Overall, I am a big fan of living in the neighborhood. I would like to continue to see more mom and pop shops come up around. I adore how walkable my neighborhood is, and how everyone is outside walking when the weather is nice. Its really a special place to be in Saint Paul.

This is a fantastic residential community located between downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the various neighborhoods as well as great parks and community centers.

Good quiet neighborhood. Shops along grand. Rent may be more expensive than usual (college students study at Mac).

Bike theft is a frequent issue. I am also aware of several acquaintances who have been affected by armed robberies while walking home at night. This makes me feel unsafe at night because there are few people around and overall not much lighting.
