Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. Been less then a month here so far but staff is very nice and helpful. Had to print out paperwork for new job and dmv and the staff assisted me in doing so. Maintenance also respond promptly and professionally. High marks to this point.

Friendly, caring staff, treats you on a personal level. Always stops, says hello & asks how you are & if everything is ok. The office personnel has assisted me on several occasions in a personal & professional manner. The maintenance staff has been very helpful, especially Francisco who has made several repairs for me doing an excellent job every time. Once, doing the job twice until it met his satisfaction.

I have lived in this complex for two years and I must say I enjoy it. It's close to my work and I feel safe coming and going. The quad living for me works because it's a great value. My building has good people and I have had no major issues.

The Quail Ridge apartments are nice and affordable. The area is very well maintained by the maintenance staff and others. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Any concern is have never had has been addressed immediately and efficiently. I personally love my little unit. Its perfect for me and I even have room for my son when he visits. Its conveniently located to everything.

I moved cross country to Las Vegas. Doing most things remotely could have added to the stress tremendously but once I came upon Quail Ridge and contacted the Management Office, they were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Once I decided on Quail Ridge, they helped me through the application process and signing the lease. The walk through left me comfortable and confident I made the right decision. Great staff!!!

I love living here, besides the occasional siren (there's a hospital down the street) it's super quiet and so easy to focus for college. There's plenty of storage for a student. Love living here .

Quail Ridge is an incredibly peaceful place to live. Maintenance is respectful and shows up when called. The property manager is professional and kind. All of the neighbors are kind. This place is better than my expectations; I love it here.

This is the great apartment complex is real quiet the stuff that work here is real cool the maintenance people's keeping professional to keep it clean around here it's pretty quiet they're hard working stuff in the front and the maintenance they come right on time when you need them
