Envision at Sunset is so gorgeous. The property is centrally located, it's so easy to get anywhere I want to go. The freeway is close by. The mountain views from my apartment are so beautiful. I have no need for a gym membership, this property has a gorgeous gym, and the workout equipment is topnotch. While I'm on the treadmill I look out at the gorgeous pool area. There are numerous areas residents can lounge, all luxurious. The rent is extremely reasonable for what this property offers. I'm so glad I live here!

Everything is close to you as far as stores and restaurants etc. The location is quiet even though it’s close proximity to the freeway. The Management is great and there to help when you need something.

Envision is an amazing community to live in. The property is stunning. I have an amazing view of the gorgeous mountains, this brings me peace daily. The amenities are top notch. I don’t have to leave the property to go to the gym, the gym facilities are out standing. Envision is situated so I am close to everything I need. I can drive 10 minutes and be in Summerlin. Convenience is important to me. Envision checks everything on my list, including a quiet, relaxing place to live. Another aspect of Envision I appreciate, is that it’s a gated community, I appreciate the safety aspect of Envision. Lastly, the staff is wonderful. Come to Envision, it’s wonderful.

Christopher and the entire team here has been so accommodating and friendly. When you walk into the clubhouse the first thing you notice is how good it smells!!! I cannot wait to become a resident here once my lease is over at my old apartment.

-paper thin walls and floors; expect to hear your neighbors as well the noise from the adjacent car dealerships all the time -malfunctioning smoke alarms -low quality appliances; dishwasher barely washes dishes and the oven broke after 4 months -poorly insulated windows; you will be awoken by extreme heat and worst of all: management works with the predatory vehicle theft ring known as titan towing who they allow in to steal your car under cover of darkness. this is done under false pretense and supported with evidence they fabricate save yourself the headache and heartache of this horrible place

I do not care for the mandatory trash service. It looks ugly and we live in the desert where there are enough bugs out during the summer. It would be nice if the sand volleyball court was replaced with something usable. I am happy with the security so far. Residents and staff seem friendly and respectful. I enjoy living here, but just like anywhere, rent is very high and the added fees are unnecessary.

When I was new in Vegas, I was searching for the safest place to live since I was new in the city. I stumbled to Elysian at Sunset and met up with Chloe. She seems like someone who cares no matter who you are or how you look. I didn't feel any type of way just because. So I trusted my gut, and she helped me all throughout, from the beginning up to the end of my stay.
