Beautiful, quiet, amazing
I love living here. The staff are extremely personable and kind, and I have gotten callbacks even when the line was busy! Maintenance requests are answered extremely quickly, and if parts are required updates are provided and spot on or even sometimes faster. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of green spaces and trees, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It’s within easy reach of Addison, greater Carrollton, and Farmers Branch. There are bus stops within minutes (or even moments). It feels very safe no matter the time of day, the apartments are comfortable and spacious. Currently they are updating various points of the property from functional (many structural upgrades) to aesthetic (upgraded painting and planting) that are even better. I’d lived here before years prior, and coming back not only felt like coming home, it was even better the second time around!

Grateful to be part of this community
I am grateful to live in this community. Before I chose this place to call home, I researched more than 30 apartments and visited each of them to look for the best rates, quality of service, and apartment conditions. Oakhaven was the first on our list to visit and after the tour, we knew in our hearts that this will be our first choice. I have lived here for 4 months now and I feel safe and it is quiet it is great for people who work at home. The maintenance guy, Hurturo works very efficiently and quickly and does a great job. Alex, the manager, and Gabriella, the leasing agent, does a spectacular job in communication and I appreciate their work and passion. I have never seen such an organized and professional apartment business such as Oakhaven. I like how they managed the property and the business model is very simple which is great for the tenants so that we don't have to pay for extra stuff. When there are many amenities it is coming from our pocket for frugal people like me. It is hard to rave about a place that you live but coming from my heart and my husband's heart we send our appreciation and our highest praises to the team. Thank you.

Beautiful, peaceful complex
This is by far the best complex I have ever lived. From attentive staff, to friendly neighbors. Great layout of apartments with lots of storage, large patios and ample parking. I highly recommend it.

Great Apts
These apartments are awesome, its so quiet and peaceful and its away from any major roads which is great since you dont get that traffic noise. I would recommend Oakhaven to anyone!

This apartment is a good apartment. But there are some things I don’t agree with like the construction an everything they leave people private patio open which to me isn’t safe at all.But besides that it is a good neighborhood...An animal friendly apartment but I do have some things to say about that . Have an animal you shouldn’t let your animals run around apartments like this cat he run around the apartment an tries to get in to other people apartments because the the owners doesn’t want the cat in their house which it isn’t right to have to deal with on daily basses.over all i wouldn’t say that it is a bad apartment..

We already miss this place!
We lived here for about a year after relocating from out of state for work. They made us feel so welcome and the office staff was always super helpful (they even helped us get familiar with the area restaurants, stores etc..). The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. Wish we had their maintenance staff here at our house...we have to fix everything ourselves now (*sigh*). Highly recommend!

Great Place to live
The management staff are always helpful and maintain good community standards. The maintenance staff are prompt to fix issues. All of the staff if very professional and friendly to work with. I really like the layout of my unit and I like to be able walk to stores and restaurants in out area. The area is also good for exercise walking.

Excellent service, beautiful community
The maintenance is efficient and keeps community looking beautiful and clean. Office ladies are also very kind and always provide good customer service. Community is located near grocery stores, restaurants, minutes away from freeways but is also very quiet. I highly recommend to check Oakhaven out if you are looking for a quiet place with great service.

Been Here for 4 years!!
Safe area, the maintenance people come out within hours at times to fix anything you need. The apartment staff will always listen to your requests and are helpful. I recommend living here.

Super service!
This is the first apartments I have lived in where staff actually cares about the residents and do an amazing job. Maintenance guys are quick and effective. They normally show up within same day of reporting an issue. At the office, the ladies are always very friendly and helpful.

I continue to be impressed
I’ve been at this complex for a little over 4 years and have enjoyed the entire time. They are always on top of maintenance requests (I just had my patio vanquished of wasps less than an hour after submitting the request) and all of the staff are so nice. I would definitely recommend!

