I have been living at Element 12 for about 2 weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this place my home. This community is a great place to live. The staff are very cordial and professional. The entire community is maintened in an impeccable manner. All of your concerns are very important to them and are handled in a very orofessional way.I had a few maintenace problems upon my move in and the maintenance staff and office personnel handled them immediately.
