Very modern apartment complex. Love the amenities. Gym is top notch. Pool looks great. The conference room in the office is a very nice touch. Also love the podcast room.
The garage is too small, cars have no space to drive along side one another, so people drive with no regard. There not many security cameras. Other than that it’s a pretty good environment.
I love the apartments and the communication with management. They take the time to make sure we are all in the same page by sending out emails with updates and reassuring us of the community guidelines. Everything has been great!
I truly love the community, my neighbors are kind and considerate. I look forward to the new monthly activities the leasing office puts together!
I’ve been here for a few months now and I love living here! The team is awesome and so are the amenities! When I do have issues, the team address them in a timely manner!! 10/10 recommend!
I enjoy living here! The property is well kept and the staff is friendly. Would recommend more trash cans throughout the property to prevent it from being left around in garage and entrance areas. Maintenance does a good job of cleaning but that would help.
Living at the Modera Garden Oaks Apartment Complex has been a very good experience so far! The Team does a great job too, leading and maintenance!

Great amenities, nice apartment units, and friendly management team! Only reason for not a "5" star rating is the small lane parking garage that can be dangerous at times when turning corners to elevated levels and navigating oncoming traffic. Also, some parts of the building need carpet cleaning in the hallways where stains exist and minor cosmetic touch-ups on walls, doorways, and corners. Overall helpful staff, quiet community, and polite residents living at the property.

I’ve loved living here!! No issues so far! Maintenance is always quick. I do wish it was easier to contact the office at times but when I get a call back, they’re always great! I also do wish residents cleaned up after themselves at the dog park or in the garage a little more but that’s not really the complex’s fault. Really thankful they finally included the dog bags/trash in the front of the apartment!

A great place to live. The staff is really nice. Only minor issues with design like no fan in living room, small dog park, and not enough sun hitting the pool throughout the day. Other than that, all of the amenities are nice. I love the location.

Overall, great apartment and fantastic staff! However, the hallway lights not working occasionally is a little concerning and scary to walk through. Also, I noticed a few cars on blocks in the garage which is also concerning. Maybe the addition of security cameras in the garage and having security make rounds a little more in the garage can help ease concerns.

It's a great place to live only issue i have is the parking space and the lights turning off in the hallway every blue moon. As far as maintenance and amenities go it has been excellent.

Since I’ve moved, staff have been helpful and nice. Super quiet environment and it feels safe. I frequently see security patrol at night. So far the experience has been amazing for my first apartment. :)

The staff is very Friendly and professional. Staff makes sure they keep residents updated about any news and events going on and informed if any issue is reported. Security is always there at night, very proactive.

This apartment complex opened to the public in earlier this year so it’s relatively new. The amenities are amazing but we haven’t had a chance to enjoy the pool much, it doesn’t seem to get cleaned often. Tenants are not cleaning up after their pets. In the last 4 months, 2 cars had all four wheels stolen and left sitting on cinder blocks in the garage. They claim to have security but you see them every once in a blue moon or they are sitting in the lobby not patrolling the garage. And there have been several instances where one side of the building loses power and you have to find your way through pitch black hallways using your phone flashlight. You still get charged for the Living Valet even though they don’t pick up your trash during the week the electricity is off. Their Resident portal provides you with a link to sync your back account but it populates incorrect numbers so you pay an extra fee & go through the hassle of manually inputting the correct account information.

I’ve had an amazing time living in this apartment community! The location is unbeatable, with everything I need just minutes away—grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. Overall, great apartments with a fully decked gym and a sizable pool with a large covered grill area. The hallways have a weird unpleasant smell and the walls are somewhat thin so noise can be an issue occasionally. Management is good on keeping up with maintenance and keeping residents informed. The complex is clean and new. We enjoy the various amenities available. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Overall great. I just wish that the coffee machine wasn't out of milk 75% of the time, but that's a small thing. They stepped it up for us when the power and water were out. Good people working here.

The office staff are top shelf. They are super responsive and maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance is respectful of your privacy , professional, and always ask before entering the unit. Earl, Gabby, and the rest of the staff are great to deal with. That being said …. It seems like in an effort to raise occupancy the property has lowered the screening standards for the property. The smell of Marijuana is a constant problem. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Reserved parking doesn’t exist like other apartments. People don’t clean up after their pets and the trash valet service will use any excuse to not pickup your bag. The crowd at this complex is a younger crowd. 20-25 year old residents it seems. It is almost impossible to get an Amazon package. If your package arrives after office hours due to the mail room being behind locked doors the Amazon driver leaves and doesn’t make another attempt to deliver. You are also in a super rough side of town.
