Esplanade is located in a great area, as there are many food options and stores nearby for one's convenience. Esplanade offers many different floor plans and some even have attached garages, which is pretty cool. Very spacious floor plans and so far a friendly community! I'm glad I found this place and moved in.

Great place to live! out of all the townhomes & condos I viewed, this one by far is the best one with a great view from my balcony of the Red Rock Mountains. The front office staff members are very friendly with warm & inviting energies. The property is very clean. The maintenance team members are very professional & quick. Overall my experience here so far is very comfortable.

We have been her for over 2 years. Its been a pleasure to have the same staff to talk to. Seems to be rare to have that. They have always won with us on anything we needed and the property is always well maintained. Access to anything you need is literally around the corner, access to to 215, airport, Downtown Summerlin is on average 10 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood

Esplande is not just a Condo Community its home. I love Management, Nanette and Adia. They are like daughters to me. They are so sweet and so good to me always. Anything I need there here to help me. I have health issues and live alone and they would do anything for me. They are so compassionate to me and to everyone. I love these girls. These girls are family to me. I love it here. Our refrigerator and our stove would not work due to a loose wire in the circuit breaker. Our maintenance guy is amazing he came out looked at it and was able to call an electrician to fix everything the next day.
