Property Ratings at Lantera at Boston Landing
It was good experience at the beginning, but recently the apartment management is becoming so bad. The treadmill has been down for almost 6months and no sign of fixing it. And the elevator is also down for several weeks now and we don’t see anyone working on fixing it. The experience is very bad in 2025, not recommended especially the rent is very high.
Staff is great and so are the amenities. The building is always being maintained and it is cleaned every weekday. The building is located in a great neighborhood and is very conveniently close to the commuter train if you need to go downtown.

I have really enjoyed living at Lantera for the past few years. The building is clean and everyone is respectful. The staff here are great and will make sure your needs are met. The on site pool, gym, and parking garage make this place hard to beat! The location is also great with easy access to the commuter rail!

The building is beautiful, but some tenants do not treat the building with the proper care of a shared space. A few times dog owners have not cleaned their dogs’ accidents on the floor and left it for the staff to clean which is not fair or considerate. Overall, people in the building are friendly and nice.

A location, extremely walkable and amazing staff. One thing I’m not a fan of is some people tend to leave the common areas dirty, hallways common rooms. But don’t let the lazy people turn you away from this amazing building.

I’ve noticed a decline in the overall cleanliness of the property, and it seems that certain floors receive more attention particularly when apartments are being marketed. The elevator floor and hallway walls are in need of a revamp. Considering the amount we pay in rent, it’s concerning that the condition of the property appears to deteriorate each year. That said, the leasing office staff have been consistently pleasant and professional.

Facilities are clean and modern, although the in-unit laundry and dryers are quite small and take multiple runs to properly wash and dry clothes.

Maintenance is great, staff are great. Parking in the neighborhoods for guests, etc. have become unreliable and my guests have received numerous tickets, which becomes an issue

All good except some issues with internet access at the fitness center and the fitness equipment issues. Told so many times to management to supply missing parts (a smit machine for example), and some weights, no progress so far. Other residents also complained, nothing. Barking dogs during the day. I hope management should talk to owners to do not leave their dogs home alone, sad to hear as dogs screaming...

Great experience at Lantera. The amenities are stunning, the staff does a great job and the neighborhood is nice, with easy travel to Boston with the commuter rail, or to Cambridge by bus.

Moved in last week. Staff has been very friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and rooftop have been awesome to enjoy by yourself or with a group of friends.

We loved it here for the first year we lived here, but fill-in management during a maternity leave, lack of professionalism from the maintenance department and policy changes have been a major negative. It’s a shame and sad that such a nice building has been so poorly managed.

Lantera is a very accommodating building with great amenities and other spaces. The gym is wonderful - 2 peloton bikes. The staff are very supportive, caring, responsive, and truly work hard at managing/operating this building.

The building is kept very clean on a daily basis and the amenities are excellent. The gym has any and all equipment you would want and there is also barre/spin room stocked with Peloton bikes. They management arranges for various tenant social effects which promotes a sense of community.

Very good people, express concern for your needs, polite, respectful, very helpful, informative. Love it here location, location, location can get to everything from here transportation, shopping, entertainment, parks, the Charles River plenty of walking and riding path, water activities, gyms. We just moved into Lantera for about two weeks. So far, we love our experience living in Lantera. The support from the leasing office and the service team is superb, greatly facilitating our move-in/settle-down process and many day-to-day chores (e.g. package receiving, waste disposal). The location of Lantera is convenient (easy access to bus stops, commuter rails, supermarkets and restaurants). We wish we have more opportunities to explore the amenities in Lantera and around the neighborhood.

Lantera at Boston Landon is the best location with everything in walking distance. Friendly neighbors and overall Awesome Community to be a part of.
