The office is untimely and unprofessional. They do not understand of concept of urgency, and they never answer phone calls, emails, or posts on their residential portal. The maintenance is slapdash, and the emergency number is never answered. This place is not "a great place to live", as their answering machine would say. I would know. That's the only thing I ever hear from on their side of the office.
