The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oasis at Piney Point
Toured and loved the selection of floor plans. Applied and excited to move in. The staff was great with all my questions and concerns.

The problem with these apartments.. the gate is always open, their stairs are really dirty, we pay them a lot of money for the dirty environment, garbage bags stay outside for a long time and cause a bad smell, The garbage containers are small, so people put garbage bags outside, causing leakage on the floor..it is bad ...

We've lived here since 2011; changed apts as our needs have changed ( they offer 1,2 or 3 bedroom apts). Great location close to everything. Reasonably priced, nice variety of floor plans. Not totally perfect but feel safe (all complexes have issues caused by outsiders). I can recommend the complex as a strong prospect for living here.

Management suck, they can not do simple task and when requesting things it is never completed or postponed. I miss the old staffing this staffing is horrible. They never answer the phone after 4pm and its hard to get in touch with the office!
Loud residents, loud cars. You must walk in if you want to speak to management, given they are available in the office. Non-resident parking within the gate is out of control and resident passes/reserved spots are not enforced by management. Amenities closed without notice. No on-site courtesy officer/police presence for assistance after office hours.
Oasis at Piney Point made my move-in process so easy, touring was Informative and location is nice and quiet.
Chasidy is the truth!!! If you need anything she is your person. She has made this process seamless! I applied on Sunday and she has been so helpful and informative and returns emails quickly so there hasn't been any delays. When visiting the office, Chasidy and Warren were exceptional with customer service and making me feel welcome. They truly are examples of how to make their tenants feel at home. I rented sight unseen and they emailed pics of the apartment and I am so pleased to be moving to this community. Thank you so much Chasidy and Warren. I'm home!

If I could stop one person from moving into these ratchet apts I feel I would have good karma for life. Car brake in every weeks shootings and poor management to sum everything up afraid for my safety

I enjoy living here. I like the floor plan, I like the amenities, I love the quality of the apartment and the price I pay. This would be a raving 5 star review except, like most complexes, you occasionally have to deal with the staff. The staff here, to my dismay, are horribly incompetent at nearly everything. If you have a package in their store room they can usually find it, if you have 2 packages they will never be able to find it until you come back the next day right when they open and it magically appeared between the time they closed and opened; this has happened numerous times. Additionally, their communication is horrible. They sent out an email with the subject line similar to "Recent Car Break-ins" resulting in a mass of panic emails requesting more information and a second mass email being sent out saying the break ins weren't at our apartment, simply nearby. Sometimes, the office is just randomly closed with no notice during regular business hours, I've never been able to contact them through the phone, I've never had a message returned after leaving several, you either have to go into the leasing office or forget what you need.

Thank you for the review. We are so sorry you have had a few bad experiences. If you would like to come in and talk about it we would love to hear from you. Please come see us at our resident functions or just come in and say hi if you have the time. Thanks again for the feedback and we hope you have an amazing holiday season!
I really wish there was something LESS than a 1 star. I lived here for two years. Throughout that time, I had a very hard time getting in touch with anyone of authority in the office. You can never get calls through to the manager or accountant without being rude first. They have no sense of loyalty or willingness to help or answer and questions. Especially if you are questioning their accounting.Don't bother calling the building, they won't call you back. Then when you question them about it, it's always 'we didn't get the message'. There should be a better system especially when you're in the customer service industry. You should really live somewhere that is professional even if it costs more. Not worth going through what we have for the cheaper cost. Very disappointed. Please please read review before going somewhere and actually take them to heart. These are real situations!
I just moved in and I love my apartment! I got a renovated kitchen with new appliances. I also have a great view of the green bayou area. I've also met some new people at the pool area, which seems to be pretty popular.
I've been living here since May of 2015. And I love it. Fairly quiet complex although it is directly on Westheimer. The leasing office is extremely helpful and professional. Apartments and huge, lightning it great and all appliances are updated. I just love it here!
The wood floors remind me of my fathers home in aspen Colorado.
Parking is bad here cars park in fire zone all the time. There is not enough parking here for guest if you complain to the office they tell you to call the wrecker service to have the cars towed away
Parking- Moved in not too long ago. What I noticed right away was that there was not enough parking spaces in the area my unit was in, and about 75% of the spaces were "reserved". They charge $25/mo for UNCOVERED reserved parking and $50/mo for covered. They also added more reserved parking by painting in more reserved spaces since I've been here. I don't think that's fair at all. The parking is so crowded here that people have to park in the fire zone or outside of the gates at the leasing center. Also, there has been a wrecked car in one of the unreserved spaces. I notified one of the leasing agents and she said that they've already been getting a lot of complaints about it and it will be towed. It's been over a week and it's still sitting there taking up precious space. Interior- The apartment complex itself is an okay size. I am renting a 1/1 and the interior is okay. They have cheap laminated wood floors. The laminate will sometimes stick to your feet and then when you take a step, the plastic peels off. The interior layout makes the apartment look small in my opinion. I stayed in a 1/1 before this apt and it was only 1 sq ft larger but their layout was open and they made use of cabinet space. The carpet feels cheap too. Appliances- They brag about the stainless steel appliances but their range will be either the flat glass top or the electric coils. I rather have the flat top electric range but I got the electric coils instead. Security- The area is okay. The gate is accessed by remote for residents and they have a keypad for guests to page residents to buzz them in. The only thing now is that the entry gate is currently broken for about 3 days now. I hope they're doing something to fix it. Noise- Neighbors are relatively quiet. The glass sliding doors and windows are the only areas where I hear the most noise. The apartment complex is really close to Westheimer, which is a pretty busy street, so it can get noisy especially when there are sirens. Amenities - The gym is small, but okay. They have 2 treadmills and 2 elipticals (one currently out of order for about 1 week since I've been there), bench press, free weights, etc. The pool is pretty popular on the weekends but currently it's closed due to some violation from an inspection. Pets- $25 rent per pet and $500 deposit per pet. Kind of expensive for an apartment complex with not that much green space.
