Here at Mezzo Lofts is the best for anyone looking for high standards. The landscape is beautiful. Amenities are great, pet friendly environment. Mezzo is a clean, safe, and attractive building. The management and maintenance respond quickly and seem to care about the residence. I particularly like the location to the city because it is close to everything with a more suburban vibe. You can be in the heart of Boston in less than 15 mins. I wish it was more affordable, but Boston prices are crazy most everywhere. My only complaint is that ling term residents do not receive large increases after leases end. Other than that I am very happy in my home.

The staff at the leasing office are kind and very helpful, making the move-in process smooth. However, I wish I had known earlier about the parking building outside, which would have made moving furniture directly from the garage to the 3rd floor much easier. Additionally, having a larger cart available in the building would greatly help with moving items. Overall, a good experience, but these improvements would make it even better.

The apartment complex is ver well maintained and offers a lot of amenities, from gym over a barbecue place to a coworking space. The move in was easy and uncomplicated. The apartment itself is neat, with tall ceilings, plenty of space, and good natural light.

it's a well kept building in a safe area. managers amd maintenance team all seem to care and handle issues efficiently. some neighbors cam be a little loud from time to tome bit it's city living.. .my only real complain is the high prices sometimes increase in big jumps. but I like the buding..feel safe..and like the area and will stay as long as I cam afford it.

Mezzo is located in a great part of town that is in a safe residential area but close to all the main roads to take you in and out of the city with ease. The units are beautiful and the staff is nice. Lots of pets!

I have been living here for 9 years it is a safe &well-kept Building. Im close to transportation and shopping mall, grocery stores all within walking distance. great place to live!!

The apartment building is maintained and the maintenance requests are fixed fast. The windows are huge which brings a lot of light. Neighbors are friendly.

I have lived at Mezzo for a few years now and there are many aspects to why I love calling this my home. The building is conveniently located off the exit, you can simply pop on the highway and get to the city in 10 mins. The building does a great job maintaining the yard out front. In the spring and summer there are always pretty flowers to bring a smile to your face. The only issues that I have had while living here, the current management team was very helpful and rectified things quickly. If you are young professional, a student, a pet lover, or just like a funky space with a lot of light Mezzo is a great option for you!

Great community, excellent maintenance staff, and innovative apartment layouts. Getting a parking garage and quick access to public transit is a plus as well. Happy to call this my home!

Love living at Mezzo. It is safe, clean, and convenient. And steps to the T! This is a great location for people commuting into Boston. You are also close to assembly row which offers crucial stores.

Great apartments for the price. Groundskeeping staff is attentive and strives to keep the surrounding area clean. Package delivery room could use some work as drivers tend to just leave things in a pile.

My experience so far is great. I like the place and the people. very convenient location , close to Sullivan station. people at the office( Molly, Kellie and Courtney) are amazing. big shout to the maintenance team( Alex and Kevin).... the cleaning lady is a sweet heart.

Nice service, friendly staff. The sfatt were always quick to resolve any issues I had and made me feel like a valued tenant. However, the management wasn't as impressive. While they were professional and handled things efficiently, I didn't feel like they went out of their way to address any concerns or make improvements to the complex.

MEZZO DESIGN LOFTS, Most of the residents are kind and friendly. my community is great!! We are near an amazing shopping mall, Assembly Row. We are close to public transportation. Overall, I Enjoy living here at the Mezzo.

Everything I experienced from start to finish was professional! I was met with kindness, and genuine concern for my move. All the details of what I needed taken care of or communicated effectively and promptly! The managers made me excited to be here. This community is in a great location. I can reach shopping transportation and a few recreation areas within walking distance. The neighbors I have met have all been soo kind!

Courtney, Amina, Alex and Edson are some of the nicest people and take great care of the property. Alex and Edson are amazing when it comes to issues with the apartment. From small things such as fixing a door to bigger things as broken heat they are quick to respond and always very polite. Courtney and Amina are always willing to sit down for a chat or to say hi and throw an event at least once a month to allow you to get to know some of your neighbors. Great apartment.

Mezzo is a great location and has all the ammenties needed. The flexible lease options are also a plus and will be recommending Mezzo to someone I know who is looking for a 6 month lease.
