The Arts is a great place to live and the leasing office staff are great
The only negative is the dog park location---smells really bad---also need more visitor parking---there is None

I really like the aesthetic if The Arts and my unit is so cute! Great value for downtown, short drive to lots of fun spots. The only issue is parking availability... be proactive if that is an important aspect to your new home!

Make parking spaces for family and friends FREE
"The Arts" can get 6 work order only on one visit. I hold on issues too long and request them all together. They handles all in one day/visit. Most of those work order need a material to resolve. That means they exactly know what they do and how to solve it.
The Arts leasing team went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly with a very aggressive timeline.
The kindest and most helpful staff i have ever had the pleasure of working with.
The online maintenance service request system is really easy. I just answered a few questions, and it was taken care of in less than a couple of hours. Its very convenient.
I really enjoy living here, my neighbors are nice and the staff is amazing
The location is perfect because it provides easy access to Downtown and Uptown.
Great staff, convenient if you need to be in downtown, pretty and large apts., nice amenities and monthly social events, all in all a very nice place to live.

Excellent and timely service
Since the new staff took over earlier in 2018, my experience living here has been great! Everyone is very professional, amicable, and truly vested in making this a great place to live.
I picked this apartment complex because it was located downtown. I have one of the bigger one bedroom apartments - it would be small for a suburban apartment, but pretty spacious for the downtown area. There's lots of storage room with 3 closets. The hardwood floors are beautiful with carpet in the bedroom. Even though the windows and balcony are on one side of the apartment, there are lots of the windows so the apartment receives a lot of natural light. The building management and maintenance staff are great and very responsive. I would highly recommend the Arts Apartments.

This apartment complex is great. The staff, particularly Jen, is very helpful and will deliver packages to your apartment if you're unable to make it into the office. The pool table and lounge are great places to hang out while you grill. The garage is pretty safe- i would recommend paying for an assigned spot though because the general parking gets filled quickly and makes it difficult to find a spot within the secure garage after 7:00. Maintenance is usually pretty quick. The gym is ok for an apartment, but there is also a 24 hour fitness 3/4 of a mile away in downtown- running there is a good warm up. The area is great- if you need an uber to get around somewhere etc they are usually there within 5 minutes even on busy weekend nights. The 711 in Arts Plaza is a nice convenience. Walking distance to McKinney, the museums and Kylde Warren is a big plus too!
I have lived here a full year now. The Arts, is a moderately nice place to live. The staff is decently helpful at times. Though they tend to say one thing and do another. I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed for costs on things, and not all of their costs are clearly explained to you when you sign your lease. The apartments are nice, fairly generic, and standard in terms of what is available in the area though. It is pretty quiet place to live in aside from the occasional dog barking.
