Only been here a few days. But its a pretty nice place and facility. So far so good! The apartment is large and has a cozy safe feel to it. The grounds are well kept and quite pretty. Decent area as well.

This apartment has been a really nice place to live. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The amenities are nice but wish the garages were cheaper to purchase.

I love our apartment and the location of the complex is great. It's wonderful having the dog park and I've never had an issue with parking. I do wish we had an updated unit, but it's still great. I also wish the grill area was cleaner.

I’ve loved living here it’s close to a lot of great restaurants and the location is perfect. But most of all the staff has been amazing. Anytime I’ve put in a service request Anthony is so prompt and has whatever needs done as quickly as possible and he knows what he’s doing.

Although our application process was lengthy, our move in process was seamless. And the apartment was in great condition and very clean. Such an improvement from the last rental! Only minor things need to be tended to and I’m sure they will be taken care of in a timely manner. The assistant apartment manager was great with communication and was easy to get ahold of throughout the process.

This is a great place to live with awesome location and amenities. Our fur babies are allowed and that is such a blessing. Neighbors are quite and mind there own business. I’m happy here.
This location is perfect for the restaurants and shops that are near by! And the neighborhood is very quiet! And and and and and and and the neighbors are awesome and and and and and it’s a great place for your kids to grow up
Super clean at move in! I expected to need to do some detail work as I usually do at a new place but everything was spotless. Very patient and helpful when navigating the leasing process.
I feel valued and heard for all of my concerns. I recommend all friends who are moving to choose here. It’s been wonderful the past two years.
It is so good to be back living at Miramont and I love living on the first floor! My puppy loves all the walks and being close to the pond.

Overall, Miramont is a great place to live. Staff and neighbors are great. The apartment size is great for one person who works from home. I would love to see a paint refresh, burnt out lightbulbs replaced, and the parking lot resurfaced. I truly love this neighborhood for walks with the pup!

Nice, quiet location and the staff has been helpful since move-in. The apartment is clean and overall comfortable, though the living room feels smaller than expected. It would be great to have a kids’ play area or park on-site. Still, it's a decent place to live.

I’m ok with our apartment complex and community. I love the location and size of my apartment and the fact that I have a garage. At times, there are noisy and inconsiderate people who are in the hot tub and pool after hours. I feel that upkeep of our community outdoor areas and lighting should be improved for safety issues. I’ve had several maintenance requests ignored with regard to the upkeep of outdoor spaces and buildings. The dog park remains scattered with dog poop and is not cleaned up most all of the time. I’d like the maintenance team to be more aware and identify issues to fix them and tidy up the appearance of this community more timely.

The staff and the amenities are amazing here at Miramont Apartments. We have amazing neighbors and the location is perfect for us. We have access to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers… All within walking distance. Anytime we have issues with the apartment, Anthony is always quick and thorough to get all service requests done. He has an amazing attitude and is always friendly. Horrible staff and customer service would never recommend this complex. Anthony is unprofessional and has sexually harassed me, he makes me myself and my daughter unsafe and I don’t feel safe living here because of him.

We just renewed our lease for the fourth time. Have nothing but positive things to say about the office and maintenance crew they address any problem fast and with care!! Don’t have any loud neighbors and I personally never seen the police for any other reason than eviction

Great location, Quiet neighborhood, decent management. Roads in the complex desperately need repaving, and maintenance is constantly cutting across grass in their golf carts resulting in a lot of dirty muddy pits. But they usually respond to maintenance requests fairly quickly so…..maybe that’s the trade off?

Nice and quiet apartments with friendly neighbors and with fun resident events and wonderful management company. There’s lots of dogs and the occasional holiday competition which is fun.
Wonderful place to reside. We’ve been here 8 months and it’s the best complex we’ve ever lived in. Many amenities, fabulous staff, and beautiful complex.

Unfair treatment and broken promises define our experience here. Management uses lies and intimidation to push us out. They raised rent unjustly while offering cheaper upgraded units. Promises were forgotten, leaving us trapped. We're forced to use money orders despite on-time payments. New management gaslights us, ignoring our desire to stay. Health and safety issues go unaddressed. We've remained polite, documenting everything, yet we're treated as unwelcome. The emotional toll is significant, affecting our family's stability. We've been exemplary tenants but receive hostility in return. Trust is gone due to broken promises and arbitrary policy changes. This place, meant to be our home, is now a constant battle for respect. Our story is a warning: We hope for positive changes but fear this complex values profits over tenant well-being. To fellow tenants: know your rights, document everything, speak up. We stand our ground for fair treatment.

It’s been great living here in this quaint area. Also getting our service requests accomplished on time is nice, our last place would just ignore our requests and never answer the phone. It’s just a nice refreshing change especially in our growing little family.

I have enjoyed my time at the Miramont apartments. The staff is by far some of the nicest people. I have always felt safe and the complex is always kept clean. Highly recommend!!

Its been good. Love how its close to the lake and I can get some nice scenery in and have angood walk with my fiancé and dog. Love how the stores are close too.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy leasing experience, step by step guidance, clean, spacious and beautiful living space. Being pet-friendly was extremely important to me! Fits my budget.

Close to grocery, lots of restaurants and retail stores. Quiet neighborhood and nice area to go for walks. Love having access to a garage for the cold winter months.
The application, approval and signing process wasn't very professional. They kept giving contradicting information and asking for unrealistic things. Besides that, no complaints.

They have done everything to scratch our backs, so we’ll scratch theirs and leave a nice review. I love the community here, and the current property management actually takes part in activities with the monthly community events. It’s awesome how much they get involved.

I've had a great experience so far! I love my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, the grounds are well kept, and my neighbors are nice. Dana was very kind and helpful getting me moved in.

Miramont is great! My apartment has a fireplace, a walk-in pantry, and a huge closet in the master bedroom. The landscaping and amenities are well taken care off, and the office & maintenance staff are top notch. I’m very happy here.

These apartments are pretty nice and are in a very convenient location. The leasing office is responsive and maintenance is helpful. Honestly it is where we are going to stay until we buy a house.
