The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

to whom this may concern, I just moved into this complex on the 31st of July, 2023. To start, when I came to the complex looking for an apartment, I clearly voiced the fact that the number 1 thing I was looking for was vinyl flooring. I was told that the unit I chose HAD vinyl flooring. After I paid my deposit and first month's rent on my move-in date/final walk through, we came to my unit only to be shown a fully carpeted unit. At that moment I was told that there was no other units available by (EDDIE). Either I was lied to, just to get me to move in to the unit or the lack of communication between the office and what units they have was totally non existent. And there means of justifying the (screw up) was to give me $200 off of my first months rent as if that fixes the problem. Not only that, but after I moved into my unit. I planned on taking a shower but as soon as I tried to turn the shower on, the whole faucet popped off as if it wasn't even attached. When I called to 'office' to make a request to fix it, I was first told that it should be 3 days. It has been a full week now since that request and I still haven't had anyone come to my unit to even look at the bathtub/shower. ALSO during my unpacking, I tried to hang a towel on the towel rack in the bathroom and the rack fell off the wall. ALSO the oven in my unit does not work. When I try to preheat, the light turns on as if it's working but no heat whatsoever. ALSO!!!! I tried to wash clothes in the washing machine in my unit. The machine started the wash but as soon as it hit the rinse cycle it stuck to where it was dumping water on the clothes for 45minutes before I even realized something was wrong. It seems to me that there was either NO check of appliances/shower before I moved in OR they were aware of the problems and still moved me into the unit anyways. Because of these problems, I will be posting AT LEAST one time daily until I have some kind resolve within my unit. Being this is the only leverage I have to make them (management) listen. And if I do not have any resolve within this next week (which would be the 2nd week with no maintenance). I will be making my presence felt around the office and tell any new inquiring tenants about how distrustful and incompetent management is here.

Hello Levi, This is not the kind of experience we want our residents to have; we want to do our best to make it right. We strongly encourage you to contact our Community Manager, Jessie, at (702) 562-8622. She'd be more than happy to talk to you about any pending issues. We look forward to speaking with you soon. Thank you for providing us with feedback, and please have a wonderful day!
It’s unfortunate I have to write this review as I’ve been doing my best to let the property management/Jessie handle the situation but it’s clear that they would rather tell me I’m free to break our lease without paying the fee and move out than them handle our neighbor whom lives below us using his apartment as a recording studio/night club. We have been sending countless emails, sending video/audio evidence that we have recorded from inside our apartment, calling security who has responded and heard the music for themselves and addressed the neighbor who chooses not to stop, calling LVMPD, even filing a police report over the almost DAILY LOUD music, disturbing the peace, waking us up in the middle of the night with the bass so heavy it vibrates our floors. Jessie has even come out to our unit and heard the music for herself and told us that the neighbor was in violation of his lease due to the noise complaints and that they would be handling the situation. They have not, but rather told us we are free to move out with no fee for breaking the lease. I feel bad for the next person to move in and realize they’re living above a night club! 3 years of living here, the complex is only getting worse!

Moved here a few months ago, not kidding we were already looking elsewhere as we are moving in. Cabinets, electrical and fixtures are old and just gross! Vinyl on cabinets is peeling off, blinds are dirty and flooring is literally like a huge sticker. Unit was not cleaned well, toilets were gross and kitchen was the same too. We decided to give it a chance and regret every minute. No assigned parking, so good luck! They only give you one pass per unit. Even when you pay for all adults and register every car. Actual building is always dirty. Dog poop everywhere. For the decent penny you pay, you should get more and better "luxury living".

