Miramont Apartments

The staff and the amenities are amazing here at Miramont Apartments. We have amazing neighbors and the location is perfect for us. We have access to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers… All within walking distance. Anytime we have issues with the apartment, Anthony is always quick and thorough to get all service requests done. He has an amazing attitude and is always friendly. It helps when you’re great at your job and know what you’re doing.

I really love the community aspect of this place! I also love how helpful the maintenance team and office staff are. We have a lot of wonderful neighbors and a wonderfully peaceful community.

I’ve lived at Miramont Apartments for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The area is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for anyone who appreciates a quiet, scenic place to live. One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community here. The neighbors are genuinely kind and respectful, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. The maintenance team is outstanding—quick to respond, professional, and always friendly. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve gone above and beyond to get it resolved fast. The common areas are spotless and clearly well cared for, which really adds to the overall atmosphere of the complex. It’s hard to find a place that checks all the boxes, but Miramont truly does for me. I don’t have a single complaint—just a lot of gratitude for such a great place to call home.

Great place good residence! An amazing office that is always hosting lots of things for people to enjoy and interact with neighbor. As well as maintenance is always on top of request and very kind.

Horrible staff and customer service would never recommend this complex. Anthony is unprofessional and has sexually harassed me, he makes me myself and my daughter unsafe and I don’t feel safe living here because of him.

We just renewed our lease for the fourth time. Have nothing but positive things to say about the office and maintenance crew they address any problem fast and with care!! Don’t have any loud neighbors and I personally never seen the police for any other reason than eviction

So far it's been a nice and easy adjustment. The staff and neighbors are friendly. Only complaint is the apartment building identifier could be bigger.

Great location, Quiet neighborhood, decent management. Roads in the complex desperately need repaving, and maintenance is constantly cutting across grass in their golf carts resulting in a lot of dirty muddy pits. But they usually respond to maintenance requests fairly quickly so…..maybe that’s the trade off?

Nice and quiet apartments with friendly neighbors and with fun resident events and wonderful management company. There’s lots of dogs and the occasional holiday competition which is fun.

Wonderful place to reside. We’ve been here 8 months and it’s the best complex we’ve ever lived in. Many amenities, fabulous staff, and beautiful complex.

Unfair treatment and broken promises define our experience here. Management uses lies and intimidation to push us out. They raised rent unjustly while offering cheaper upgraded units. Promises were forgotten, leaving us trapped. We're forced to use money orders despite on-time payments. New management gaslights us, ignoring our desire to stay. Health and safety issues go unaddressed. We've remained polite, documenting everything, yet we're treated as unwelcome. The emotional toll is significant, affecting our family's stability. We've been exemplary tenants but receive hostility in return. Trust is gone due to broken promises and arbitrary policy changes. This place, meant to be our home, is now a constant battle for respect. Our story is a warning: We hope for positive changes but fear this complex values profits over tenant well-being. To fellow tenants: know your rights, document everything, speak up. We stand our ground for fair treatment.

It’s been great living here in this quaint area. Also getting our service requests accomplished on time is nice, our last place would just ignore our requests and never answer the phone. It’s just a nice refreshing change especially in our growing little family.

3 years of living here and has been a great experience, I appreciated Dana for all her help and wish she could have stayed. There are a few things that I find redundant but can’t be perfect

We live in a good location and the apartment management is great. My only small complaint is the trashes and recycling have been getting very full!

I have enjoyed my time at the Miramont apartments. The staff is by far some of the nicest people. I have always felt safe and the complex is always kept clean. Highly recommend!!

Its been good. Love how its close to the lake and I can get some nice scenery in and have angood walk with my fiancé and dog. Love how the stores are close too.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy leasing experience, step by step guidance, clean, spacious and beautiful living space. Being pet-friendly was extremely important to me! Fits my budget.

Close to grocery, lots of restaurants and retail stores. Quiet neighborhood and nice area to go for walks. Love having access to a garage for the cold winter months.

The application, approval and signing process wasn't very professional. They kept giving contradicting information and asking for unrealistic things. Besides that, no complaints.

They have done everything to scratch our backs, so we’ll scratch theirs and leave a nice review. I love the community here, and the current property management actually takes part in activities with the monthly community events. It’s awesome how much they get involved.

I've had a great experience so far! I love my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, the grounds are well kept, and my neighbors are nice. Dana was very kind and helpful getting me moved in.

Dana and the maintenance staff are fantastic! They care about our community and provide very professional service. The location is very convenient.