Great Place for Small Family
I love this community because it is perfect for a small family! My girls and I love hanging at the pool and grilling in the update outdoor furniture. The floor plan works best for roommates, small families with the two-bedroom having two patios!! We loved the connection with staff, location, and amenities so much that we renewed another year! It is great to see familiar faces and live in a space where neighbors always say a friendly hello. I love how close the community is to Addison Circle, I-635 & I-35 that can easily take you all over Dallas. The schools are awesome with a ton of amazing little community parks nearby. So happy to call Oakhaven home!!

Safe area and great staff
I moved from Arizona with my family and it was a tough transition, Kathy and Alex made it really easy for me, they were understanding of all my needs, and were flexible to help out make my move easy and my stay wonderful. I never had any problem and whatever I asked from them they attended to it swiftly. truly one of the best places I lived in, and its super safe! I was out of town for a weekend and a package got delivered to my doorstep, I came back worried someone might take it but it was there!

Best Complex in Carrollton, Texas!!
I love living here, it truly feels like a cozy community. It's very nice and quiet literally all the time -even in the Summer time with kids being out of school! The staff is so professional and courteous-you can tell they really enjoy assisting people beyond the "move-in". They will also promptly notify you when you have a package. The maintenance team is awesome -they always start a work order within 24hrs and leave a work order completion note. This is a pet-friendly community and the grounds are always kept clean while ensuring residents are picking up after their pets. I would definitely recommend living here for better overall quality of the rent life :-)

Conveniently located, quiet community
I enjoy living at Oakhaven mainly because of the location and how quiet it is. I hardly hear my neighbors and my commute to work is less than 5 minutes.

Great Apartments
This community is one of a kind. The employees (management, maintenance people, etc.) truly care about doing a great job! They go out of their way to make sure any issues are resolved effectively, and right away! The maintenance people are always keeping the grounds clean and nice. Very friendly, clean, and quiet community. Great location. If I could change anything about these apartments I would have them update the units, as most of them are still fairly outdated, and I'm not a fan of carpet!! Overall A++, and I would recommend these to my friends and family!

Best Complex on Carrollton!!
I moved in last year in October and this apartment has been the best apartment I've lived in. I have moved 6 times in the past 6 years all over the DFW and this is by far the safest and most quiet complex. The staff is great and work orders get completed the same day if not hours after they've been entered. I would rate it higher if I could.

I never want to move!
I absolutely adore this apartment complex. The apartments are well maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, I've never felt unsafe, the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly, and the management is amazing. They are some of the most thoughtful, genuine, and professional individuals I've had the pleasure of interacting with, AND they love our pets as much as we do. I've already renewed my lease, and I don't see myself moving anytime soon. This place has everything I wanted at a fair price.

Peacefull and quite home!!!
This is my new home that I plan on living here for a long time. It is everything I expected it to be with it being quiet, new things being done to update the complex and as well as work order being done the same day! Everybody in the office and my neighbors are very friendly and open to getting to know me. I love it here!!

Home Has Never Been Sweeter
I've lived at Oakhaven for over a year, and it has been fabulous from the first day. I cannot say enough great things about Oakhaven -- From the management, maintenance, and my neighbors; to my apartment layout and its amenities -- All are awesome. The grounds are well-kept, trees are beautiful, parking has never been an issue, it is peaceful and quiet, and I've never had any concerns regarding safety or safekeeping. If you're looking for a place to truly feel like home, you'll find it at Oakhaven.

Beautiful, quiet community
I have been living for several years at Oakhaven and i have no complaints. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Community grounds are well kept and maintance is always quick. I also find parking easily and near my home.

Great Place to Live
I've lived here for the last year and have enjoyed every minute. I am in the process of renewing my lease and have only good things to say. The staff and maintenance teams are warm and responsive to the needs of community. Routine maintenance is scheduled and done routinely... and that's kind of beyond the norm in today's world. I love my apartment! The size and location are excellent. I was drawn to the natural lighting and it continues to bring me joy. I came to Oakhaven from another complex. The thing that caught my attention was the park-like landscaping and upkeep. I am so happy that I made the move! DonnaJ.

