Meet the guest and host

Whitney Kidd is the senior vice president of innovation and technology for Preiss, where she founded IRIS Technologies, the organization’s technology consulting subsidiary serving internal and third-party clients. Previously, Whitney co-founded ROVR Score, a connectivity scoring platform for multifamily communities. Whitney is also a founding board member of The W. Collective, a national organization advancing women in leadership within the student housing industry.

Marcia Bollinger is the senior vice president of multifamily for Apartments.com. With over 40 years’ experience in apartment lead-generation tactics, Marcia was instrumental in building the Apartments.com Network into the country’s premier internet listing site. She is the recipient of the National Apartment Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Certified Apartment Supplier designation, and NSC Victor Award.
