The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Nothing to not like. Location is great. Staff is more than superb. and the apartment unit itself is amazing.
The location is wonderful, rent is becoming very expensive for just a studio
The building and the apartment are beautiful and well-kept which is very important. The rent is fair. The community managers and staff are excellent. The crowd is young and we were ready to move out to the suburbs but great for city living.
Location, location, location! As a Rockies fan, this is my IDEAL location to live. Additionally, the amenities are great (with hopes for even more to be added!), community events are well thought out and presented, friendly staff all around, and I feel safe in the complex.
I would recommend! Great location, friendly staff. The only negative is that the elevators are super slow and when only one is running, it can take 5+ minutes to get a ride up
a big reason we left would have to be the upstairs neighbors. We would constantly complain and have to call the off hours line security officer. Nothing was ever done to change their continuous horrible behavior after SEVERAL complaints to the management team.
The location is truly what makes this apartment. If this building was located in other areas it would not be as marketable as the walls are much thinner than my old apartment and the build quality is ok.
The elevators are horrible and when our apartment was broken into nothing was fixed or changed based on how the robbers got into the building
I am a current resident, but not for long. Fire alarms go off constantly, it's to the point that residents have to ignore them or we'd be spending a lot more time siding on the sidewalk waiting for the all clear (that rarely comes). Management constantly claims they are "fixing" the issue, but it never stops them from going off again. Other safety concerns include the elevators. If we're lucky enough that both (if either) are operational, the wait for a mere 6 floors can be upwards of 5 minutes. To say nothing if someone "reserved" an elevator and there are none available for actual residents. It took over a month to replace the garage door from a recent break in, who cares about security anyway, right? In all fairness, they are improving. At least now they are trying to communicate about the issues, rather than leaving us entirely in the dark. Though perhaps false promises are worse than silence?

We have seen this apartment complex change in MANY positive ways since the new management! The location is WONDERFUL and we would be more than happy to recommend to any of our friends!
The people who live and work here are all very nice! Management does a good job of running the place and I feel like they do their best to help solve any issues I may have.
Its a bit expensive, but overall I love living here and would recommend to others.
Because James is the absolute best!!!! He makes this place what it is... without him I probably wouldn't resign my lease...
The price of rent and parking here is significantly lower than many of the other apartment buildings in the area and I think the value for the price is good. There are definitely a handful of things that could be improved, but for the price, I do think this is a decent value.
I think the only major complaint would be the rising costs of living here.
Elevators are a huge problem there. "fixed" too many times out of the year.
I could not understand why the community electric bill exceeded my personal excel bill. It wasnt very much money but it seemed like the rental company was taking advantage of the tenants where ever they could. My Trash, water, and community electric was over 90 dollars every month.
We've been moved in for over a month and still don't have a parking space. We put our deposit down almost 2 months ago.
The pool could be bigger and it the fees on top of rent are higher than what I was told at pre-leasing
Elevators are very slow and inconvenient because they're frequently broken. Parking is not ideal. All other aspects are great.
They were so energetic and relatable. They made me feel like part of the community from the moment I walked in.
Would not: The garage parking is terrible. I had to pay for a reserved spot because when I leased I was told the larger garage had a higher clearance. The ONLY REASON I chose this apartment. I do not fit in the underground parking garage. The elevators are annoying slow and always broken. I have had my Jeep Broken into twice in the upper garage from homeless people sneaking in. And wouldn?t have happened if the leasing agent would have actually looked at the lower parking clearance. (This cost me 2000 in stuff and a monthly parking fee) It took 6 months to make the bowling alley work. The pool was advertised as heated and it?s freezing cold Hot tub is disgustingly moldy and dirty. Pool cues went months with no tips making the table unusable The only thing that has kept me from breaking my lease has been the staff. Even with the crazy insane amount of turnover they have all been pleasant. Hector and Shala are AMAZING!!!
I wouldn't necessarily recommend solely based on this but I would have a positive response if asked about it.
Again, blatant incompetence throughout the office. Horrible elevators. 90% of the time pool and hot tub were disgusting. Office had a strong refusal to take responsibility for their repeat fuck ups.
Elevators are too annoyingly slow. There is no email to easily contact management, I don't want to call or walk in. Packages are often left at the front desk even though we all have Parcel Pending, really annoying for those of us who aren't free until after office hours.
The amenities always dirty, the wall of the stair broken, the walls of the second floor are cheep you can hear noise out side(even people laughing). I had and accident where need to used handicap space and always were people parking there... w/o the handicap sticker. the key my car side to side and there was no action from the management.
The bowling alley was broken from the day I moved in until the week before I moved out. The elevator is so slow I stopped using it. The staff is miserable and they don?t even use the parcel pending you pay to use. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors all the time. The actual unit is nice though and is pretty good quality and beautiful. Over priced trying to price as a luxury apartment when nothing works.
No one ever responded to my request and personnel was sent but I never received confirmation if anything was done. I still don't know if the maintenance was completed.
The management was amazing! When I came in Cameron was super welcoming and even stayed 5 minutes late just to show my boyfriend when we came back for a second time. Outstanding service even though we ultimately didn?t end up going with the unit because it was on the bottom floor.
The younger crowd in the building tends to get out of hand on weekends. Walking through the hallways on Sunday mornings its common to find empty beer bottles, cigarettes and things broken or trashed.
Ryan was amazing to work with!! Went above and beyond to help me with my application. So excited to move in!
Great value and location, but a few too many drunks and shady business in the alley. Also -holy cow slowest elevators ever
I have only been in the apartment for about a week now and I must say I am very happy with the friendliness of the team here!
Great apartment experience, great location, easy access to food and fun.
