Nice property. Great location to the med center. The pool and amenities are great. Property managers and maintenance are generally responsive and quick.
It has now been a year living here and I was quick to renew my lease. Elan is situated in a great area that is safe. It is also close enough to the medical center to be able to walk, but far enough so that medical traffic and ambulances are not heard at night.

I have loved living at Elan! The location is great if you're working in the medical center. It's walking distance to the VA hospital and 10-15 minute walk to the other hospitals. The gym, pool and meetings spaces are always clean and easy to use.

Overall a great place to live, very low drama for the 3 years. Not perfect, but one of the better run complex I have lived in, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to med center and/or the park.

Responsive staff. Great team. Maintenance is on top of both tickets and community maintenance. The community is very nice and safe. No issues.
The staff goes above and beyond! Great distance from the medical center. Puts on monthly events for an active community. Great amenities are always clean. Very quiet.
The apartment complex is immaculate! Everything is spotless and the cleanliness is top-notch. The amenities are great and the living space is well-designed. Even the parking garage and stairwells are nice, including the hallways.

staff is so helpful and amenities are fabulous! i had an issue with my carpet being full of pet hair from the previous owner and they replaced it for free and gave me a $100 gift card for the inconvenience.

My experience of living here for the last 2 years has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is welcoming and honest when it comes to pricing and expectations on when things will be resolved. When I invited a group of friends over to the Game room to watch the games, Karysn was nice enough to make sure we were having a good time. I appreciate the hospitality. I have not had many issues with my apartment, however, when my A/C went out, staff let me know at the very least they will install a portable AC unit in my room till it is fully fixed. Ultimately that was not necessary and the Maintenance crew was able to get it fixed in one day.

Elan is great. The management is super helpful, the area is kept safe and clean, and the amenities are amazing. It can be slightly pricey but it's worth it.

My experience as a resident here has been nothing short of wonderful. The apartment is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The peaceful atmosphere is one of my favorite aspects—it's always so quiet, perfect for focusing on work or simply enjoying some downtime. The community itself is warm and welcoming; everyone is friendly and there's a real sense of belonging. The pool is another highlight, offering a refreshing escape on hot days. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is. It's a great place to call home.
It used to be a great place to leave but the new management is not very effective. Things take long to get fixed and also the place is more dirty than it used to. The manager and employees are very rude except for some exceptions. Maintenance to the apartments continues to be good thanks to Oscar. Location is very convenient. We liked it because it was safe. Latently not so much, our bike was stolen and we know some cars have been broken into.
The front desk is extremely helpful and the facility is very well kept. Any issues or requests that we had were quickly responded to promptly

After living here for 3 years I can say it has been delightful. The amenities are always kept well and they are very responsive with maintenance request. The parking on the first floor and trash on the first floor is a bit of a sore topic but overall enjoyed my time living here.
Great place close to med center and hermann park. Management very reasonable and takes care of issues at a reasonable pace. Overall clean and safe place.
I signed my lease and communication with the leasing offer is so poor, I decided to break my lease even 2 months before moving in. Onto the next. Customer service is poor and nobody there wants to do their job.

I was super excited about moving here even though it was so much more than my current place. The day i moved in, i went to move the trash can off of the counter and there was a roach crawling under it. I was completely disgusted. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t slept there. I regret my decision to move here and would absolutely not recommend.

Friendly staff, overall nice and quiet building to live in. Some things need work- the damage in the hallway near the gym is still covered in tarp. Others things would be nice to have- working coffee/iced tea machines, stationary bikes with electric time/output monitors etc but overall I am happy.

I love living here! Its a quick walk to the Texas Medical Center, close to Herman Park and trails on the Bayou, quiet, and well maintained. I have a dog and love that they are dog friendly. There is a fairly large dog park and lots of areas to take my pup on long walks. So happy I moved here.

We have lived here for 4 years and Elan has truly become home. We are walking distance away from the medical center and the amenities are wonderful (gym, yoga room, dog parks, etc). Most importantly, I feel safe and secure living here. The office staff are responsive and kind. Like any other apartment complex, there will be issues here and there, however, the staff's professional response is the most important. They do their best to communicate upcoming alarm drills and expectations. Thankful to have called here our first home.

Elan is an amazing complex. Not only is it the most dog friendly apartment I have found in the med center (I looked a lot), but they are more effective at responding to requests than any other place Ive ever lived. I feel safe here and the staff goes above and beyond to help renters. Its a very lovely place to live and I highly recommend it!
