Property Ratings at Parc Haven
I live in a studio apartment at Parc Haven in downtown Las Vegas and have really enjoyed it so far. The location is excellent, with easy access to Symphony Park, the Arts District, and Fremont Street, which makes it easy to enjoy the downtown area without needing to drive everywhere. The building has clean, well-kept common areas and a good range of facilities, including a pool courtyard, outdoor kitchen, resident lounge, co-working spaces, art and craft room, and a fitness center. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and maintained. My studio layout makes great use of space. It feels open and comfortable, with a modern design that works well for both living and working. The amenities are a strong point, including the 24-hour gym, pet wash area, bike shop, outdoor lounges, and secure garage. The staff are friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes living here a positive experience overall.

Parc Haven is a beautiful property with reasonably priced units for what is being provided. However, office staff make communication with management difficult and inconvenient and fail to uphold amenities around the building, such as the resident center coffee machine, hallway cleanliness, gym machine functionality, and control over leash laws and pet cleanliess around the building. I highly recommend Parc Haven as a place to live if you are willing to overlook the former items, as it is in a great location, and houses some fantastic members of the downtown community.

If you're looking for convenience, comfort, and well-maintained living in the heart of Las Vegas, Parc Haven Apartments is a great choice. Its prime downtown location means you're never far from anywhere—most places across the city are reachable in about 30 minutes, making it ideal for both work and play. Whether you're heading to work, the airport, or out for the night, the central location has been one of the biggest perks. The property is consistently well cared for, with clean common areas and prompt maintenance service. While the rent may be on the higher end, it reflects an expectation for a higher standard of living—and for the most part, that expectation is met. One standout feature is the community’s non-smoking policy. Smoking of cigars, cigarettes, marijuana or anything similar is strictly prohibited inside or within 9 feet of the building. For tenants who are sensitive or allergic to smoke, this creates a much healthier and more breathable living environment. It’s a thoughtful policy that prioritizes the well-being of all residents.

Where do I begin. Before I moved in this place was a disaster. I had to have my move in sheet corrected 3 times to due to inaccuracies in names, rent amounts, and deposit amounts. Then the online system showed my rent nearly $400 more than the contract amount. When I asked about it, I was told, just sign the contract and we will figure it out after you move in. I actually ended up withdrawing my application (without a refund) due to these issues. About 2 weeks later I received an email stating that if I apply I would receive 6 weeks free rent. So despite my better judgement I did. Big mistake. A few weeks later my mother had a mold issue in her apartment. So I told her to stay with me until we figured it out. She was treated horrifically. To say she was treated as a second class citizen would be a lie, she was never treated that nicely. After finally getting her added to the lease, I asked for an extra set of keys (which the lease allowed for). The front desk clerk fought me over it, at one point emailing me the definition of a key fob. When I sent clips of the contract stating that I am allowed an extra key, I was told. "thank you for your observations and opinions." Then, the one, exceedingly few, glimmers of hope, of parc haven, the charging stations. Yet now, here we are, and they are inoperable. To top it off, the pet areas have not been cleaned in weeks. The bag area is out of bags. There is pet pee all over the hallways to the point the stench is nauseating. And despite having "gated parking" the gate wasn't operational when I moved in. It was finally installed in June, and on at least 4 occasions has been broken, malfunctioning, or stuck open. To cost as much as it does, I am receiving the same (or worse) accommodations at my last apartment for half the cost. Absolutely unacceptable. Update: Management has lovingly decided to shut down alternating parts of the garage all week (levels 4 & 5 on mon/Wed and levels 1-3 on Tues/Thurs) from 6:30am - 5:30pm. Except on the first day the upper levels were closed well beyond 5:30 making it impossible to move the car for the following day. However, cars were still towed, at owners expense, without any communication from the front office. The level of sheer stupidity from the office would be absolutely amazing if it wasn't so horrifying.

There's a luxury living fee here, fyi. And you're automatically charged 150 for wifi and other fun fees. Just going to say the people moving in here lately are taking over and making it feel iffy. You might not see it during your tour in the daytime.

