Great property. Quiet at night. People walking around and out at night but nothing suspicious. Some issues need to be addressed like Jacuzzis not working properly and resident parking. There are some trees at our non-covered resident parking that get some kind of sap or something all over your car. Work orders are not great but ok. Thank you.

Nice place, minus one crabby patty that I received as a neighbor. I don't mean a nosy, obscene, mean, or other common annoyance that comes standard with many neighbors. I mean a neighbor that calls the apartment complex and complains every single time I drop a fork after 9:00 PM. I wish I could say what the last noise complaint was about in more detail but can't without going over a PG rating (if you know what I mean). There is an A/C unit that sounds like it's right outside of my window that runs 20 out of 24 hours a day (even in the winter) that is quite maddening.

Older building I live in but still nice. Some neighbors are quite noisy plus the traffic outside is loud 20 hours a day. Can't complain though, I have it better than a lot of people.

Very nice apartment and wonderful facilities. The gym is very nice and has very good equipment. There are two pools both with spa jacuzzis. The noise is never an issue and it is quite peaceful. The staff is always very helpful and attentive.

I've been here for over a year and enjoy the community. As a single woman I feel safe enough to leave my windows open on first floor, and the maintenance staff are prompt and very helpful.

Would give 5 stars but for over a year I have addressed an issue with certain tenants parking under covered parking with no parking pass. I've taken pictures, brought the issue to management multiple times. But seems I am always blown off as if I'm complaining when I'm just an adult who follows supposed rules. Same cars for over a yr continually violate. My daughter car was tagged when I first moved in in 2022, but maybe the rules have changed. Aside from multiple management personnel aside from Makayla. The issue is NEVER addressed. Very very unprofessional when we make the effort to bring the issue to management over and over again. So I'd say if you're in need to hide a vehicle, park an unregistered car you can do so at Firenze apartments.

Nice place, some friendly and helpful peoples on the staff, but no all of them. There are some problems in this place but there are some pro us well. Good neighbors, nice pool and a good gym with what you need to train yourself. At the end I can suggest you this place for the comfort.

We love Firenze, the grounds and pools are beautiful and kept clean and in good condition. An okay location, only because of loud, noisy traffic in this area. There are packages stolen quite often in this apartment complex, so one must be careful.
I’m loving the community. The surrounding Henderson area can get a bit busy, but once you enter the gates of Firenze, it’s a nice area to get away from everything!
Living in this community has been very pleasant. We have been living here for two years and we have not had any problems. The whole area is clean around the pool, the gym, the green areas
Great place and quiet. I appreciate the staff and their support. Very nice units and the lights are really pretty, property is well maintained.

I’m a new resident the place is beautiful , the application process was easy to me. There’s a beautiful gym too . I can’t wait to swim in the pool summer time.

They don’t respond to your emails. They pretend they don’t know what you’re talking about. Management here needs a lot of help. You have to call them and tell them that you emailed them 3 times. The problem that you emailed about still hasn’t gotten fixed. Good luck
I really like the property. It’s very quiet and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance crew is amazing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for nice quiet friendly complex.
Love the complex. Very nice staff in the office. And the community is really peaceful. I would highly recommend moving here if you want to be away from the busy city.

The office staff is able to answer any questions I have, and the community is nice. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and is able to fix any work orders we put in.

I love my apartment. What I don't like is the dog poop all over the complex... especially at the kids playground, there is just dog poop all over and my kid always has poop under her shoe.. the playground is very run down unfortunately..
Very quiet, no roaches, nice place to live. Thank you. People drive fast through the parking lot but just be careful. We haven't had any problems.

Outside of a few oddities, the move in experience was great and the early impression of this complex is very good. I, and my kids, can't wait to check the gym out and they are dying to try the pool. That must wait for warmer weather though. LOL. Complex is clear and well maintained and other residents seem very nice towards each other.

Nice units, friendly staff. Not the best neighborhood however the apartments are gated with roving security guards. Very nice pool and grounds are well kept.

my move in was very smooth and professional, i really appreciate the staff for making the move in very easy ! no issues with the appliances, neighbors, no pest or bugs. very safe and quite unit. the leasing office really puts thought into each application and treats everyone with kindness.

Really nice and quiet neighborhood ; i love how theres so many food places near by open late. I would definitely recommend this complex to a family or friend.