Our community rents are dictated by the market daily. They can be influenced by availability, competition, & the market. We try our best to provide the resident with the best market rent based on the renewal lease term. We would love the opportunity to discuss your renewal and see how we can assist with the renewing process. Please give us a call at (702) 562-8622, or stop by the leasing office. We hope you consider renewing with us, we love having you as a resident!
Moved here from Michigan and I had to find a place of living virtually. I only lived here for two months and the professionalism and accountability are pretty low. I don't know what happened between the management, but two people who worked here during my research are no longer here. Now I have an oven door broken and submitted a maintenance request 24 hours ago about the matter. I even called when the oven door broke with my food in the oven. Needless to say, maintenance placed my request on hold. I had to call the office three times until someone picked up the phone to ask for more information. I was informed that I was going to receive a call back before the end of the day, but no call was made to me. I called 10 minutes prior to the closing hour and the voicemail came on. This is not my first encounter with the leasing office and only lived here for 2 months and I am ready to move again. I think if the staff was more professional then this would be an excellent place to live. For the amount of money you pay here, I kind of expected more from the property management.

This is a great place to live! The leasing agents are helpful and always go above to help. The maintenance is quick, friendly and always willing to take care of the residents. We have been here over a year, and still enjoy it. Everyone in our building is friendly and looks out for each other. Crime is extremely low. And they put on great community events like movie at the pool, Halloween party, wine tasting, Papa John's sets up a tent with cheap pizzas. The only downside is they are always raising the rent. I wish they would be more concerned about continuity then making more off of the apartments

We're so happy to hear that you've had a positive experience living here at Boulders! We have an exceptional leasing and maintenance staff and hearing kind words such as yours makes a huge impact. At Boulders, we are committed to continually improving our community, and it is our hope that the value that we provide, from our amazing leasing and maintenance staff to the fantastic community events, makes up for the slight increase in rent costs year over year. Additionally, our apartment rates are always dictated by the market and we are more than happy to go over your monthly costs in our leasing office to ensure that we are as upfront and transparent as possible. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us this 5-star review and we hope you have a wonderful day!
The apartments themselves look nice but the people who live here are it's downside. The walls are paper thin and both my neighbors constantly blast loud music at all hours. Even after calling the cops with a noise complaint. As I write this review my wall is shaking from the bass of my neighbors music. Not to mention if you just go for a walk around the buildings every other door you pass you will get an overwhelming stench of marijuana. Also on more than one occasion the neighborhood kids have followed me to my garage and watched me open it to see what I had inside. Clearly seeing if I had anything worth stealing. Another issue as stated in another review the entry gates seem to break down every few months and either only one side opens or both don't open at all. On multiple occasions I had to leave my vehicle to push open gates just to get inside the complex because they wouldn't open. Another thing I dislike is how maintenance crews have to change the batteries of your smoke detectors and the filter of your A.C. and this is every few months. It's extremely intrusive having 5 random men walking about your apartment especially if you work nights. Also dont lose the gate fob for the entry gates that constantly break becaue they will charge you an arm and a leg to replace it.

Your feedback is valuable and we appreciate your review. Unfortunately, noise is often part of the apartment living experience. While we try our best to make our community a home, we also rely on our residents respecting and following our community policies. If you know of any repeat offenders, please share the information with the office at your earliest convenience. Please know that we have share your feedback with our team and we'll work on improving our residents' living experience. Thank you.
This place is a stinking cesspool of a complex. My great aunt moved here this past summer and has been nothing short of "taken" by this place. She was so charmed when they said it was a secure complex (note: the gates haven't been working in several months now... totally NOT secure). She was also sold on the fact that the unit she was given had a security system (which is no good when the electrical box is outside, labeled and unlocked for anyone to shut off). Needless to say, burglars turned off her electric when they saw her leaving her apartment with some luggage last week and she and my uncle were ROBBED BLIND. The burglars stole all her jewelry, all my uncles jewelry, all their collectables, an entire lock box of money, busted the windows in their unit and trashed the entire place. This is bad enough, but piggy-back this on the fact that she's was promised a reserved parking spot in her lease (she's disabled), oh, they gave her one just this month (finally) and guess what-- NOBODY OBEYS THE SIGN. Nobody! It says "reserved parking, violating vehicles will be towed at owners expense," but they refuse to tow anybody. Furthermore after getting yelled at by a tenant for putting a sticker on their window to inform them of the violation, they stopped using even the stickers... I mean, they wouldn't want to offend the offenders or anything. They now put a simple flyer in the windshield wiper of the offenders, and it's a different offender every day. It's so sad she's stuck there in a lease that costs $1500 to break. Hopefully Alice or Nestle (who I've spoken with) will do the right thing and let her just break the lease, or at least start towing these low-lifes that park in her spot; because without any repercussions for breaking the rules, people will continue to break them over and over. *Note the managers stopped answering my aunt and uncle's calls altogether, so when I was over the other day and her parking spot was taken, I personally met with Alice and Nestle, who claim to have no power to tow or reprimand people for parking in her spot. They just drove out on their little golf cart, and put a flyer in the window. When a neighbor came up to ask what all the fuss was about I explained the situation and asked also if he'd heard about the burglary that had happened 100' away from his apartment earlier that week. She was NOT happy about my talking about the crime within their gates, and how anybody can just shut off their electric at any time.

