Great place to live!

Apex is clean, well-maintained, comfortable layout, modern facilities, amazing views and lots of natural light. What's really important though is the staff. Candace, the office manager, is unmatched. She has amazing attention to detail and she always seems to be three steps ahead of any problem before it even lands. She makes time to be available—she’s present, always ready to help and handles everything with a calm confidence and grace that makes everything smoother. She deserves good vibes ONLY!

Management doesn’t answer to people right away not being on top of things how they’re supposed to be! The last management crew were way better more on top of things around the building always answering phones and returning calls.

This property is terrible, the owners are broke, the property is not maintained, residence are not happy, you can hear your neighbors closing their cabinets, the first thing I want to see if there’s any issues is that they cannot guarantee your safety on this property so why do we have security from 10 PM to 4 AM? Why do we have gates? Why do we have key fobs? If you cannot guarantee my safety? What is the point of all the safety features? This place is a walking lawsuit

You definitely do not want me to spread the word about my experience. I think the structure and design of the facility as built is absolutely great. A new pet policy would be the place that I would want to live because there’s not enough effort going into keeping the place clean and cleaning up after these disgusting people.

Aside fro lack of response from maintenance and the fact that the elevators seem to be always broken doen, The Apex is a nice place to live. Some people are nasty and dont respect the facility but I guess that happens everywhere.

Changes need to be made before I would pay what theApex is expecting. It is not worth the premium price for a subpar community. Lots of room for improvement. Management is super friendly and I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that they are trying their best, but the fact remains that there are serious glaring issues that need to be addressed ASAP before anyone can justify this complex.

place is going down hill

Management at the Apex have just stopped responding to emails and work orders starting around December. There used to be cleaning crews weekly but now they do not come. I was told by staff that most of them are leaving and the owners Greystar are cutting expenses because they cant fill the vacant apartments. The back end of the apartments are more neglected and mostly empty. Also, there was a shooting here and no updates provided to the community.

FIRE ALARM CONSTANTLY GOING OFF NO REMEDY AVAILABLE

Been here nearly four months and the fire alarm is falsely triggered over 10 times. The fire alarm was falsely triggered yesterday and the day before as well. No response from management as they cannot fix this structural flaw.

Can’t get in contact with the office

Upon moving in, the management was responsive to every call; however, in the time I have been here, nearly every call has gone to voicemail. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend moving to this location.

DONT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE! BUILDING REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE daily. Air ventilation is polluted with cigarette smoke. Management allows smoking in units and on the property and does NOT enforce “smoke free” rules in leasing agreement. Moving here was a mistake and I am counting the days until I move! Management prioritizes events over enforcing community rules!

apartments are great, kept pretty clean, gym is small with low ceilings and gets crowded with just a few people as the equipment is very close to each other. Planet fitness and YMCA are walking distance.
