Would only recommend if you like to get called for noise complaints all the time! Walls thin as paper made it so uncomfortable. My experience here has been nothing but negative. Weed smell and cigarettes in the hallways. Taylor not being able to properly send us important leasing information to the point I didn’t know if I had a lease or not until I followed up and they were charging me 2 month rent for wanting to vacate when they never sent the required contract to sign. There was a high lack of professionalism in this place, from the cockroaches you see in the apartment to the type of management you will encounter here. Please look elsewhere!
Experience have been good so far. Staff is is very supportive from sales team to concierge and maintenance. Building is kept clean and well maintained.
It's a convenient and beautiful area to live in. The property is secure and high tech with apps for easy entry into the property. Maintenance is always courteous and on time..
Six years here and we still love it. The location, amenities, and staff are amazing. We love our view and we love our home. Gables has done a great job taking over management.
This is my fourth year in this community and I have been enjoying it a lot. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, with great views, an amazing addition that these units have is the storage in the balcony, it is more than perfect and useful.
So far this is a great, safe and welcoming community. Friendly staff. Clean environment. I cannot complain. I like the club room, the gym, the pool area, and the game room.
M5250 is a great apartment community. The leasing office, concierge and maintenance team are super awesome. Arturo, Curtis, Taylor, Merissa, Marilyn and Abraham are amazing! Everyone from the concierge/leasing office/maintenance are all super sweet and helpful.
I'm delighted to share my positive experience here at M5250. The amenities are well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient. The spacious and modern design of the apartments adds to the overall appeal, making it a fantastic place to call home. I appreciate the sense of community fostered here, making it a truly enjoyable living experience.
I’m loving the area as well as the amenities the garage is a great touch to me with the controlled access I would say a point of improvement would be to GET RID OF THIS CARPET IN THESE HALLWAYS OMG. It’s tacky ugly and would get rid of the dull smell. Literally would take the look up 100 fold
The Move in wasnt the smoothest process but the management team was helpful. My unit was not prepared when I moved in but the team requested maintenance and they were there the next day.
I spent many good years in this beautiful building. I still hope that I can get a discount from the respected management of this complex and stay. The view of this residential highrise is wonderful. The conciering is very professional and friendly. The maintenance department solves the problems in the shortest time. This building has a very beautiful swimming pool and gym. I must mention the high security of this residential tower. In the end, I would like to thank all the members of the M5250 office, especially Mr. Curtis.
The worst building I have ever lived in my entire life BY FAR. They loose your packages, they towed your visitors cars with no reason. They do not clean properly the hallways and common areas. The worst experience, DO NOT MOVE HERE

The units are dirty. Leasing office doesn't answer the phone. My apartment's filter was never replaced in a whole year (that I know of) but I recently realized maintenance will enter your apartment on their own even if you have asked they do not enter. Have seen roaches, spiders, silverfish, and flies. Had to have my washing machine replaced because of red staining covering the entire machine, also have red staining around the tub and splattered across the window shades. Bugs and hair are visibly painted over on walls and doors in the apartment. Hallways stink, elevators stink and are disgusting. Dog pee. Dog poop left inside for multiple days uncleaned. People dumping tons of liquid over balconies as if nobody lives on the other floors. Trash piles up by the trash chute when it gets locked or breaks (valet trash is not close to on time so I think most people don't use it). Currently all doors in garage and community areas have cords just hanging out of them, going on a couple weeks now. No respect.

The customer management pretends to care about your every need at your first entry just so they reel you in then after starting their bs especially when it comes to the management of the apartment. You have been warned. There are plenty of other better apartments to chose from with better management at affordable prices. Avoid this place at all cost!

The worst apartment complex, I received the apartment and the cook had damage and they promised us that they would change it and then I called the office more than once and asked them to change them, but they were excused about Covid 19 and after the end of the contract and despite the administration's confirmation of the maintenance staff, they made us pay 200 dollars as a tax for damage that we did not cause and we received the apartment with This damage

Great location-good highway access and easy to access stores and restaurants! The staff are all super friendly! Highly recommended for relocating to Houston from elsewhere—even if not a forever home.
I feel so lucky to come home every day to this beautiful community. There have been some growing pains but now getting to be here with all the new wonderful amenities I am the lucky one! The staff is always smiling and ready to help whenever I need anything. My friends love coming to hang out at my place!

The location is the selling point of this apartment. There's a lot of...shall we say....questionable activities from the residents, more loud music than you typically get at these sorts of places, but overall everyone is fairly nice. Some quirks in the unit layouts, but always seems to be that in Houston high rises. The outdoor common areas are really great (when functioning properly). Huge pool with a great view.