Our Community Manager, Daniella, and her team have been in contact with your relative about her requests. We were so sorry to hear about thier break-in. Unfortunately, crime can happen anywhere. We have since worked with you to replace the window. Daniella would be happy to answer any further questions she may have, and can be reached at 702.562.8622 or thebouldersatlonemountainmanager@conam.net or our home office at customerservice@conam.com
What can I say living here is great, honestly it's perfect! The screaming and hopping over crickets and roaches at night trying to get to the stairs of our apartment or my car. I gotta say that's how you make memories little gross encounters like that ;) I'm not being sarcastic. I love it here! Plus the view, location, maintence, and staff is great! Overall an adventure that will continue here :)
The Boulders is hands down the best place to live. The staff is amazing and the complex is beautiful. The pool and the fitness center is open 24hrs which is very convenient for people who work late. They also take any breed of dog, which not many complex's do. The apartments are spacious and very well put together. If you're looking for a place to live I would highly recommend The Boulders at Lone Mountain.
This is a great apartment complex! Located in the outskirts of Summerlin in a quiet little corner. It's close to the 215 Belt Way which makes commuting around the city a breeze! The office is open every day of the week and they are open on the weekend which is really convenient for those who have a Monday through Friday job. The staff really cares about their residents and community. The fitness center and pool are lovely and well kept, and open 24 hours to residents. They have designated pet areas and waste cans so pet lovers can have easy disposal. The slogan is Live Well at the Boulders, and they do a good job at living up to that.
My wife and I have been living at the Boulders for 3 months and it had been an absolute pleasure!!! We moved across country and were worried we wouldn't have a place to stay when we arrived in Las Vegas as we were traveling with our dog. Natalie went above and beyond from day one, assisted is in processing everything online, via email and phone, and made sure everything was ready for us when we got here. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The apartments are in excellent condition and if anything needs to be fixed or replaced, maintenance is on it ASAP!! They have 3 24-hour pools, a 24 fitness center, and an awesome clubhouse with a cafe lounge and pool table. The staff is always so friendly and willing to assist at any time. The best part about this place is that we are able to have our dog without restrictions!! We have a 70 lb pitbull and it was extremely difficult finding a place that would accept him...we almost lost hope honestly until we came across the Boulders. We absolutely love our home here at The Boulders!!!
The Boulders apartments in Las Vegas have been a great place to live. From the palm tree lined entrance to the interiors, I am happy to call it home. The staff is always friendly and they are prompt in resolving any issues. They also make the residents feel like family. On occasion they will have taco Tuesday where the residents can come in and enjoy food and drinks. This past weekend they had their yearly pool party. All the employees participated by grilling and raffling prizes. It's always a nice surprise to see what they have up their sleeves! I will be renewing my lease.