Great place to live and very helpful staff
I've lived at Oakhaven for seven years and it's been one of the best apartments I've lived in. My 1BR is spacious and well-maintained, and when there is a problem, the staff deals with it promptly. Speaking of which, I had a stressful issue last year when I was going to move out but then had to cancel at the last minute. They worked with me to keep me around, even though my apartment had already been leased out to another person. Don't worry, she still got to live here, too! The only downside is the price. I did a comparison and it's the most expensive of all the apartments along Country Square Drive, but if you don't mind paying a little extra, it's a great place to live! -- Jason W.

We Like Our Oakhaven Apartment
After living at the same apartment in Addison for 12 years, we needed a big upgrade. We wanted to move to Plano, but couldn't find any place with a large floor-plan, decent ratings, and not be insanely expensive. Oakhaven was much closer, but first time we looked, they didn't have the floorplan we wanted available. We actually placed a deposit on an okay-looking apartment in Plano. That apartment wasn't our ideal choice, but it was all we could get. We decided for the heck of it to look at Oakhaven one last time, and they had the floorplan we wanted available! We forfeited our entire deposit at the other apartment and raced to Oakhaven, hoping we didn't make a huge mistake. After a year living here, we are glad we did switch. The complex is quiet and peaceful because it is near the back of the Country Square road loop, so you don't really hear any of the Marsh Lane traffic. People love walking their dogs here. There are convenient bus stops. A big factor for us when looking for a place to live is ease of entering/leaving the neighborhood. You have to exit onto Marsh Lane to go anywhere, but there are 2 places to do so, and one of them has a traffic light. This is so important, especially during morning rush hour to try to drive out. There are railroad tracks right alongside complex, but that train rarely ever shows up, and it doesn't make much noise. During July, Addison hosts the Kaboom Town fireworks show. Oakhaven is at the perfect location to view it without having to venture into town! The ground are well maintained, and maintenance is quick and fast. Things get fixed quickly, and air conditioning actually works here! At our old apartment, the Texas summers were absolutely horrible. The air conditioner would run non-stop, and the room temperature would linger at 83 degrees. Not at Oakhaven! We finally have a good, cool apartment, even during 100 degree days! The general quality of the fixtures, carpet, appliances, etc. in the apartment are definitely an upgrade from what we used to have. They are decent-quality, not super fancy, but they are on par with some of the luxury apartments we had seen in Plano that were wanting much higher rent. A downside is that there is no longer a laundry facility. We have our own laundry machines, and you can rent them from Oakhaven or elsewhere. There is also laundry mat close by on Marsh and Keller Springs.

Great Community To Live
We have lived at Oak Haven for four years. It is a quiet secluded complex with respectful neighbors. Anytime we had a maintance issue it was fixed right away. All staff members are friendly and glad to help. I searched for weeks to find the perfect apartment and it was worth it. Our apartment has given us the opportunity to live comfortably and safe.

5 stars all around!!!
Just resigned our lease for the 3rd year in a row. Excellent management from Alex and Susan, it's always a pleasure to talk with them whenever I have to visit the leasing office. Arturo is in charge of maintenance and will address any problem immediately and in a very courteous manner. The complex is always clean, safe and has plenty of parking available. Our pool area is great, it's always clean and never crowded. With all the trees and plants you feel like you're at a spa. There is also plenty of space around the complex to walk our 2 little dogs. Our apartment is nice, spacious and very quiet. We live in a second floor and love our spacious balcony to eat, drink coffee or catch some sun laying on our hammock. My wife and I know this area well and are always on the lookout for other comparable apartments, and Oakhaven apartments can't be beat. Carlos J

Great Apartment Complex
My wife and I absolutely love living here. It's quiet,kid-friendly,pet-friendly and we have great neighbors. It is conveniently located in an area where essentially everything one can need is located within five minutes in every direction:grocery store,gym,school,dentists and every type of restaurant one can desire. The office staff is great and accommodates and addresses every request in an expedient and thorough manner. Maintenance does a great job,the grounds are kept well. It is a wonderful,family-friendly community. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Apartment Living
My Oakhaven Apartment has been a joy to live in. The quiet neighborhood and the friendly staff makes it the best place to live. I was a bit nervous to choose an apartment, as my previous experience elsewhere was not a great one. However, I have not had a bit of trouble here, the apartment itself is clean and property maintenance is great. My neighbors have been very courteous and there is plenty of additional parking for my guests. The office staff always make me feel welcomed. Rose R.

