quiet place and nice location. The mainteinance service is pretty responsive. They have valet trash The only issue I have is the washers in the washateria are often malfunctioning and you have to request. refund which takes awhile.
When I started living here. Everything was nice. A lot of activities for the residents, all gates always working, people at the leasing office always kind. Now, not only the back gate is permanently closed, the front gate code was at the sight of everyone who wants to come in. People is hanging around at the parking lot all the time. It’s crazy

I've renewed my lease for a 2nd time. It's been a decent stay here. The only issue I've had is using the complex washeteria. It's common for the washer machines to be out of order and you don't find out until after you've paid for use. The entrance gates are also an issue as they malfunction usually.

Community is nice And quiet for the most part. Amazon brings my packages to my door and they remain untouched. Gate has been broke on and off, but has been up more than it has been down.

My husband and I have been here for 3 years now and it is not the same as when we first moved in. Management has changed and staff is ever changing. There's no relationship between residents and staff but how could there be when there are always new faces? At least send an email out when these things change so we know and feel like we matter. There are no more community events/food trucks. The front or back gate is always malfunctioning. The water seems to go out at least once a month. The property isn't as clean as it once was. It is still pretty quiet which hey that's nice. It just seems like people (staff and residents) are in and out and profit is the focus not the community feel that there once was.

Pretty quiet for the most part. Amenities are nice. Parking is my only issue. It shouldn’t cost extra to park where I pay rent. Parking sucks but no other issues so far.
I’m so happy to be here at Monarch Medical Center. It’s very nice very quiet lovely five minutes away from work. The experience here is just magnificent. Not only that the office attendants respect your value so very much. I just love it. The neighbors are wonderful. I would recommend anyone here.
Great location. Fast responses to maintenance requests. The only downside is the frequent amount of times that the hot water goes out in the complex.
I have enjoyed living ar Monarch Medical, staff, managers and maintenance have always been exceptional. Property is kept clean and I have not had any unsatisfactory experiences, keep up the good work team.
Great community, very quiet, safe and private. I come from a small town and heard terrible rumors about the danger in Houston. Everyone would always tell me to be careful, and there is danger wherever I live. I can now prove them wrong thanks to these apartments, I feel extremely safe, the apartment is beautiful and it was the best decision to move here.
I love this quiet complex. It's lite up at night and and it makes me feel safe. The trash pick up at the door is so convenient. I wouldn't want it any better.
Awesome place to live.....close to all the places I frequent on a regular basic. Love the fact it's close to NRG for all concerts and sporting events.
Anytime I have a need or problem it is addressed immediately. The front office is super friendly and always available. The grounds are kept clean and landscaped and the staff is great at creating fun events.
Move in was good and timely. Just an issue with getting the right fees in place. The set-up was not throughout with the code for the garage to get in.
William was and has been very helpful. Definitely in love with the property. Love the fact that they have a shuttle so I can get to work for free. Also love the gym and the jacuzzi
Very simple and easy move in so far so good nice and quiet although it’s located right by the freeway but it’s manageable the community is nice and clean and well lit at night
It’s been a very pleasant few weeks the year is going to be very good here I can already tell summer is going to be everything here. The ppl are nice small community makes for great neighbors I’ll say.
Enjoying the size and quality of the apartment. Looking forward to using my fireplace. Front desk staff are very nice. The only thing is I wish my dryer dried pillows and large loads better.
All in all, I have a good experience. What's a little annoying are the water outages, especially when you have guests staying at your place.
Not as great as when I moved in over 2 years ago. Staff has declined, tenants are out of control and amenities are declining. No where close to luxury but could be updated yearly. My unit and experience was much better in 2020. Don’t plan to renew after my 3rd year here unfortunately.

I would still recommend this apartment community. Maintenance just needs to clean up behind themselves.
The apartment is fine, but some of the residents needs to "always" keep there dogs on a leash when they are walking there dogs.

Apartments maintenance is fast at responding. Interior are a little old but good for the price. Only downside is apartments are unsafe, aggravated robbery and GTA are common occurrences.
Management is more hands on and has greatly improved in the last few months
the maintenance team has always been superb in responding and fixing problems right away. The staff have always been very friendly and leave no mess behind after the fix. Absolutely satisfied with the maintenance team.
Maintenance is quick but did not fix two of my issues.

The apartments are well kept by maintenance. Take pride in their work and obviously have goals to exceed tenants expectations.
the apartment is very nice and clean , and there are lots of amenities, the complex is so close to the medical center, NRG, shopping centers nail shops, cleaners and of course lots of good fatty restaurants.
The difficulty with this apartment complex being older is that the walls are paper thin so it's very difficult if neighbors are noisy. Wish that parking spots were respected and not taken by guests. The gates seem to be broken and left open a lot. Also wish the front would email upon the arrival of packages for a specific apartment. I've never lived anywhere that this did not happen.
The apartments are beautiful! Also Rebecca was so friendly and amazing! She made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions!
