Love living here! The front office is great and the amenities are amazing! I use the apartment gym every week and my dog likes using the dog run when it’s raining outside.
I’ve noticed a decline in the overall cleanliness of the property, and it seems that certain floors receive more attention particularly when apartments are being marketed. The elevator floor and hallway walls are in need of a revamp. Considering the amount we pay in rent, it’s concerning that the condition of the property appears to deteriorate each year. That said, the leasing office staff have been consistently pleasant and professional.

Facilities are clean and modern, although the in-unit laundry and dryers are quite small and take multiple runs to properly wash and dry clothes.

Maintenance is great, staff are great. Parking in the neighborhoods for guests, etc. have become unreliable and my guests have received numerous tickets, which becomes an issue

Everyone is very quiet and keeps to themselves. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors. The common spaces are very clean and everyone is very respectful.

All good except some issues with internet access at the fitness center and the fitness equipment issues. Told so many times to management to supply missing parts (a smit machine for example), and some weights, no progress so far. Other residents also complained, nothing. Barking dogs during the day. I hope management should talk to owners to do not leave their dogs home alone, sad to hear as dogs screaming...

Gorgeous place. Super friendly and helpful staff. The public areas are not too crowd and everyone is very nice. I wish there was a jacuzzi pool. Overall loving my new home.

We loved it here for the first year we lived here, but fill-in management during a maternity leave, lack of professionalism from the maintenance department and policy changes have been a major negative. It’s a shame and sad that such a nice building has been so poorly managed.

Lantera is a very accommodating building with great amenities and other spaces. The gym is wonderful - 2 peloton bikes. The staff are very supportive, caring, responsive, and truly work hard at managing/operating this building.

The building is kept very clean on a daily basis and the amenities are excellent. The gym has any and all equipment you would want and there is also barre/spin room stocked with Peloton bikes. They management arranges for various tenant social effects which promotes a sense of community.

Very good people, express concern for your needs, polite, respectful, very helpful, informative. Love it here location, location, location can get to everything from here transportation, shopping, entertainment, parks, the Charles River plenty of walking and riding path, water activities, gyms. I am not moving.

Lantera at Boston Landing has universal accessibility, good security, aboveground parking, thermostat with central air and cooling, a heated pool and bocce courts as well as a lounge with a pool table, a fitness center, and a great location in the fun Allston-Brighton area. And they just got STARRY INTERNET! Work from home is possible and pleasant.

We just moved into Lantera for about two weeks. So far, we love our experience living in Lantera. The support from the leasing office and the service team is superb, greatly facilitating our move-in/settle-down process and many day-to-day chores (e.g. package receiving, waste disposal). The location of Lantera is convenient (easy access to bus stops, commuter rails, supermarkets and restaurants). We wish we have more opportunities to explore the amenities in Lantera and around the neighborhood.

Lantera at Boston Landon is the best location with everything in walking distance. Friendly neighbors and overall Awesome Community to be a part of. The Staff and Managment here goes beyond there way to Help in any way they can when needed. If you are not a part of our community, you should defiantly check is out for your self. Lantera has great apartments and amenities, but what sealed the deal is is location. For any urban dwellers, proximity to retail stores and public transport lines provides great value.

Lantera - great location, amenities and staff (love, love, love the staff!). Pristine quality on cleanliness, low noise with neighbors (in a high-rise!) and great maintenance staff. The only complaint I have is with upper management - it's clear that the focus of their business is just signing new residents. They'd rather run promos to have new clients rather than act to keep existing residents. I think Lantera needs to learn that it needs to invest in keeping good residents. Good residents can help promote the longevity of the quality of the property and the community as well.

Lantera is a great place to live. Ive lived in many places, but non match the amount of friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of the staff. They are all nice and caring. The surrounding(hallways, elevators, common areas, and outside compounds) are always kept tidy. I am grateful to be living at Lantera. The location and proximity of Lantera to different cities in Massachusetts makes it easy for me to maintain a social life and spend time with those I care about.
