Friendliest staff I've encountered at an apartment complex. Apartment is in a super walkable area, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk.

Love living here, all staff is so friendly and helpful and the units are nicely kept. Do not like living next to the pool for noise reasons, see people smoking and acting like its a nightclub out there all the time

Location is great but sadly the construction on white oak is really inconveniencing to go west bound on i-10 and hearing constant construction. The building is beautiful and they have been doing plenty of upgrades to make it great.

moving in was tedious because the parking garage does not fit a normal u-haul!!! be advised its easier to borrow a normal pickup truck and make trips, or move everything to a storage unit nearby slowly. moving in is a slow, all-day event that is painful because there is no freight elevator. the appliances are nothing special, and neither are the amenities but the price reflects that. good apartment and good price where you only pay for what you actually use, (the gym and pool) and not being charged extra for a "game room" that no one uses.

I really do like my apartment and the people in the leasing office are genuinely nice. But the way management has handled security issues has been frustrating and unacceptable. My $600 bike was stolen—while locked—from the bike rack inside a locked parking garage that supposedly has 24-hour security. I’ve asked multiple times for the security footage and have been completely ignored. They won’t show it to me and they’ve done nothing to make it right. Instead, they spent thousands of dollars installing a cage around the bike racks after my bike was stolen, clearly acknowledging there’s a problem—but they’ve never offered to compensate me or even acknowledge that my bike being stolen matters. On top of that, my unit used to be the show unit, so random people constantly steal my assigned parking spot. I’ve been understanding and haven’t towed anyone, but when I park in a different spot that doesn’t block anyone, they threaten to ticket me. Meanwhile, I’ve had five Amazon packages stolen, and after six months I still don’t have access to an Amazon locker. It seems like they only enforce rules when it’s convenient for them, not when it comes to actually protecting residents or their property. If I’m paying premium rent, I expect more than silence and inaction when my things are stolen inside what’s supposed to be a secure facility. I didn’t move here to worry about everything I own getting stolen while management shrugs.

While crime can occur anywhere, we understand how frustrating and upsetting it is when it happens close to home. Please know that, for the safety and privacy of all our residents, we are unable to release or allow viewing of security footage without a court subpoena presented to the appropriate authorities. This policy is in place to protect the privacy of everyone in our community, and unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our limited access and deter these types of incidents, the addition of the bike room was a direct action to provide residents with a more secure space for their bicycles. We hope you’re able to see the value in this amenity and take advantage of it moving forward. Regarding the issue of vehicles parking in your designated space, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly to our management office so we can assist you promptly. Our team is always here to help address these matters as they occur. Please refrain from parking in drive ways that prevent access to dumpsters and major safety equipment such as the fire pump. Lastly, while we are unable to compensate residents for incidents caused by others outside of our control, your renters insurance may offer coverage for personal property loss. We encourage you to file a claim with your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Again, we sincerely apologize for the negative experience you’ve had and appreciate your feedback. The Leasing Office Team is great! I love being at Sawyer Heights because they call me by my name and ask how I am. They are super friendly and personable. The maintenance team is so quick to help with any orders submitted, something within 15 min of submitting the request and are professional and friendly. The residents too are great and really personable. I've lived in many apartments and hands down this is the best experience I've had in a community before. Overall great place to live! Wish there was a better recycling program on each floor. Still trying to figure out how to let delivery people into the building. Love the amenities. Sawyer Heights Lofts is a great place to live. Within walking distance to the Heights and right next to the walking trail, it is very convenient. The management is always responsive and does a great job.

The best place to live in Houston is here in the city center with the best food and drinks also all the amenities. I enjoy all the bike trails and pool also gym and people they be are very friendly.

I really enjoyed the Sawyer Heights Loft experience. It's a experience within it self like no other. Very nice staff all of them courteous and just respectful. Management is very approachable and very kind. Staff is on top of keeping the place clean and presentable at all times. I like the security in place. The christmas holiday event held for the residents was well put together, good quality is what they offer here.

Overall, my experience has been good living at Sawyer Heights Lofts mostly due to the staff. They have been extremely kind and accommodating towards me from day one. My neighbors are nice and pretty cool. The dogs are all well behaved and I love when the owners allow me to pet them. The location is the best part of living here. It's like your own little "city" with the Target, restaurants, shopping center; then you have total nature just a few steps away in the other direction. My only complaint is that the communal areas could be a bit cleaner, especially the pool during warm seasons, and have the building sprayed more frequently by an exterminator.

The location of Sawyer Heights Lofts is excellent if you love a balance of shopping, biking, or trails and a centralized location in Houston. Sawyer Heights Loft is the place for you. However, the building is older compared to other apartments in the area. Also, the parking garage safety is terrible. Your vehicle will be broken into at least once, and if you bring it to the office's attention, they will disregard your concerns and say others have had the same issues. The cameras, located in the parking garage, claim to work, however, the wires are sticking out and appear tampered with every morning. The only drawback would be the safety, but if that's an important aspect, then this may not be the place for you. If that's not important, sawyer heights are the place for you!
