Roaches, dog poop everywhere, glass at the dog area, shootings and so much more
I have lived here for 2 years with 12 month leases. My lease is just about to renew and they have just increased my rent $372, a 30% increase. It was only a 1 year lease so it isn't like they were making up for no rent increases for several years and they raised it last year as well. I called the office and their explanation was that was what the market will bear. So unless you can afford a jump in rent like that from year to year, I would suggest you not sign a lease with them and end up scrambling like I am to find another place to live.
1 star is way too much for this place. I would not recommend this property to anyone. This place is roach infested and no matter who comes out, the roaches dont go away. My vehicle was stolen from here and also towed for no reason at all. These people only want money and could careless about their tenants. If you want to live that way, then this is your place. #StayAway from here ??????
