Ive lived here at the Falls for ten years. Its a really nice place to call home. I love having my own personal garage and my apartment feeling like a home. No place is perfect and Ive seen things change a bit, but I still enjoy calling this place home.

I have been a resident of the Falls at Copperlake apartment complex for almost three years. During my time living here, I have been very happy and comfortable. The grounds are alway kept up well including the pool and lake area. Its a visually beautiful place to live. The apartment staff work very hard to handle any needs you have and they are always very friendly. They genuinely care about the renters and I am thankful for all they have done for me over the years. Its a great place to live and a great place to call home.

Since arriving Jose the office manager and Adrian intake specialist were outstanding in supporting my arrival and made applying for the apartment a breeze. It is a family atmosphere as another Jose and Freddy the maintenance men are equally as supportive. They are always completing maintenance task in such a small time frame. They are friendly and kind. It is so easy and convenient to pay rent and submit work orders. The complex grounds are always pristine and clean. I love raising my daughter here as she is the only child and the family atmosphere makes it easy for her to make friends. Overall this has been the most amazing and outstanding experience I could have ever asked for in my transition from home in California to Houston,Texas. This experience feels beyond Luxurious. Not to mention the workout room and new equipment makes it hard to resist!!! My life is convenient as far as shopping goes and even taking out the trash is a breeze as a team removes our trash nightly. Not to mention Fetch and the nice maintenance men who brings packages safely to our door or the locker room were Amazon orders are safely delivered and secure until our remodel. Its a dream and they make it very hard to leave.

I love it here. Wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The community and neighborly love is amazing. The professionalism from the leasing staff makes me comfortable enough to talk to them about anything. Everything is wonderful, the scenery is great, especially when I have my morning coffee as I watch the sunrise from my patio, and the quietness. Every hour theres nothing but peace and tranquillity. No hassle with leasing paperwork. No scams. Appliances were presented as new because they looked so good upon our arrival. You would not be disappointed being a part of this community. I highly recommend living at Falls at Copperlake apartments, The office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly, professional and genuine. They make me feel safe and at home in this community. That has not been the case in other apartment complexes I have lived. Perhaps most impressive about the staff at Falls is the consistent hard work they do everyday to maintain the high level of quality living! They are visible throughout the community and always wearing a smile! I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at this complex! Simply put, they are the best! Another reason to call the Falls home is the stunning visual look of this complex. The grounds are well maintained and the shared facilities are fantastic. I particularly enjoy the peaceful beauty of the lake area and the "beach vacation" look and feel of the pool area. It is a inviting area to relax and unwind after a long work day. I particularly love the sunsets by the lake....simply beautiful. It truly is a great place to live and make your home. I have been very happy here and I am thankful I found this apartment complex 2 years ago. Thank you Falls at Copperlake!!

I will be a resident of Falls at Copperlake for four years next year and I cannot say I have any complaints . Parking is great . The community is very clean and well kept . I lived here through Hurricane Harvey and had no issues with flooding. My property manager Jose is very transparent and reliable . Jose has been here as long as I have because under any circumstances Ive felt Jose listened and stays proactive . Would recommend this community to anyone that wants a quiet and clean community .

I have been living in the Falls at Copperlake for three years. The property manger Jose has been the same one since Ive been here. Very nice clean community . Great parking . Lived here through hurricane Harvey and did not experience flooding . Valet trash service is nice . Community staff are very helpful and nice .

Falls at Copperlake is a wonderful community to call home. The beautiful lake area and overall well maintained landscape of this community is far superior to most other apartment communities. The office staff is also far above the normal service and Friendliness in apartment complexes. The Community is absolutely beautiful BUT misleading, The ONLY staff member that goes above and beyond his job title is Jose. He has excellent customer service, great attitude, and effective. The amenities that they promote propane grill, Pool, Jacuzzi, Valet trash are ALL frauds NONE of the above work. Trash barely picked up and valet rate steadily raising. Royce & Adrian have horrible dismissive attitudes and treat the children terribly. Every time I have an issue I have to go straight to Jose otherwise itll never get resolved. This community use to be active and thriving for the school aged kids we need to bring back community events ASAP
The community is warm. The staff are friendly and the apartment and amenities are spectacular. Such a beautiful place to live!
The maintenance team is incredibly helpful and consistently goes out of their way to pay attention to anything else they can assist with. Anytime they are in the process of ordering an item they also leave me notes about the status of the request. The fast response is also impressive. They usually fix and repair within one day of me posting my request. They main office is also filled with an amazingly positive team who genuinely cares about making everyone happy.

Move-in experience was excellent thanks to the leasing office staff, especially Royce, who was quick to answer all of my pesky questions. Once he said he would do something, he got it done! The maintenance team is also amazing with a quick turnaround time - my maintenance requests were all handled within 24 hours of me submitting them online. Overall, I am happy I moved here and would recommend it to everyone!

Falls at copper lake is high quality and allows one to experience high class living for great prices. Not only are we secure and gated we are in arms reach of some of the best food stores in the state.
The Falls at Copperlake apartments are a wonderful place to live. The office personnel are always pleasant and friendly. They are also always willing to help when a small or big need arises. It is a safe community with nice neighbors too. The grounds are kept beautiful and I feel lucky to be here. I highly recommend this complex as a great place to live!

