Cardboard Recycling Issue Few people are breaking-down their cardboard before putting it into the recycling dumpster, causing unnecessary overflowing. The community management should at the very least put up a sign at the dumpster that all cardboard should be broken-down, and they should enforce it.
La Villita has very good neighborhoods, I am enjoying stay in this community, I like the facility and lake view, and also Champions trail that accessible from this community, I will love to extend my residency in this community

So far, so good! I’m really glad I found this place. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt comfortable, safe, and truly at home. Too expensive for all the issues I've had since I moved here. I will not be renewing my lease. The surrounding area is really nice though, I love the Mediterranean vibe

Wonderful Living Experience! I’ve really enjoyed my time living in this apartment community. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping everything clean and well-maintained, and any service requests are handled quickly. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and the facilities—like the gym, pool, and common areas—are always in great condition. I’ve also had great interactions with my neighbors; everyone here is polite and respectful, which makes it feel like a true community. Any issues are always addressed very quickly and any emails are responded too quick as well, great management. I’ve lived at this property since 2016 and in my 3rd apartment. Prices of rent have gone sky high over time and for the square footage is high but the office is great

Everything is great. The only issue I have noticed is the trash on balconies and the hallways are dirty. Other than that it’s really cute and put together nicely. Nice community

Maintained well , work orders are done quickly and good maintenance staff. Beautifully surrounded by lake and can have great walks. Its a smoke-free community but sometimes we breath weed in parking lot and staircases . The management emails several times to ensure to stop but the residents need to understand and keep to the rules.

Maintenance is great and I love the neighborhood. Unfortunately renewal rates aren’t dropping with market rates. Doesn’t feel great when same unit for new resident is significantly lower rate.

Great place to live, especially around the canal. The apartments are mostly very recent and clean when you pick up the keys. The alentours are top notch, 2 very good pools and fitness center, as well as other things and events organized by the residence. I recommend a lot!

The office/leasing staff is always so friendly and willing to help. They definitely take pride in making sure the property is in the best condition and community rules being followed to the best of their ability. They send out friendly reminders to the residents. Although the garbage pick up is regularly disregarded by some residents, the maintenance staff is always picking up the garbage through out the day so the property keeps up a clean vibe. All in all a great place to live.
We have loved living here. Maintenance is on ways on top of things. The office staff is very helpful. And we are loving the amenities and the lake!
This is a great community to live in. It's quite and peaceful. This neighborhood is very well- maintained and has very scenic views of the lake and canals. Most importantly, this neighborhood is a very safe place to live in.
We were looking to move in within the next week and was able to do just that! Crystal was so helpful through the process. The unit was well kept and not any issues. The complex is beautiful and a gorgeous lake to walk about right near the apartment!

Beautiful place and maintenance is quick to fix anything that comes up even if a little pricey. I like the space between the buildings and green spaces throughout the property. Much more community than a property! Great place to walk just outside my door with shade and nice views.

One of the best apartments in LasColinas and Irving, very close to a ton of restaurants and to the major highways. Management team is very good at organizing community events and Bingo night is my favorite. I’ve already extended my lease twice and planning to extend one more time.

My experience has been very good so far. I have had various service requests since I moved in last December 2024. The maintenance team has been very timely and attentive with getting my maintenance requests completed in a timely and accurate fashion. The Office staff are also nice and helpful as well. There are a number of community events that happens here, which is great. Something that I never experienced at other apartment communities before. The location is ideal as well. Doesn’t take you long to get to various places and other cities within the DFW area. Most of the time the community is quiet, which I absolutely love. I definitely recommend!

Great apartments and community. Only issue is that some part of flooring is a bit weak, so your downstairs neighbours are distributed. Apart from that, everything else is great.
