The best located community in the entire Las Vegas valley. Access to the best supermarket, top dining experiences, casino, shopping, gym… all within 10min by foot. Units are modern and very functional, management and maintenance are the best I ever seen. All the amenities you need.

We’ve been staying at the Elysian for two years and living here is great. Its location is convenient. The maintenance team have been excellent with resolving and fixing issues that occur.

I have been residing at Elysian at the District for nearly three months. The residents are friendly, and any issues reported to the management team are promptly resolved. The location is also very convenient.

Office staff is amazing, always kind and efficient

This is not luxury living. Please read the reviews and reconsider your decision to live here. I’ve been here for 2 weeks and it’s been the most stressful move of my life. Things just keep breaking and all of the appliances and finishings are old and outdated. It’s unbelievable how much this experience has negatively impacted my move to this city and my life in general. On a positive note, it’s a learning experience and now I’m certain Las Vegas is not the place for me.

Elysian at the Disrtict was the best choice for me after visiting many properties in the area. The location, the well maintained property, the friendly staff, and the amenities are what attracted me. I have lived here for three weeks and I am happy with my choice.

I've lived at Elysian at the District for almost five years and love it. the staff is friendly and helpful...anytime I have submitted a maintenance request (Devon and Derrick) I have received a prompt response whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity they quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. The leasing team has been excellent too. Thank you so much for your exceptional service from the leasing office to maintenance. keep up the great work!

Elysian used to be a great community. After constant changes in management its not what it used to be.

The new management team is spectacular, and they went to great effort to make our leasing and move-in process the best it could be. We really appreciated their kindness and clear communication with us, especially through a few complications that were not their fault, but that they went above and beyond to help resolve anyway.

The units are ok but there is a huge lack of cleaning (the breezeways are never cleaned its just disgusting) and there are no sufficient actions taken to evicte neighbors who do not respect their lease terms

Very clean community and close to alot of restaurants/entertainment... staff is friendly and always there when you need them. Only complaint I’ve had was about a certain crazy neighbor who acted like the whole complex was her property and would even stalk you if she wanted. Leasing office told us they would speak to her and she didn’t bother us again. Other than that, the place was amazing, along with all the amenities.

Elysian at the District has been the perfect community for me. Not too far from the business in Las Vegas, but far enough away to appreciate some solitude. A great location, as everything you could ever need is only a few freeway exits away at most. Last but not least, the floor plans are beautiful!

Best decision I ever made was moving to Elysian at the District! The staff is quick to reply, friendly, warm, and excellent at their jobs. My apartment is quiet, bright, and the finishes are top notch. The community is beautifully kept and the location is fantastic!

If negative stars were possible, thats what I would give them. I would never recommend this company, nothing but grief and hassle.

I absolutely love my new apartment. The huge windows are exactly what I was looking for. I feel like I found amazing, new perks and features of this apartment every day for the first week. And the walkability of this neighborhood is ideal!!

I don't recommend the Elysian. This has been the most disappointing move in and first two weeks I have ever experienced at an apartment. Especially, for the price.

Great location, not so great staff. Property and units could use some remodeling. Property needs better move in and lease consultants, who have a vested interest in the tenant experience. Not the best Las Vegas property when it comes to customer service.

Elysian at the district is the worst apartment complex I have ever been a resident at. Elysian and Greystar are terribly managed companies, I would not recommend anyone lease an apartment owned or managed by either of these companies.

From the moment I called and spoke to Joy in leasing, my experience has been amazing! She is so kind and so personable! I had several must haves, and she was not only so knowledgeable and helpful, but gave me every option to help me find the right fit. I appreciated how much she knew about everything, including the view from each apartment I was considering. She kept in touch throughout every step, and my move in was so easy! She explained, walked through, and had maintenance at my side to make sure it was perfect. Then Brandon from maintenance took over for the few minor fixes I needed, and he took care of everything so quickly and with such a warm welcoming attitude. My apartment is BEAUTIFUL and I couldn’t be happier with the place and the amazing Elysian team! Thank you!!

I think the staff service could be a little higher quality. The complex is the best in the area and the service seems that it could be better. Is a little impersonal at time. App communications and events pretty good.

We would recommend the community based on our excellent conversation with the manager and tour. So many wonderful amenities! We are somewhat concerned about the number of pets on the property—the noise and cleanliness could be a problem. Many on-line Yelp reviews were unflattering. Dustin is absolutely hands down a big part of why living at Elysian is easy and worth while! He always takes care of my maintenance needs and goes above and beyond every single time. Whenever I walk the grounds on this property ~ he is constantly at work, hustling throughout and doing an excellent job at maintaining the property. He is an absolute GEM! In addition to that ~ he is always friendly, courteous, respectful and kind to me, the other tenants and even my dog! 😊

I would definitely recommend because of amenities and location, but the staff (management) is quite not delivering for me. They dont reply or answer my emails re: important questions I have as a resident.

The process of placing a maintenance order through the Elysian mobile app is awesome experience from start to finish. The details needed for the maintinence request and photo option totally eliminates all need for deep explanation and it allows me the option to allow entry while home or not Allows them to do their job efficectively and efficantly. Also, the maintness crew is excellent and completely trustworthy here at the district, in my opinion.

The reason I wouldn't recommend isn't due to anything that maintenance or office staff can fix. Walls as extremely thin and can hear everything from neighbors. And every weekend there are loud people outside at 3 am .

The maintenance department at Elysian at the District is professional and knowledgeable. Overall, they are a good service. However, I have had personal experiences where they have not been timely or fixed a problem to my expectations. They are helpful, but not always consistent.