So far Im enjoying the living experience here. The location is great and the nearby shopping and eateries are great. I would recommend this property without a doubt.
All has been positive except for the exterminator and another issue with new May or June bill collecting company.
Roaches: I was scheduled to move into a unit over the summer when i arrived the place was infested with roaches. They gave me a new apartment, months later i started getting roaches. Safety: one night we were sitting in the living room and someone attempted to walk into our apartment. Another afternoon two individuals broke into our car at 5:30 in the afternoon. Noise: my neighbor upstairs makes noise between 12am and 2am every single night, you can hear literally everything thru the walls. My neighbor in the right snores and you can hear it every single night. There is police in the complex very often. I know of at least 5 incidents relater to criminal activity. Most recently one of our windows had mold. Maintance came cleaned the window we are still waiting to see what they are going to do to fix the issue. Tenants do not pick up the dogs waste. Walking at night your dog is a nightmare, have a flash light handy. Luxury is clearly not the right word to discribe this place. You want to see what this place is like truly like visit multiple times before you agree to paying luxury. I am not taking it for that reason i am breaking my lease early and paying the fee to do so. I would not have my family living in a place like this. Videos photos kept in case management ever wants to deny my claims.
I have lived here since 2014 and just renewed my lease again for 15 more months. I really enjoy living here. Its peaceful and the amenities are great. But the staff is always will to help and more than polite. Nancy Manager and Jose assistant manager is awesome. They go out of thier way to help and making living on this property feel like home. They are easy to talk to and make it fun to live here as well.

The front office is always nice. Jose the assistant manager is always very helpful and goes out if his way to make sure living here is a great experience.

I understand that people take reviews with a grain of salt, but please be assured that you do not want to live here. At first the apartment seemed nice and like it had a lot to offer, but we quickly had nothing but problems once we settled in and thankfully we've moved out the moment our lease was up. We had ant problems in our apartment from day 1, having the gentleman from Orkin come out did nothing, they were in every room no matter how clean we kept it. Phone calls to the office accomplish nothing as they are rarely answered, emails are seldom returned promptly, and you get a different answer from each person to talk to about an issue. The communication among the staff is terrible and management is a mess. They have no concern for your safety or well being, only about getting you in a lease and getting your money. Gates are left open more often than they are close and response time to repairing them is abysmal. My boyfriend was robbed at gunpoint on the poorly lit walking trail in this complex because the gates were open all weekend, allowing non residents to get in and out with no problem. Nothing was done to improve security afterward, in fact, the gates were allowed to be left open the entire weekend following the one that an armed robbery happened on the property. We were assured that the courtesy officer, who works nights and could never be reached the multiple times we called about suspicious activity, was only there to protect the property and not to look out for the safety of the residents. When we were finally able to move out, we were quoted a prorated amount for the remainder of the month that we would be there and paid the agreed upon price. A month after we had already paid, the complex sent us a new bill demanding more money for the rent, citing a mistake that an employee who shouldn't have even been doing the pricing had made, but refusing to apologize for the error or make any attempt to contact us in the month that they had known about the it to try and let us know ahead of time.

So far so good. I've been living here for about a month now and living at Falls at Cooper Lake has been peaceful. The staff has always been helpful and courteous with any of my needs. My apartment is very spacious and I love the community feel. I live in a very quiet area and I enjoy the quietness. The scenery of the lake and pool area is also very nice. I'm glad I made the decision of living here!

I just renewed my lease so that tells you alot without saying much. I absolutely love my apartment it's very spacious and visitor friendly. The office staff is Wonderful they recently hired more people so that's always a good thing since they do tend to be very busy, but I noticed an increase in response when calling the office. Nancy and Jose are great they are usually who help me in the office with any questions or concerns. Maintenance keeps up the property well and respond in a timely manner. I can't complin my experience has been Great so far!!!
So I found this place through an apartment locator & was very excited at first. When I originally contacted them they were very helpful and very friendly. Moving from Chicago to Houston yourself is quite the feat so feeling like they were nice & helpful gave me some relief. Once I arrived, I meet the office personnel in person for the first time, all seemed just as nice in person. Shortly after moving in I quickly saw a change in the friendliness. First of all if you have a simple question, don't bother calling, the phone rarely gets answered.. So I went in the ONE weekday afternoon I was able to have off due to being at a new job, and the attitudes are unleashed. I was immediately aware of what a bother I was to come in an ask simple & simply answered questions. They would much rather you communicate with them through email ONLY & that can be a headache at times. I understand they are busy, but WE ALL ARE, so.. I try to be very nice, but to have to wait only for them to be extremely short, & somewhat rude in my opinion seemed to be uncalled for to say the least. I feel like once they get you locked in a lease they could care less afterwards. Total bummer, thought I would love these people & this place. I do not like to be talked to in a way that makes me feel like I am in kindergarten & just did something wrong. I can not believe they way they speak to me & are fine saying flat out no, instead of even bothering to try. I HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY PEOPLE THAT ARE ANYTHING BUT NICE and or HELPFUL once you are actually a customer & no longer just a potential customer. I appreciate everything they did prior to me actually physically living here & the place & property is nice, but have no idea why things changed with the customer service after.?.
