The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Morrell Park
Management was poor. Roaches and homeless all around the property. My car was broken into many times. We left for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that was cheaper rent than here.
This is a great place to live, we have lived here for years. Very nice clean community it well kept. The management and maintenance maintenance are very friendly. The office even puts on events for the children and families throughout the year and.
More than an apartment community.....this is HOME. Love being here
This is an Amzing Place To Live The Management is always very attentive and strive to help with any issues that arise and are very Family Orintated they make Living here Great and do alot for the tenants.
Don't be fooled by the sparkling pool. It is closed often. I chose this apartment because my son has autism and needs to burn off energy during even the hottest of summers. Unfortunately, it is closed two months into the summer. The manager here is quite unprofessional and rude. She sends out letters to the residents that are condescending. The laundry room is in constant disrepair. When they are working it can be difficult to load money onto the card because the pay machine is also frequently broken. The office is closed very frequently. When the damage is brought to managements' attention, we are told it is because someone broke the rules. As apartment manager it is YOUR JOB to fix things when they break. If you are never at work...you cannot enforce the rules. The upstairs A/C units were installed and I have waited over three weeks for them to be fixed. I have no idea when the giant holes left will be repainted. Contractors often are asleep on the lawn in front of my apartment. I have paid my rent on time for two years. I have been a good tennant and have followed all rules. The central management office is unwilling to help. Just save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
