Huntridge borders Downtown Las Vegas to the south, neighboring the renowned Arts and Gateway Districts. The neighborhood houses to the historic Huntridge Theater, which is currently undergoing revitalization. Huntridge is also known for its classic Las Vegas wedding chapels. A Little White Chapel has been open since 1951 and has been used by tons of celebrities from Frank Sinatra to Britney Spears.
Close proximity to several Las Vegas culture and entertainment districts means residents can enjoy nightlife and major attractions with ease. Huntridge also has its own casinos, bars, and quirky attractions such as Zak Bagans' Haunted Museum. Property Ratings at Showboat Park Apartments
I do not recommend these apartments, they are not safe. At night, many people walk around on the street. Women who walk in the streets go in to do their things inside the complex. There is no good security. The office staff treats you like they have no other choice. If you raise any concerns, they do not provide a solution for anything. Therefore, think carefully before living in this complex.
Management Staff is Amazing, Maintance staff usually responds within 24 hours. The only downside of this property is the walls are paper thin. You hear every conversation, toilets being flushed, water being turned on, etc. when My neighbors slam their doors all my dishes rattle in the cupboards
