still having issues with the bugs. I'm also concerned of the chemicals being sprayed in the apartment for my daughter's health This issue began in the month of June, I tried to ignore the infestation But my main concern is about my daughter who is highly afraid of the bugs and screams and throws a fit because their is so many of them, And get this, I found some of them in my fridge and had to throw out groceries that I bought and spent money on. Because they found a way to get inside some of food that I bought. I see a few during the day but at nite is when it gets worse. I need management to move us to a different unit or a different building. I hope no parent will experience what I am experiencing now. This is ridiculous I also have videos

Staff is Good, Owner Not So Good

Good staff at this location doing the best they can with old facilities needing lots of maintenance and repair, without help from the corporate property owner Advanced Management Group (AMG) which is raising our rents this year, while cutting staff hours.

this building is ok for person as an Jr, Senior complex, good location a close to downtown areas walking distance to Fremont experience and great casinos also very quiet neighbors, I believe Dessert Plaza is great for new member to became seniors. Good living
