Security is not a question. Keycard is needed to even breathe in this building. I feel very safe living here and love how friendly other residents/staff are!
Great apartment. Awesome atmosphere. Even better amenities. Leasing lady that I went to to pick up keys and everything was bit rude though, she was a bit condescending. Aside from that no complaints.

It’s in downtown but safe, one of the best residential building in Houston downtown. Maintenance and concierge service is really good. Only thing I don’t like is ceiling is not painted and balcony windows are never cleaned as part of annual window cleaning.

The amenities, the concierges, and maintenance are great. Noise can be a little difficult but considering it's the heart of Houston and the area is very convenient to live in it, it's worth it.

I had a great tour at Sodo on Main! The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning, and the whole staff was very friendly. I was planning on applying to live in a one bedroom there but unfortunately my moving plans changed. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice and affordable high rise in downtown Houston to consider Sodo on Main.

Sodo on Main has more pros than cons, with the largest cons simply being the increasing rent prices and poor communication with management. The location is prime and with 24/7 concierge, occasional security, flexible free parking for yourself/guests, and responsive maintenance, living here is usually good. The amenities are cool, but can become too busy to utilize sometimes despite the 2 guests per resident rule. Noise is to be expected in this area of town, but it is nothing unbearable. Ultimately. I would recommend living here if you have the funds to not be bothered by inconveniences like occasionally broken elevators and poor communication with leasing agents.

So far, the only thing that has been challenging are the elevators. If they can get that fixed then everything would be great. Fast and friendly service is also great here.

It’s such a great community they have just implemented better parking rules the place is pretty clean. However, it’s not consistent ever since the previous property managers left we no longer get monthly events. Guess we didn’t know how good we had it when we used to come together for various events that were put together by the property managers that allowed you to get to know your neighbors which is hard to do in an apartment setting. Now we get emails the DAY OF when a food truck may or may not appear it’s like they don’t care but rent still goes up gym and amenities have doubled so where’s the love for the people paying their rent on time? Anyways I’m considering leaving no specials for existing residents when it’s time to renew and no more perks that I had when I moved here 2years ago.

The wheels and tires were stolen off my vehicle in the parking garage. The parking garage gate is always broken. We have a security guard who is supposed to be watching the cameras so I don’t understand how someone was able to steal my wheels and tires off my car when all these security measures are supposed to be in place. The carpet in the hallways of the south tower is disgusting and there is always dog pee in the elevators.

The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable and respectful. The location, the amenities, the incredible view, SoDo is definitely the best place to live.

I just Renewed my leasing with Sodo, and I can tell this was the second best decision we did, the first great decision was to chosen Sodo a year ago. My husband and I have a nice time here, plp who work in the building is nice and the community areas are always clean! Downtown as a city can be a little crazy sometimes but inside the building you can feel secured , safe and eventually call this place your home ??

Would be a 5 star but the elevators were down like half a year and it took a really long time to get on it when only 1 was available other than that everything is great

Cool view, apartment spacious, rude and unprofessional maintenance staff. Resident assistants slow to address emergency concerns. Staff was late for my move in . Had me waiting 36 minutes all while the HEAD manager was sitting there. I feel that I have not received the type of customer service that should be in line with “LUXURY” community in an area that’s as pricy as Downtown HOUSTON. Please for all our sake , please do better

Would not recommend. Building elevators do not work and leasing staff fails to communicate effectively. Leasing staff continues to come up with excuses for inability to communicate and charges high rent. Building had flys and parking garage full of cars that seem to be stolen or have expired plates.

I moved to this property 2 weeks ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone from staff concierge, management, maintenance have been very helpful and nice. I love the location, facilities and would highly recommend this place.