My Happy Place
Through life, we often find ourselves questioning our decisions. When it came to choosing Oakhaven as my home, the decision was simple. For one thing, the location, value, and style fits me perfectly. Perhaps it's my old-school tendencies, but I prefer simplicity. Equally important, I don't need the latest finishes and trendy amenities to make me happy. There isn't a concierge, yoga studio, pet spa, USB charging stations, or bowling alley here -- and I hope there never will be. In a word, I cherish peace and quiet along with shady oak trees (and some hilarious squirrels) and Oakhaven delivers. The staff and maintenance at Oakhaven is top-notch, which underscores my decision to call Oakhaven my happy place. ~Rick R.

My "Home" is Awesome!
I moved into Oakhaven a year ago and I just renewed my lease. The staff at Oakhaven is very friendly and prompt. Work orders are always taken care of in a timely manner. Oak Haven Apartments
Oakhaven apartments provides an atmosphere of: beautiful oak trees, quality and plentiful parking, clean buildings. IT is located in a closed cul de sac, similar to a custom, built expensive townhome small community. The floor plans have plenty of storage; class and an open atrium type floor plan with approximately an extra 100 square feet of atrium and glass surrounded doors that open up into the floor plan. The cabinets and hardware are nice; and the A/C works very well with a company that accesses the property with a reasonable A/C rate. Professional individuals house a beautiful clubhouse and are accessible all the time. And what I like is they provide a newsletter each month with security phone calls so I do not have to look them up. Maintenance responds immediately; and is seen on the property early in the morning until the evening. TENANT quality is obvious, if you want to pay a little bit more for that quality. What I like is that when I may bring up an idea, the Manager is all for it. IF you want a high quality apartment with an ambiance of a town home atmosphere, this is it. And quiet. I have lived here for a year, and plan to stay;maybe move to a 2 bedroom. It has style and attention to critical issues valued by their tenants. Michele STevenson

Love my apartment!!
I love living here! Such a pretty and quite place to reside. No noisy or rowdy neighbors. Clean grounds. I have nothing bad to say about the appearance of the apartment, grounds or staff. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly. I feel very happy and safe here. If I had to say something bad it would be that the rent has increased quite a bit in the two years I have lived here. Although it has only gone up at my lease renewal....it has definitely gone up. I am a California girl and always hear how it is so much cheaper to live in Texas. No longer true. But I'm here to stay.....so high rent I guess it will be. Oakhaven does still tend to be less than some others I have looked into. :)

Great Place to Live!
My boyfriend and I moved into Oakhaven Apartments about a year and a half ago. We love the area because it is right next to Addison but you don't have to pay the Addison prices. It also has easy access to 635 and the Tollway. As far as how things are around the complex, we have never had any problems with bugs, management, or maintenance. When something is wrong they come out as soon as possible to fix the problem. There is a big field behind the apartments that has a lot of huge electrical poles, which doesn't make for the best view if you are facing it (which luckily we are not), but it makes for a great place for our dog to run around and get some exercise. Other than that the landscaping in the apartment complex is beautiful and always kept up nicely. Overall I am very happy about our decision to live at Oakhaven Apartments and would recommend it to anyone!

Great place at a great price!
I have lived at Oakhaven for a year and have just signed for another year because I love it here. Management is always very helpful and nice and maintenance is quick to complete any requests. Safety is a concern for me when looking for a place to live, but I feel safe here which is a big plus. They are also reasonably priced compared to many surrounding complexes for what they offer. I would 100% recommend Oakhaven to anyone looking for a great place to live!