Parc Haven offers one of the best apartment-living community in the downtown area. It’s well-constructed with appealing exterior and sound control measures. The common areas are also well-maintained with the hallways and front reception areas smelling fresh and clean. More importantly, property managers and staff address tenant concerns promptly, handle maintenance requests efficiently, and maintain a positive relationship with residents.

Great experience so far in my first week. I moved here feb 21.2024. I love how well maintained and clean the apt and the building is. They stay on top of keeping it this way. Its pretty quiet n peaceful considering all the construction around and being downtown. Very peaceful so far, very safe. I have never seen so many dogs, its also very dog and pet friendly. They didnt give me any hard time moving in, everything has been very smooth and easy so far. No assigned parking is great. I love the fob access method to the apartment and garage etc. great internet and cable package. The Bilt app is awesome for paying rent and building your credit and getting points to put toward your rent. Its an upscale modern luxury apartment with amenities and in symphony park at the smith center , beautiful neighborhood and location in downtown las vegas. Im right behind Fremont street experience and 2 miles from the strip. Im very happy to move from summerlin. The list could go on and on. Thank you kindly for making this a new safe home for my dog and myself. I much appreciate it. :) I just wish they would make the gym bigger with more weight machines, theres only cardio equipment mainly and free weights.

From location to physical looks of the property, Parc Haven already feels like ‘home’. I love the modern look and layouts available. It’s located near the hub of all the highways here in Vegas as opposed to just being near 1 highway entrance. I’m so glad I found a reasonably priced studio downtown that’s far enough away from any crazy downtown action, but just a 2 minute drive to join the action.

I love the convenient location where Parc Haven is located. The Symohony Park development is beautiful and being close to the Downtown Las Vegas culture is what I enjoy most. Despite the rise in occupancy since this building opened up, I can say it still remains a peaceful place to live. The Greystar staff are friendly and has always provided amazing service to me.

Definitely a one-of-kind living experience. You conveniently have access to the exciting Vegas lifestyle right outside your door. When you need the downtime and quiteness, coming home really is “the serene side of the city” as stated on website. The Symphony Park neighborhood is a beautiful area with so much more to look forward to as construction continues.

Extremely poor quality of maintenance team that took illegally long to address emergency reoccurring issues such as toilet and air conditioning. Do not recommend.

Ricardo and his team has been amazing. They have been by far the best staff I experienced here at Parc Haven. I am very grateful that this property finally found a good company to manage all the headaches that residents have experienced in the first year of opening.

Upon move in I had several issues with my oven not working, the freezer had evidence of bugs and bug larva, and the garbage disposal not working. I was fairly upset to find these issues, and I submitted the items to the leasing agent with my lease inspection checklist and they immediately submitted a work order for all of my unit's issues. Within 5 days (including the weekend) all of the issues had been fixed and they replaced my fridge, which I really appreciated. The leasing agents I worked with have been quick to respond to my many email inquiries, and have been generally very helpful and pleasant.

The door and garage gate are both broken, so anyone can come in at any time. A homeless man tried to break into my unit and it took a week to even get ahold of the property manager.
I took the reviews with a grain of salt and chose this place over another option. I held off on writing a review because I wanted to give them a fair chance but this place is HELL. -Bugs -Internet rarely works (I always lose connection in the middle of meetings) -Electricity goes out randomly & often (TV, fridge, washer will stop working) -Maintenance is responsive at first, then ghosts you w/o fixing the problems -Management NEVER answers the phone for tenants -Leasing team changes every 2 months (literally on the 3rd team since July) DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS LIKE I DID!
They don’t have a printer for residents and they claim that they will print for you. However, when I asked them to print something for me they didn’t, because their email address blocks external emails. Management are not very helpful. Plus I saw the mouse ?? in the resident lounge. Wish they will improve their attitude towards the residents and be more helpful
I just moved in on 06/15 despite of construction not completed. It’s really an amateur hours here to begin with but there was no blind on sliding windows so I thought they were still working on it but nope, tenants are expected to complete their construction by hanging their own blind/ curtain. There is no bracket but just bare wall. I was also told that each apartment will have its own modem but it’s a building wide WiFi with router in each apartment. Sure it may work fine once it’s up(not working yet) but once building fills up???… You will see smaller window to right has blinds.
