We are Farley new here to orchard club, still trying to adjust into the new place and surroundings. Little bit with issues here and there, but management and maintenance does an outstanding job on being on top of those issues. Makes living at orchard club simple. Not perfect, just simple.

too Bad we can't use the pool when we like
IT'S SAD WHEN IT'S SUNDAY AT 5:30 AND THE POOL IS CLOSED BECAUSE THEY FEEL THE NEED TO LOCK IT UP WHEN THEY GO HOME AT NIGHT. IT SHOULD BE OPEN TILL 10 PM BUT THIS YEAR THEY ARE CLOSING IT UP AT 8 PM WELL NOW THEY CLOSE IT UP AT 5 ON WEEKENDS AND 6 ON WEEK DAYS .......TOMORROW IS THE 4TH SO THERE WILL BE NO ONE WORKING GUESS THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED ALL DAY I CALL THIS BS!!!!!! WE PAY RENT ON TIME AND THE POOL IS PART OF WHAT I"M PAYING NOT HAPPY ABOUT ONE BIT AND WILL BE CALLING EVERY DAY TILL THIS IS FIXED .... IF THEY NEED TO STAY LONG SO WE GET OUR HOURS AT THE POOL SO BE IT!!!!!!!! ....................

I live in the southeast area of las Vegas at orchard club apartments. The rent for a 1 bedroom is pretty reasonable for the area at a little below $600 with a move in special of $300.
