When we moved in 8 years ago it was a great place. But with each passing year it’s going down hill. Poor maintenance response, multiple closures of the pool due to damage from the wrong clientele allowed in the property, fist fights within the complex, etc…

I had really high hopes for this community upon my initial visit. I had first toured the Resort at the Lakes and was drawn to this property due to the location. However, once I moved in everything went downhill. I won't bore you with the long winded stories and many pictures and videos but I will let you know that you will be told that your apartment will be in perfect condition (not even a scratch on the microwave - according to my tour guide) but that is not true. The apartment I moved into was one that the tenants had been evicted from - I had confronted the office about this and they denied it, but I did find out later from other sources that the previous tenants were evicted. The whole apartment should have been remodeled - they put in new carpet and painted but the countertops were supposed to be redone - they were not so there were jagged edges that would snag on your clothes- and when I confronted them about that they said I would need to find somewhere to stay for three days until the chemicals were gone from the install. The blinds were cracked, there was paint all over the windows, the hot water heater didn't work. This apartment was not move in ready even though they made me move in within two weeks of putting my deposit down. Which, by the way you won't get back- don't let them tell you otherwise. I was told the $250 admin fee would cover carpet cleaning, I just need to make sure counters were wiped down and the carpets vacuumed. I was a single person living there and I never wore shoes on the carpets, I had no pets and they charged me for heavily soiled carpets. They also charge some bs fulfill fee at the end of your lease. Of course, when I contacted the office about it, I never got a response. I have 65 pictures of all of the damage that was evident when I moved in along with three full pages of notes detailing it all. AND... if you live over the garages you will hear the garage door of your neighbors open and close all day (one per room) and if you are lucky like I was - you will hear their Harley roar at 6 am every morning right under your sleeping head. My power bill was consistently over $300 a month from May - Sept due to the single pane windows and heat from the garages. Gunshots, fights in the parking lots, people screaming and pet waste everywhere is all part of the ambience here as well.
I’m not happy here. I moved in on the 7th of last month and I’m currently putting in my 10th work order. I have no heat and no hot water yet again.
Excellent Office assistance and Maintenance Dept excellent
My entire move in process was seamless. I love the fact that every unit has an attached garage, WiFi ready, a guard at the gate 24/7, a heated pool, parcel package service, real valet trash pick up (not putting your trash outside your front door and waiting for someone to maybe pick it up and if they don’t you have to lug it to the trash bins yourself and still pay $25 a month), quick maintenance response, no scorpions or bugs, i could go on and on. I will be honest and say that the floor plans are great, the appliances are just ok as far as being white, and the cabinets are old and need to be updated in every unit asap along with counter tops.This an old property so i expect some things wrong aesthetically. On a side note, I moved from a very “luxurious “ and “new” place with stainless steel appliances, fancy light fixtures, cabanas at the pool (not heated) constant broken gates, scorpions everywhere, and i finally have peace. Thank you to the leasing agent Adeline and the maintenance worker Jamal for going above and beyond!!!

If anyone is interested in renting at the resorts trust me this is the place where you would want to live it's quiet, no noisy neighbors. Management maintenance the staff is completely amazing here if you want to rent from a place everyone has a friendly attitude very amazing I have not had any one on this property as far as staffed and management that has ever been rude or disrespectful everyone has always been amazing with a smile on their face the greeting is amazing like no other place I've ever rented from you always give pocket positive feedback you always get a prompt response there's no other place that I would ever rent from I'm glad I rent it from here because the staff alone makes it amazing to want to live here management is absolutely amazing and my favorite Miss Naomi.... WOW! she's really an amazing person she really stuck her neck out for me MORE than a few times. This place is fantastic. I love it here. If I leave here I'll be buying a house.??

The Management and Maintenance Staff are absolutely fantastic! The property is impeccably kept and Security is good but would be Fantastic with the installation of security cameras. Location is fantastic, so close to everything yet a pocket neighbor of quiet. Police are less than a mile away! Major shopping is 2 blocks away, also freeway access is less than a mile from the property. Like I said Location gets a 10!!

The Resort at Coronado Ranch is an excellent place to live. It is clean, safe, well-maintained and has excellent management. I often walk/jog late at night and see single women walking their dogs without fear.

This place is absolutely horrible! I will not ever recommend this apartment complex or company to anyone. My whole experience has been awful due to the negligence of community staff and their lack of care for the residents!

There are so many new complexes here that I wish I would have moved into. I saw the good things said about this one and thought it would be good. It's not it's a bad dream that I can't wake from. Management does NOTHING to change the place for the better. Once you leave the office area the place is trashed. the mailroom is not secure they have a fake fob thing on the door to make it look secure but it doesn't work you can just open the door it doesn't even require a key. all the grass is dead everywhere and I have rarely seen the gardeners where I live in the back they only make the front look nice.

I have been living at the Resort at Coronado Ranch for almost 10yrs now and my experience has been pleasant. The entire management team has been wonderful. Naomi has been exceptional. She's very helpful and understanding. Cindy has been exceptional at keeping her management team and maintenance team together. I just love my maintenance crew J, Pete and head of maintenance guy are the best. Everyone except for Pete are new but all are excellent.

We enjoy living here. The pool is one of the nicest I have ever seen. It is always clean and well maintained. The office staff are very friendly, responsive and they try very hard to please all of us.

Great place to live. Property management team is very friendly. I love the private security tower. Deters alot of bad actors from entering. The whole maintenance staff is awesome. They work quickly and professional and the work is always done right the first time. I would definitely recommend living here.
