I unfortunately received the apartment unclean, damaged, with holes, broken and very old appliances, floor peeling off, cabinets highly scratched and much more I could talk of... Been asking for months to get things fixed but no one seems to care to do anything. My dish washer and washer don’t work and they just keep saying they will see when maintance is available but it’s been two months of my dishwasher not working. If we knew we would be dealing with this kind of issues we would of never applied for this apartment. It’s a shame because we really wanted to like the apartment, it has a nice structure but the office staff are careless of residents needs, we are only asking for what we are paying for.
Pathetic. Been here 6 months and still having issues. I had to report my stove not working (didn’t get a new for 2 weeks), missing stick for blinds (weren’t fixed for a whole month), countertops are not granite (complete lie), appliances are OUTDATED, oversized tub (bumpy-still can’t use it without scratching my back up) window fell out (wasn’t fixed for at least 4 weeks). They don’t have enough dog stations but complain and send emails about it. The dog park they have is just dirt and rocks (and I was told they were upgrading it) still hasn’t been UPGRADED! If I were you I would definitely not apply and go to the next apartment complex that is not under this property management company. The maintenance crew is experienced. Best thing they got goin is nice it gets GOING. AVOID THEM DO NOT APPLY

The maintenance office has an extremely high turnover rate and yet they are always rude no matter what with the exception of one person that has been there for a certain period of time now. The grounds are always kept unclean. There has been two attempted break-ins on my apartment and I haven’t even lived here for a year yet. I have witness kids breaking in cars and reported it to the 24 hour security and yet they never even showed up or did anything about it. I have gone as far as taking my concerns all the way to corporate just to get anything resolved, and those are just some of my problems. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease.
This apartment has many things wrong. I can't believe they have a good rating here. They must pay for it. The new management it's spiteful and the corporate does not care to even be involved. I just want a working washer so I can stop complaining. I can go on and on with how bad this place is but I've done that already. Now I just want a working washer. Going on 2 months.
0 stars! Bugs, Roaches and more bugs! No swimming-the pool is broke from the kids all the time. They have outside faucets that the kids use-you have to pay for that water. Washer and dryer, stove and refrigerator, did not work for weeks. The grass is a foot long and be careful where you step as there is dog poo everywhere, even is the mail area! SICK The gate is broke, there is no lock on the walk through gate and cars wait for you to enter and then follow you. They say there is dop restrictions-this is a lie as well.

Management was very helpful and very professional. The apartment that I picked out was very clean and maintenance Supervisor Craig made sure that the apartment had no major issues and was very helpful. He went beyond and and above to make sure everything was perfect in my apartment before I moved in. I highly recommend these apartments
I’ve lived here for over 2 years now and I haven’t had any issues. However when I moved in the unit wasn’t cleaned. There were roach eggs and hair left everywhere. There’s a seasoning factory down the street that stinks really bad and closing the door doesn’t help. The smell comes through the windows and bathroom. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything and I do mean everything. I haven’t had any issues with staff however the maintenance guys are hit and miss. My rent is going up $300 which is unfortunate because I’ve never missed a payment or paid late. It seems that money is more important than having stable tenants so because of that I’m desperate to move.

They get zero stars from me ! But they make you put at least one star . There's bugs everywhere and they don't care to come spray and if they do they come on a day that you didn't pick . The bug spraydont work .! All the lights in my kitchen are out but one and I called to put a work order in and they told me the maintenance don't fix lights as of last week. Like um when were you going to tell me this ? Never . He maintence workers don't do anything but eat and sit around . I'm fed up with this place . We never got our cabinets fixed and I've been living here for 6 months now and they always say oh it will next month . This place sucks and I hate that I moved into this place!
From the leasing staff not knowing how to do their jobs correctly to the macitence staff not knowing how to fix anything. I have never heard of a leasing manager that will change your leasing date and then tell you to PROVE that she changed it. That's falsifying and forging documents. You can call the office but chances are you can call several different times a day and no one will answer. Office staff thinks it's okay to park their cars in front of the ONLY parking spaces is front of the mailboxes so where are residents suppose to check their mail? Obviously communication between the office and the residents is nonexistent! You can make a work order "online" then they will make you wait well over 3 weeks and when you call they say there's no trace of the work order. The gates that are suppose to be there for your "safety" HARDLY EVER WORKS. IF maintenances does come they don't repair anything they will Mickey Mouse the repair and leave a mess everywhere and whatever they tried to fix will break days later. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE!

These apartments aren't terrible. I wish the neighbors were a little more quiet, but they are not out of control loud. everyone keeps to themselves. The office staff is friendly and are willing to help if you go into the office they have a hard time picking up the phone but if you go in the office they are glad to help. I haven't had any maintenance issues and I have lived here for 9 mo. I did need a light bulb replaced as well as an air filter but they changed them for me within an hour of requesting it.
The apartments are very clean when you move in. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is done quickly and efficiently. The grounds are well taken care of. The location is great too. Simply perfect for someone looking for a great place to stay in Vegas.
This apartment complex is perfect. Nice common areas with a well maintained courtyard and pool. The complex also has a small fitness room. The apartment is in a great location. Just minutes away from the major highways in Vegas. Located far enough from the Las Vegas strip that you don't get caught up in the busy lifestyle, but close enough that it does not take long to get there.
My apartment was selected for its proximity to my job, which was in a fairly remote area away from metropolitan Las Vegas. It is spacious for a one-bedroom and reasonably priced. My brother commented on the size on a recent visit. Security was a concern when I first moved in, but management has improved security significantly in the last six months. Appliances are up-to-date and include a good-sized refrigerator (the ice-maker is a real plus!) and a microwave/gas range/self cleaning oven unit. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.
