Midtown Grove is a quiet community. It is pet friendly and the staff is very professional.

I have honestly loved living here. It is quiet and secure and the management is extremely attentive and personable.

I have lived at Midtown Grove for about a month and so far I am loving it here! I appreciate that maintenance is quick to respond. Ashley at the leasing office is also a joy and is responsive to any questions I may have. My only "complaint" is the fitness center needs an upgrade on equipment and it is a small room. Otherwise I love it here!

I've been here about 5 years and it was a great decision when I moved in and still is a great decision. Being in a small complex makes a big difference!

It's a small and beautiful community, my neighbors seem really friendly as well! The management team, Jennifer and Ashley have been a tremendous help and I'm looking forwarding to being close to work and living in Midtown in general!

I moved in to Midtown Grove 2 years ago and so far its the best decision I have made since moving back to Houston. Gated community, valet trash, stainless steel appliances and very spacious for a 1 bedroom. If you are looking for an apartment in the midtown area I recommend Midtown Grove hands down.

Midtown grove was the first apartments I visited when moving from Dallas to Houston for grad school. I'm beyond happy I found this place, its super convenient for my commute and there are some nice places around the area for when I need a break from school. I really recommend Midtown Grove.

I love the community is very small, everyone is so nice and welcoming and best thing is that it makes it so easy for me to commute in the mornings (288,59 and 45) are around the corner. I would definitely recommend Midtown Grove.

Very happy since I moved in, love to call this my home. I love the high ceiling, stainless steel appliances, and mainly LOVE that I only have carpet in the bedroom. My neighbors are also amazing that a definite plus.

When apartment searching I came across this little gem. I absolutely love these apartments! its close to every freeway for easy commute, the community is very secure, only residents with a code and fob access the building. I just love everything about it.. very happy that I moved here and Im sure I will continue to call it home for a while longer.

When the hurricane hit, I was out of the country. As soon as the Wi-Fi at my apartment went down and my monitoring camera didn't work, I emailed my apartment office and asked if there was any flooding, explaining I was out of the country. My mom called and asked if someone would be able to let her into the building so she could go check on my apartment. They stated they would return her call. Days pass and she never received a phone call back; I never received a response to my email. Since I am on the second floor though, I tried not to worry. When I returned home on Thursday, September 7th at 5pm, I found standing sewer water from the tub all the way through the living room that had been sitting there for days. If they had simply responded to one email, one phone call, or gone up one flight of stairs to check on my unit as I had requested, the water could have been cleaned and no damage would have occurred. From the very first time I spoke with the complex, I informed them that I have severe asthma and have already had polyps surgically removed from my vocal chords a year ago, so I am extremely sensitive to mold and other antigens. I asked if they had another unit available for me to stay in while repairs were done, and they declined to comment on the availability of another unit or make any accommodation to help. After begging for TEN DAYS while living in a mold-infested apartment, they finally inform me that a unit across the hall is available to put my things in until repairs are completed. I can’t believe the empty unit was not offered before. But I try to be understanding and move my things to the other unit so they can complete repairs. Long story short, it took them over a month to make repairs, and it is HORRIBLE! After a full week of repairs and damage to my items by maintenance carelessness, they finally “finish” my unit. It looks horrible. The floors are already peeling up, they did not even shampoo the carpet that was soaked in sewer, the walls are already warping from remaining moisture. The list goes on and on. I have emailed the office three times and never received a single response in regards to the horrible job they did in my unit. I cannot believe how horrible this has been. After two years of living here happily, the negligence on the part of the management here is incredibly disappointing. Thousands of dollars of damage done to my things because they could not be bothered to return one phone call or email.

I just recently moved in this past month and love everything about my new home. The staff is nice, units are beautiful, neighborhood is very convenient, the whole apartment complex is wonderful and quiet. I love that they are very pet friendly, my dog loves it here.

I found midtown grove after my apartment was flooded. Grisel was very nice and she helped me out with the application process. I really enjoy that is very quiet and super secure. I also have a lot of night life activities I don't even have to drive to go out and have some fun. Over all I'm very happy I found this place :)

I moved in to Midtown Grove 3 months ago and I honestly have nothing bad to say! I love my apartment, with the Harvey floods we were not affected and I was extremely grateful for that. the maintenance is super quick to take care of any issues I may have and the manager is also very nice.

Love everything about this place. Neighbors, staff, neighborhood area, and apartment layouts are great. It is always so peaceful and clean which is a big deal for me! :) Plan on living here for quite some time!

All the staff I have met have been more than kind to me, customer service is great. The complex is always clean and very calm. Every morning I go down to the lobby to serve myself some great coffee they provide. Couldn't be any happier in a different location!

Midtown Grove is some place I wish and I thought I could call home. At first everything was perfect: awesome staff and great environment. However, ever since the new management team took the office this May, more and more stuff coming up: loyd and noisy pool parties and water bills don't go through the system. While all these are still bearable, what truly disappointed me was definitely the unauthorized entry to my apartment while I still had my keys and my lease wasn't even officially ended. Not only my stuff was messed, some stuff were missing and the maintenance staff had painted my wall to another color. Such an incident not only left me feel betrayed but disappointed.

This place is great! I have never been so excited about my lease being up so I can move into Midtown Grove. It is in the middle of Houston and literally everything is around this location. I'm familiar with Houston and I love that everything is close by! Besides the location, the units are beautiful!

So it took me a while to get around to do my review due to time, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to send kudos and many praises to Mrs. Shamirlyn at the Midtown Grove Apartments. I came in one Sun afternoon and the office was closed to the public, but she saw me looking a little confused and she came outside, talked to me and even gave me the full customer service experience as if the office was open for regular business office. We took a tour and she explained everything that an apt seeker needed to know, but it wasn't scripted. Although i did not choose the Midtown Grove Apartments, due to the proximity of the apartments (i needed to be closer to 45 and I10), I was seriously thinking about looking beyond the location. All in all i had a great apartment hunting experience and her customer service was and is A1! Keep up the good work Shamirlyn! Thank you so much!

Midtown grove is AWESOME. My son and I have been here for a year, recently signed for another. The property is very maintained, all of our neighbors are friendly. Ms. Shamrilyn is our new manager she's very helpful, she goes above and beyond for the residents.

We found this place online and toured it. The leasing agent is very helpful with almost immediate availability. What we loved about this complex is its proximity to downtown and the medical center, where we both work. We are dead center of both locations with easy access to public transport. We look forward to moving in.

Happy resident here! Chose Midtown Grove (and continue to stay) because I like the location. Office staff is great, especially Shamarilyn, and no real complaints.

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and it feels like home. I have the nicest neighbors. It was easy to meet people and Ashley and Alex (office) are always so friendly and willing to help me out whenever I have a question or request. I like living in a smaller community versus large apartment buildings. It is a boutique apartment building, which gives you the most personalized service. Everyone knows your name and your dog's name! My Bully, Archer, has made some friends here too and there is plenty of open space to walk and play with your doggies, if you have them. The neighborhood is pretty clean and great location to Midtown or Downtown jobs as well as direct access on the 45 and 59. I am very happy here and look forward to staying here much longer!! in fact, I just signed another 15 month lease!

Midtown Grove is a very nice apartment complex. I have very nice room, but rent is very expensive for me, so I would love to win free rent for a year or even better if we could win FREE RENT FOR LIFE. Thank you very much. Best regards ELISA, Princess & Mason
