Cranbrook Forest

I decided on living at Cranbrook Forest and submitted my application; my timeline was tight. I needed to move in a few days after filling out the application and I was told everything would be ready. The day before I move in, I get a call asking for more documents and again I remind them my move-in date is the next day. They said if they needed anything else they would call. I downloaded everything they requested the moment I get off phone. I heard nothing else but never got confirmation of approval either. Move-in date arrives, I call before I leave because it is a 4-hour drive for me; I am told I haven't been approved yet because they are finishing my application, so I have to wait. A few hours later they call wanting more documents; I upload them. At that point it might have been too late for me to get to Houston, I asked if I left and was running a little behind would they wait for me, I was told “no, everyone leaves at 5pm”. I was going to try, anyway. Then as I am getting into my truck, I got another call saying they cannot approve my application because they need another document; my instincts were telling me if I had uploaded that document, I still would not have gotten the apartment that day. I felt like they had just started to review my application that morning and there was nothing I could do on my end that was going to make any difference. I heard giggles and snickers in the background. Those women were just playing around at my expense. Now, no apartment and I must stay in a hotel the first week on the job because of incompetence.

Veronica and Jessica is amazing! I was displaced due to hurricane Laura and Delta. They have been so nice and helpful every step of the way! I will tell everyone I know about these apartments! Forever a tenant ??

I've lived there since Harvey and new management is there now they doing an Excellence jobs at supplying the needs for the people that tenants and the community as a whole so I'm keeping you safe holes in the concrete in and outside of the apartments new carpet new appliances and the management is kind

Do not move here! My son got sick, and I tried to call the front desk several times and no one answered to ask if I could bring my rent payment the next morning, and all she would say is she was here until 7p and I would have a late fee. Infested with bugs, and hidden fees monthly on the water/trash bill! Do not ever move here!!

since the new property management change. There has been GREAT changes. Work orders are getting done, and all the staff is GREAT. Glad they Kept Kelia there, she is awesome. The previous management felt like they never cared about us. Never ever got stuff done, property was always dirty. EVEN THE POT HOLES are getting fixed after couple years of complaining. property has totally did a 360 within a couple month with new management.

I have lived here for over a year. I've always been greated warmly and professionally by office staff. I recently needed a new kitchen faucet as the other one was not working properly. I called it in to be repaired and to my surprise it was replaced with a shiny new one! It was also completed in a very timely manner! Over all my experience here has been a good one!

I have lived in this complex for the past 3 years and I love it. The office staff does an awesome job at rectifying any issues that you may have, they are always hosting resident friendly events and the rent is extremely reasonable. The location of the complex grants you privacy and convenience for an ideal balance.

I have lived here for the past year and it has been really nice. The apartment leasing staff and manager are very nice and willing to help out with whatever you may need. I'm sad to have to leave (due to a new job in another city). I have never met office staff as nice as these. The only pay option is easy too!

The pool, fitness center, and the community are a perfect fit for my new home!

The current Leasing Agent is very nice and helpful. I cannot wait to move in into this community!

I visited this complex looking to get an apartment. The office staff was really nice. Especially the leasing agent and the manager! They answered all of my questions and seem to really care about me and my kids finding a home!
