New management over the last year

It’s a trashy place to live now. We put in our 60 day notice stating that we no longer feel safe in the building. Garage security has all been let go by this management and no longer exists. If you are poor you should live here as they let in those who cannot pay rent. Relationships we have built with concierges in the building have also shared this concern with us. Lots of rude people in the building that can’t even pay their rent. Others will share that they have concerns with amenities and not having access, but amenities are not important to me. Safety and the lack of it is what I want to share in my review.

Dominion Post Oak is an amazing place to live, its 5 minutes from my job and 2 minutes from my bank, and 3 minutes away from the Galleria, we recently had Post Oak Christmas Tree lighting Ceremony... It was better than Disney's Christmas Celebration which aired on Sunday 11/27/2022.. Hands down ours was better. and we could see it from the comfort of our own homes.

Dominion Post Oak Apartments is a great place to live. It is conveniently located near the Galleria Mall and many shops, retail stores, and restaurants. The apartment themselves have great views.

The best thing about DPO is definitely the community everyone is very friendly and welcoming only thing is the apartments are very thin walled you can hear everything in the hallways, the best thing here is the 24 7 concierge someone is always downstairs to help out with anything, especially take in your packages, don't have to worry about re delivery since the Concierge is 24 7 which is a huge huge plus, the pool can be more clean though also the jacuzzi definitely needs to he cleaned starting to look old, couple more gym equipment would be nice,

I have only lived at Dominion Post Oak for two weeks but thus far the experience has been great. The concierge, maintenance team, and leasing agent are all very friendly, responsive, and professional. The building is kept up very well and COVID-19 protocols are adhered to and followed. The views are amazing and the amenities are awesome. Spacious apartments that have more of a condo feel than an apartment. Im happy I selected Dominion Post Oak as my residence.

So many thing are bad in this building. During COVID, it is different situation of course but it is so hard to fix the issues. I have been seeing other building, they are more helpful and friendly than here. The resident portal system is so bad and I have not having access for 3 months and each time for paying the rent is difficult. I am a person who always pay on time but the system is not working so people need to wait to write a check. So many other issue, like people who live here are not following rule of COVID and swimming area was so dirty and many other people who are not leaving in this apartment used the area and break the rule. Also, I cant believe that my car had scratch inside the parking lot. I told my issue to management . They tried to help me to give reserve parking but I was so mad because I thought that maybe it is safe to park your care the parking lot but I saw it is not because crazy people are everywhere, they can use their key to scratch your car. I will spend a lot of many too fix my car . On the other hand, before moving here, I liked the location and a person who work in leasing office. She is so helpful to fix the issue. Finally, I am tried of all of those things I wish that they will try to fix the issues and make this build leave better ...

I've been living here for almost 2 years. No complaints at all. Best location in Houston. Great management staff. Always there when you need them. Concierge always willing to go above and beyond to assist me. My experience has been GREAT so far!!!

The Dominion Post Oak is a wonderful gem, located in the heart of the Galleria. You are within minutes to all these fantastic places: The Galleria Shopping Mall, Whole Foods, HEB, Central Market, Starbucks, Costco, Banks and all the best restaurants in town. A few minutes access to the interstate and everything in Houston. The best part of being at the Dominion Post Oak is the wonderful & professional staff. They are the best in the business! They are helpful, friendly and make you feel right at home. The team, the residents & the ambience is what makes The Dominion Post Oak an amazing place to live.

Great Place

The Dominion Post Oak is a great place to live. I have been here for almost two years and still loving it. The building is a walking distance to the Galleria Mall. The management team is wonderful, especially Monalisa, who ensures that residents' concern are taken care of in a timely manner. The concierge staff is also exceptional. I highly recommend this property, if you are loving for a new abode.

Fantastic Place to Live

I am a current resident at the Dominion and just signed on for another year. I love living here. The employees are wonderful - the concierge staff is phenomenal - they are always friendly, smiling and willing to help out with anything! They provide a safe living environment for a single female. In addition, Monalisa is the absolute best! I signed my original lease with her and couldn't wait to move in. We talked about decorating and paint colors - I even took her on a tour of my apartment after I was properly moved in. She is always willing to help answer any questions and she is literally the happiest person I've ever met. Everyone at the Dominion is amazing - the staff is definitely one of the main reasons why I stay year after year.

Great apartments, great location and a great team that runs it. MonaLisa, Leasing Agent, is not only friendly and courteous when you are looking to lease. Best High-rise Houston

I'm a realtor for luxury high-rise rentals. I know the market well and have carefully analyzed each building. When it came time for me to pick one of the many high-rise options available here in Houston, The Dominion was the clear front runner. Although The Dominion is slightly older than some of it's competition it is equally nice, more spacious, but most importantly has the best people (both staff and tenants.) I worked with Monalisa when signing my lease and she went above and beyond helping me turn this apartment into my home. Over a year after living here, Monalisa has continued to earn a 5 star rating. Her friendliness, customer service, and ability to connect with you and make you feel at home are UNPARALLELED. The maintenance staff also deserves recognition. Johnny, Salvador, and Jammie are always quick to fix any issues you have. They are extremely kind and extremely helpful. The spacious, luxurious, but affordable apartment is why I signed my lease, the staff members are why I have stayed.
