Property Ratings at Envision at Sunset
I do not care for the mandatory trash service. It looks ugly and we live in the desert where there are enough bugs out during the summer. It would be nice if the sand volleyball court was replaced with something usable. I am happy with the security so far. Residents and staff seem friendly and respectful. I enjoy living here, but just like anywhere, rent is very high and the added fees are unnecessary.
Easy, simple move in process. Chloe the leasing agent showed me different units and was very patient. Apartment was clean upon arrival. Overall good experience.

When I was new in Vegas, I was searching for the safest place to live since I was new in the city. I stumbled to Elysian at Sunset and met up with Chloe. She seems like someone who cares no matter who you are or how you look. I didn't feel any type of way just because. So I trusted my gut, and she helped me all throughout, from the beginning up to the end of my stay.
