Apex is clean, well-maintained, comfortable layout, modern facilities, amazing views and lots of natural light. What's really important though is the staff. Candace, the office manager, is unmatched. She has amazing attention to detail and she always seems to be three steps ahead of any problem before it even lands. Management doesn’t answer to people right away not being on top of things how they’re supposed to be! The last management crew were way better more on top of things around the building always answering phones and returning calls.

This property is terrible, the owners are broke, the property is not maintained, residence are not happy, you can hear your neighbors closing their cabinets, the first thing I want to see if there’s any issues is that they cannot guarantee your safety on this property so why do we have security from 10 PM to 4 AM? Why do we have gates? Why do we have key fobs? If you cannot guarantee my safety? What is the point of all the safety features? This place is a walking lawsuit

You definitely do not want me to spread the word about my experience. I think the structure and design of the facility as built is absolutely great. A new pet policy would be the place that I would want to live because there’s not enough effort going into keeping the place clean and cleaning up after these disgusting people.

Aside fro lack of response from maintenance and the fact that the elevators seem to be always broken doen, The Apex is a nice place to live. Some people are nasty and dont respect the facility but I guess that happens everywhere.

Changes need to be made before I would pay what theApex is expecting. It is not worth the premium price for a subpar community. Lots of room for improvement. Management is super friendly and I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that they are trying their best, but the fact remains that there are serious glaring issues that need to be addressed ASAP before anyone can justify this complex.

Management at the Apex have just stopped responding to emails and work orders starting around December. There used to be cleaning crews weekly but now they do not come. I was told by staff that most of them are leaving and the owners Greystar are cutting expenses because they cant fill the vacant apartments. The back end of the apartments are more neglected and mostly empty. Also, there was a shooting here and no updates provided to the community.

Been here nearly four months and the fire alarm is falsely triggered over 10 times. The fire alarm was falsely triggered yesterday and the day before as well. No response from management as they cannot fix this structural flaw.

We’ve had both the fire department and a fire inspection company check the alarms and the wiring, and they’ve confirmed that all alarms are f unctioning correctly. Unfortunately, the alarms are very sensitive, and any smoke detected in the common areas can trigger the entire building’s system. Upon moving in, the management was responsive to every call; however, in the time I have been here, nearly every call has gone to voicemail. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend moving to this location.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! BUILDING REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE daily. Air ventilation is polluted with cigarette smoke. Management allows smoking in units and on the property and does NOT enforce “smoke free” rules in leasing agreement. Moving here was a mistake and I am counting the days until I move! Management prioritizes events over enforcing community rules!

We want to assure you that we are a non-smoking community, and we take violations of the smoking policy seriously. Whenever we are made aware of smoking issues, we make it a priority to investigate and try to narrow down where the smoke is coming from. However, as we are a mid-rise building, it can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint the exact source of the smoke, especially if it's traveling through ventilation systems. We understand how disruptive this can be, and we are committed to doing everything we can to address the situation. Our move in was completed easily and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance man, Bobby, is enjoyable to work with.

The Apex apartments are the first apartments I have ever resided at where I have been excited to renew my lease! The property is well maintained inside and out, feels safe and secure, has a sense of community, and a kind/knowledgeable staff.

Life at The Apex @ Meadows is wonderful! My studio is beautiful, high quality and perfectly suits the needs of a quiet, hard-working single person. On the property, there are lawn games, a fantastic work-out room and regular resident gatherings. The staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. This is a happy place to be!

apartments are great, kept pretty clean, gym is small with low ceilings and gets crowded with just a few people as the equipment is very close to each other. Planet fitness and YMCA are walking distance.

To ensure clean and tidy hallways, we will increase our cleaning frequency and make sure our maintenance team is vigilant in keeping the common areas spotless. Our goal is to provide a pleasant living environment for all residents. Regarding the pool temperature, we value your opinion and will review our current heating settings. As of now we have the temperatures set at the max that the state law allows us too. With that being said depending on the weather of the day, this could affect the heat of the pool as well. We want to ensure that the pool water is at a comfortable temperature for everyone to enjoy. Your feedback helps us serve you better, and we will take the necessary steps to improve in these areas.
