This intimate 30 unit building is situated in the heart of the vibrant Standish-Ericsson neighborhood. Hop on your bike and head to A Baker's Wife's Pastry Shop for coffee with a neighbor and some of the best homemade donuts around! Leash up your pup (because we are totally pooch friendly of course!) and head down to Venn Brewery for local brews, trivia night and live music. Spend your weekends checking out other local hot spots like Northbound Brewpub, Fireroast Coffee and Wine Bar, Lake Hiawatha, Minnehaha Creek Park and SO much more. You are going to love this location! MOD42 offers a mix of studio and one bedroom apartments that feature thoughtful details and beautiful finishes for modern living. There's also an on site, professional grade grooming station for dogs, a fitness center, and plenty of secure indoor bike storage. Choose from three floor plan options to find your perfect layout. Each unit features contemporary upgrades including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, tile backsplashes, upgraded flooring, custom roller shades, and kitchen peninsulas. Pets are welcome with a $300 nonrefundable fee for both cats and dogs. We have no breed restrictions or weight limits, so feel free to bring your furry friends to live with us!
