I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment. The space is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Chris has been fantastic to work with—always friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It’s clear he truly cares about making sure everything runs smoothly, which has made my time here stress-free and enjoyable.
Best place to live in Boston. Close to the city, and with extraordinary views. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, family environment and pet friendly.
The Eddy is the best apartment that I have ever lived in. Fantastic services and wonderful amenities. The views are also phenomenal. I’ve always been stunned by everything in here.
I’ve had a great time living at the eddy so far! The pool has been great. And maintenance is quick to fix anything wrong. The only thing is that I wish the front desk staff were there more often as I often notice break signs for over 2 hours.
The apartment is so nice and the view is absolutely amazing! I loved my time here even though I just moved in! All the people around here are helpful and friendly.
The building is beautiful, with a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and two decks with seating and fireplaces. The areas around the building are beautifully landscaped and clear of debris.

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at The Eddy. The amenities are one of the best parts of being here. We especially love the pool and the outdoor seating area with the fireplace, which is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The views are absolutely beautiful and make the space feel extra special. Having The Reel House right outside our back door is a huge bonus. The food is always good and the staff is warm and welcoming. It’s also one of our favorite spots for summer cocktails. Another thing we love is how many dogs live here. It makes the building feel friendly and full of life. As animal lovers, it’s something we really appreciate. Overall, The Eddy is a great place to live. It’s comfortable, well-maintained, and has everything we need close by.

I have lived at the Eddy for about 2 years now, and I have all good things to say. The staff is super friendly, and maintenance is very good. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the fact that there is a restaurant/bar right downstairs is just a cherry on top! My husband and I often go there for after work drinks and enjoy the sunset.

Friendly staff and fellow residents, excellent amenities, and unmatched views of the water and city. The location is also very convenient, being steps away from the Maverick stop on the Blue Line with quick transit to downtown Boston.

Its an okay building, great maintenance staff, iffy management in the leasing office. Dog friendly and the apartment amenities are good enough. But I wouldn't trust the leasing office to not try and pull one over on you given the opportunity

Love the building and the amenities are really nice. Wish the pool was open longer, but they’ve opened the outdoor spaces earlier this year which is really nice. The concierges are very friendly. Maintenance is responsive.

I love living at the Eddy. I only moved in a few weeks ago so am still getting to know the area but have found some great restaurants and love the view! The restaurants in the area are mostly Salvadorian but there's great Italian and sushi too. The concierges are awesome and the building is clean and well managed. I love the free coffee machine in the lobby. I've never lived in a high-rise before so haven't experienced the trash and recycling chutes, but it is amazingly handy. I worried that I'd hear my neighbors or noisy people in the hall but it's nice and quiet. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The only thing they didn't splurge on was having an elongated toilet in the bathroom. The maintenance people are great - I had an issue and the guy came right away. The building is super dog friendly. I haven't used them yet but there's a fireplace on the pool deck and on the roof deck. The fancy restaurant attached to the building is hibernating for the winter but once they're open again, apparently they'll deliver to your door, and they have outdoor seating so I assume they'll definitely be able to open in the spring. I am psyched the water taxi comes right to the building so we can got to the city without drinking and driving. I was nervous the planes flying overhead would be super loud but they're not. I love watching all the boats go by and the sunset over the city is beautiful. So, obviously I'm super happy living here.

The Eddy gets it. Its rare that management companies do but they have the technology, systems and people in place to make you feel like home. Its in an amazing and convenient location and you will never get sick of the views. The units are beautiful and it makes staying inside much more comfortable!

The Eddy is a great place to live! The entire staff is easy to work with and responsive.
Our move in experience has been spectacular. We moved from Baltimore MD and had not seen the building nor our rented unit prior to the move in date. The procedures were well explained by management over email and although we arrived in Boston after the office hours, we had no trouble with unit access. The interiors are tasteful and appealing. The staff and management is welcoming, positive and extremely helpful. Overall a spectacular move in experience.
We have loved living at the Eddy. The building is always clean & well maintained, the management staff is excellent, & the views are unsurpassed. There are a lot of wonderful activities sponsored by the management and they go out of their way to resolve any issue that may come up. The location is very convenient and the whole experience has been terrific. We feel like we are living in an upscale hotel. We would recommend the Eddy very highly.

We have loved living at the Eddy. The views are incredible and the community is lively and friendly. The management and maintenance staff are excellent. Any issues we have had have been resolved immediately. The staff has gone out of their way to help us out. They are very accessible and are committed to the tenants. I couldn't recommend this place more. We have been very happy here.

Ive just moved into The Eddy but it already feels like home. The staff is helpful, the community is friendly, the amenities are bountiful. The rooms are great with updated appliances. The building is artistically beautiful, environmentally progressive, and technologically savvy. Plus, you simply cant beat the harbor view. Im very excited to be living at The Eddy!
