Find a better apartment

Washing machines are old and hardly work. Gate door has issues sometimes. The rent is too high.

I been living in this location more than a year. The new lease went up more than$50 we have to pay water,sew,trash and what is pissing me off more is the gate that they put in front of the building...and i wonder how on earth i going to move out if everything is block,they left only a 4ft wide and 8ft height...no sense at all i feel like i am in jail instead of my home.

gross....

after living here just a few months, I can honestly say I'm disgusted. infested with roaches,(they only spray if you request, and even then, they're not gone), loud rude neighbors at all hours of the night, 1000s of random kids running around 24/7. the 3 laundry facilities are run down, half of the washers and dryer are broken, they allow children to run amuck and ruin the machines. I can recall a time I was drying my newborn baby clothing and opened my dryer to find out a child put dry wall in my stuff, not just a little bit either. horrible complex, moving at the end of our 1 yr lease!
