Gables Revere Upper Kirby

Asked management if the building was pest free multiple times on the tour.. answered “yes, no pests of any kind” every time. Specifically asked about cockroaches because I saw other buildings in the area had them… again “no roaches”. Apartment had German cockroaches... Came out of the laundry room the night I moved in. Sprayed multiple times over three months and they just kept popping up. A lot of people moved out. They didn’t waive fees.

Elevators out all the time, nobody from office communicates anything, ever. Location is good and unit is quiet but there are better options in this area.

The apartments are being managed very well with a excellent staff, maintenance, and security. I feel at home here at the Gables Upper Kirby Revere.

Great neighborhood, many restaurants, bars, entertainment, close to supermarkets, pharmacy and close to the highway. Great staff and maintenance crew.

Great building with amenities. I love using the pool and the gym, it's never packed. The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly and respectful.

This place is awesome , except for the elevator :( I feel like it never works when I most need it. I can’t say enough nice things about gables.

Great location but the building is not very sound-proof despite that it's concrete. It can be noisy with kids running around, dogs barking, and occasional pool parties. Delivery is not convenient.

I have lived here for 2 years now and really love my apartment. I have a great floor plan at a decent price. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Neighbors are typically quite and respectful. Main downfall I have is the elevator breaking down pretty often. Though I will say there has been improvement over the past few months.

The location is great, really safe for all the families, dog parents, new couple. There’s amazing locations that you can walk and have all these stores/restaurants really close by. Groceries, multiple restaurants, beauty shop/stores, cvs, it’s all walking distance.

The process of getting my apartment was easy and smooth. Leasing agents were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and even comes with welcome gifts :)

Great place to live, unbeatable location, close to restaurants, bars, stores. Great amenities, clean, great staff and administrative group. Recommended

The experience living here has been great. the area is great, I have everything near. The amenities are great, for example the starbucks coffee (amazing!). I use a lot the gym and it has everything I need.

Elevator is constantly broken, AC in the hallways is somehow broken even more consistently, dog pee in the elevator whenever it’s not actually broken.

I’ve been here 10 months now. It’s been the best apartment experience I’ve had. All the employees are super nice and take care of all needs asap.

Good location, good maintenance staff, decent amenities, very thin walls, Fetch delivery is a very unreliable service and makes Amazon prime useless.

Silent responsible neighbors, Clean apartments, and nice amenities. If you want a zero drama apartment building in a nice neighborhood, this is the place for you.

I enjoy living here :D. I love the a smoke free zone, but it seems that some people start to smoke around the building again. Overall, everything is good. Thank you cleaning team as well!

Great quiet community. Location is awesome. I love my floor plan. I've been here for 2 years so far and planning on staying here for at least another year.

Never had any issues very quiet very well kept Once i'm home I don't have to drive anywhere I can walk to groceries restaurants you name it.

Over all happy, but the elevator is always down and when it is working it smells like dog pee. I also smell weed every other day in the hallway and that smell makes me sick.

Great location and overall a decent place to live. Unfortunately they mandate that you use Fetch Package, so getting any packages by mail is unreliable at best.

Leasing office is great! I just wish the elevator does not go out every week.... but it is a nice place to live. The location is GREAT, they have dog park for your fur, cozy and nice outdoor for summer and bbq time!

Floors are paper thin and upstairs noise is very disturbing. Not much help from landlord. Either get the top floor or look for something else.

A quiet place, perfect for the kind of person who never wants to speak to anyone ever. Live your life how you want, who know what your neighbors are doing? I don't. I just know they're thriving, and that's enough for me. Love you guys

So far everyone in the office, including maintenance has been super helpful. Every time we’ve had a question or issue, it gets answered and taken care of quickly. You guys are top notch!

Love living here it’s been a great experience so far. Only issue is the elevators seems to stop working often. The staff is very nice and maintenance is very professional and quick.

All the process was really smooth and the place is really nice and well kept. I’m liking my new life in Houston and a big part of it is the place I live in. Special mention to Marah for always having a smile and a great attitude

I genuinely love it here. I feel at home. I love how spacious the apartments are. I really like that there’s a garage to park in to keep my car safe and out of the hot sun. The pool is great for relaxing after a long day at work. I feel safe here. Thankfully I haven’t had to get in touch with management about anything but I’ve heard they’re on top of everything.
