Was a bug issue that is now resolved due to my own help and bi weekly pest sprays. Quiet neighborhood no issues so far. Been here 2 months with no complaints .

This is my third time renewing my lease. The staff here is amazing and I have really enjoyed living here. The community and ground keeping is well taken care of, and the area is really quiet. The communication with the staff is excellent. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Its been six months since move in and I still enjoy my spacious apartment. I give four stars only because i have a neighbor who does not abid by valet trash rules and has trash outside her door directly across from my unit that is not contained with multiple blood stained concrete. The other negative is not enough covered or garage spaces available to rent. I asked to be put on a wait list but still no availability. Other than that im still content for now.

The transition here at the mandalay was great. I love it here already. Nice and quiet. So far so good. The bathroom and kitchen is my most favorite part in the apartment. I am still getting settled and I am calling this place home.

I am on my second lease and this community has been my savior's grace. It's super convenient with a Walmart and HEB within 5 miles. And I distinctly and specifically LOVE my island.

Best community to live. No breaking in cars. No noice. Clean pool every week. I could have given 5 stars but no play ground for kids so I have to drive 3 miles to have my son have fun and the water bill is soooo high other than that....a great community. Third year so far.

Community is fairly safe. Community is basically quiet during the week and weekends. Neighbors are great! I love the Luxer pickup. Poolside area lovely. Looking forward to enjoying it more ad well as the gym. Thx staff!

I love the community and the staff. They treat us as friends and family. No matter where they see us walking the complex, gym, or just walking to mailbox. Also the rapid and consistent communication is a plus.

2 months in and amazed of the resort style living and the responsivness of office staff on making sure the needs of all residents are met! Maintance request have all been completed in a timely fashion. Community up keep is phenominal and have no regrets in choosing Mandaley Bay as my home.

Anytime I have issue with anything within my apartment the management company here at Mandalay resolves them within a timely manner. If it can not be resolved they reach out to me and let me know the expected time that it should be resolved.

This property has been a true blessings for my family and I. This is my second year here and this property is super safe, has great accessibility with a Walmart and Heb in walking distance. Also, the staff is EXCELLENT.

I like how responsive the front office is and the community is nice. Only thing I don’t like is the roaches in the kitchen at night. The maintenance here is very fast so I really appreciate that. The overall upkeep is really good, the landscaping is always nice; the pool and gym are always clean so that’s refreshing especially coming from places where the pool was never even open.

Everything is good, but water filter status in gym turned red over an year and still it is not fixed even after raising ticket. Except that overall status is good.

I literally mistook these apartments for some other ones and was devastated when I moved in. However, staying here was beyond a pleasant surprise. From the awesome staff, Ms. Kimberly especially, to the extremely convenient location as far as grocery stores, and the neighbors are very courteous and supportive. I loved living here and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely love it here! Staff to include maintenance staff are all professional and nice. They keep the complex as clean as possible and they just renovated the gym about a year or 2 ago and but in new equipment which is nice.
