The units have hardwood parquet floors, huge closets; built in A/C wall units in every room, dishwashers, garbage disposal and large balconies overlooking a park. Units are internet and cable ready. Other amenities include elevator, in-house laundry facility and live-in superintendent. Chiswick parking (assigned spot in parking lot located in rear of the building) is available for an additional charge of $200.00 First and last month’s rent is required to move in. No security deposit, no fee. 12-month leases available. Pet policy: cats only.