Miramont is great! My apartment has a fireplace, a walk-in pantry, and a huge closet in the master bedroom. The landscaping and amenities are well taken care off, and the office & maintenance staff are top notch. I’m very happy here.

These apartments are pretty nice and are in a very convenient location. The leasing office is responsive and maintenance is helpful. Honestly it is where we are going to stay until we buy a house.

I love literally everything about Miramont!!! This has been the best experience. I am so grateful to have a safe and beautiful place to live, and as an added bonus there are such wonderful amenities!!

All communications with Miramont before moving in were very thorough and effective. Signing all the required paperwork electronically went seamlessly and any questions we had were answered promptly

Quite neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Would like to see cleanup in the grassy areas and around the trash receptacles. Makes the apartments look bad, especially when guests are visiting. Overall, very nice place to rent.

Love Miramont Apts! Great floor plans & landscaping, and very response staff and maintenance. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I’ll be renewing for a 3rd. I highly recommend.

It’s been a work heavy move, but the staff has been accommodating. The apartment community seems vast. All in all so far it has been clean, quiet and friendly.

Miramont has been very communicative and helpful with the move in process, they answered our questions quickly and kindly. We were able to get approved quickly and start the process of moving in right away

Very dog friendly! Lot's of shade! Lot's of amenities. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Management is easy to work with. On site maintenance is a plus!

Everybody here has been so nice and moving in has been seamless. We have been able to keep in constant contact with the leasing office and maintenance and it’s just overall been the least stressful move we’ve had

Quiet neighbors, great location, and fantastic office staff. No concerns about noise or safety at all. Maintenance has also been timely and helpful, if in need of a vacation. Honestly it's the best place I've lived and it would take a lot for me to move.

Office staff is very nice and helpful and the pool is great. Moving in from out of state was very easy, and our apartment was clean from the start.

So far really good. Love the leasing staff. It is a beautiful area and has a great pool. The maintenance staff isn’t the best, they take a lot of effort to work with. Otherwise amazing.

The management team is very responsive and my maintenance requests have been resolved within hours of submitting them. My dog loves going to the little dog park and running the agility course they have set up.

After 4 years we are not renewing our lease. Residents smoke on their patios. It is gross, unhealthy and against lease terms. Residents have too many pets, dogs that bark loudly and people leave bags of garbage outside their door. Pot holes, broken tree limbs, poor groundskeeping and other exterior maintenance issues are never addressed properly. The office staff does not serve the residents' needs or even seem to know what is going on around the property. For example, a mailbox was broken for months and one day it was replaced and there was a hand-written sign on the new box telling residents of our building to go to the post office for new keys. No notice from the office. It is a shame that since we moved in there have been ownership changes and with each change things seem to get worse. The units are good sized and the mature trees and quiet neighborhood is great, but it is not a safe or comfortable place for my family.

I have been here for 2 years now, and I love it. It is close to my job and restaurants. I love being so close to parks and even a gym if you are into that. The pool is wonderful.

I love living here. The management is great and the people friendly. It is beautiful. I would not want to live anywhere else. I am very happy here

We thought the reviews HAD to be biased or from a promotion or something with how overwhelmingly positive they were, I didn’t believe it until i asked a friend who had lived here previously. Honestly this is the best place we have ever stayed!! Management isn’t breathing down your neck about every little thing and they are very personable and kind, but it’s not too much the opposite either where they’re so hands-off that it’s run down. 10/10 in my opinion! Two parks and a wide variety of restaurants (plus Sam’s club!) within a 10 minute walking distance is a huge plus too!

Miramont is a great place to live. It's in a great location with a very friendly staff. Lots of places to walk. The amenites are wonderul. We are getting a new pool area this summer. That I am really excited about.

Great community! A lot of parking and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Love the views and the big windows. Spacious patios, nice color carpet and flooring.

Clean and quiet. I do wish they would fill in the potholes throughout the complex but otherwise it is well maintained. Ideal location in town, next to a lot of food and nature spaces

Just waiting to get little things fixed around my apartment and make sure all locks are working properly. Safety is a huge priority for me. Love how I’ve been treated here by Kensie and Dana. They helped me and went through my calculations over and over again- with a smile ??

I love this community! The apartment is beautiful and spacious. I love how quiet and private the neighborhood is. The landscaping is beautiful, trees everywhere! Everyone is so friendly. Very pet friendly and welcoming! I love it here!
