I have lived in this area for years, even before this house that I am renting. You have anything you can think of from shopping to eating available within 5-10 minutes. It is a peaceful neighborhood that is a little older, but everything is still kept up to normal standards. The next house that I rent or own will be in the same area. I can't think of living in any other area after being spoiled by this one.
