Overall a great complex.
A good complex with a great location! • The management and maintenance are pleasant and very responsive to requests. • The move-in process was easy and efficient • The grounds including the pool, gym, and common areas are very well kept and there is plenty of parking • Not too happy with the thickness of the floors and ceilings. • It has been a great place to live and an overall nice experience so far.

Love my new place
Cortland is a wonderful place to live. Staff is very friendly, and neighbors all seem very nice. The amenities (two large pools, 2 level fitness area, and awesome clubhouse) are amazing. I would highly recommend living here.

I'm in my first month and just love this place, overall. It's close to absolutely everything you would need. The place stays quiet, and I don't have to fight any crowds for a spot at the pool or games at the clubhouse with the kids. I had a couple of service requests, and they were extremely responsive and friendly when completing the service. The staff here just seems happy to work here and help people and there's just a good vibe here.

Great Property & Staff
Cortland Allen Station is such an awesome apartment complex. It is a very quiet and calm place to live. You have popular shopping centers, restaurants, and parks nearby. Great Property and Service
We recently moved to this property and couldn't be happier with our decision! The property is very well placed just off US 75 with plenty of options for daily groceries, shopping and entertainment. Big shoutout to Kyara, who made the whole on-boarding process seamless and easy. She was always available to answer our questions and went out of the way to help us during our move in. Also big kudos to Seewan from the maintenance team for the brilliant and efficient service. He went above and beyond to action our service requests in a timely manner.

Excellent management
This property is in excellent location near all shops and restaurants very convenient Ot has excellent exercise room clean swimming pools management keep it very clean they take care of any problems fast It’s fun to live here.

Bad maintenance and rain your rent by more than 25% every year
Don’t move in! Once you settle down, they begin to raise your rent by more that 25% every 9 months/12 months.

Gone down with new management
Since the new management has taken over the community has really gone done. They don’t clean the grown, dog poop, and trash is a big problem. Make sure you look at your actually unit before moving in not just the display.

It's a good location for me and my husband, but we ran into some issues. First of all, the window in my apartment unit wasn't installed properly. It left a gap between the window panes, which can later be the place where mold is developing. The elevator next to my apartment unit wasn't installed properly. My husband left the apartment complex staff know and the elevator hasn't been fixed. I will not renew my lease.

This apt complex is right next a great shopping center and the shaded trail and dog park is huge plus. But it should be noted that they continue to change their polices and limit resident amenities. So If you come for the amenities your access to them may change drastically over time and not for the better.

This is such a nice place!! I love my unit. Its nice and quiet due to the hallways separating us from neighbors. The garage is scary to navigate because its 2-way on both sides and tight when cars stick out into the driving space but as long as you drive slow around corners its great and its so nice to have covered parking. Its a community with lots of dogs and dog lovers with dedicated spaces for them on site. The pools are such a beautiful feature/amenity. Its like being at a resort. Seriously, this is a great place with management that cares and tries to accommodate and make things nice. Esteban is an amazing leasing agent and community asset!! So is Lady and Huang and the cleanup/maintenance crew!!

Really poor maintenance
The maintenance is so poor that it’s such a mess!Lots of things have been broken for month but they don’t repair them.You never want to get any water out of the tap because they are all broken for a very long time.The pool is too filthy to use!They haven’t cleaned it for a very long time!Not to mention the surprise trash you can always find at some corner of the building.

Courtland Allen Station is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Management is professional and friendly, maintenance is timely and helpful, and the complex itself is overall very clean and welcoming. Multiple saltwater pools, a great 2 story gym, and awesome recreation room don't hurt either. This is somewhere that anyone will feel proud to call home, no matter what stage of life they're in - from college student, to working professional, new parent, retiree, and beyond.

Poor maintenance
I agree piles of old furniture and garbage piled up. Garage landing dirty and the first floor entrance to the apartments stinks from the garbage room. Broken entrance doors. Dirty smelling 1st floor hallways. Dogs poop and pee on the carpets and maintenance don’t sweep or shampoo the carpets , they only keep by the office clean. Dead rat in garage for days and maintenance walks by it. In February, some apartments were flooded including the hallways and the management have not replaced the hallway carpets that are probably harboring mold and mildew. Drivers race through the garage and have damaged the garage gates. Some tenants tried to burn the complex down and the fire marshal was called. Pool damaged can’t use for now.

Hello- Thank you for your review. We regret that you have experienced these concerns, but would like to make you aware of developments we have been making in these areas. We did experience a lapse with the scheduling with our trash, but this was resolved a few weeks ago. We have moved forward and hired more staff to assist with the hallways. We did have a restoration company come out and assess all the damages and repairs that are still taking place. Unfortunately, it is difficult to monitor everyone's speed in the garage. We do post speed limit signs for everyone to abide, however. Pools are only closed until our final inspection is conducted. We have sent messages stating that once inspection is passed, the pools will be open. I'd like to speak to you about the fire marshall being called out. At your earliest convenience, please contact the leasing office at allenstation@cortland.com. I'd like to discuss these concerns you stated. Trash is a major problem here. Piles of garbage and discarded junk grow and grow. Hallways reek of rotten garbage. It's like we live in a dumpster. They are making all these nice improvements around the pool, but they really should be dealing with the trash issues.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the recent situation with our trash chute was an inconvenience, and want to assure you that it will not be the norm. Once our trash chute broke, the soonest our vendor was able to service it was one week later, unfortunately. After performing their assessment, they determined that they needed to order additional parts to repair it, which added to the amount of time it took to have it fully repaired and functional again. We also experienced an unfortunate lapse in service from our recycling vendor, but I was able to get them to come out last week. Because of this experience, we will now have them come out more times each month to take care of the recycling. So Excited about this place!
I just moved into these apartments and I must admit they are one of the best I've ran across. First, the leasing agent Kyara, was a rockstar. She was very helpful from the time I walked in up to my move in. She answered all of my questions and removed all of my concerns on the spot. I was looking for a communal feel and this has it! The people here are so generous, and the office offers monthly community gatherings-virtual of course. Lastly, the community amenities along with the modern appeal within the units are stellar all by themselves. If you're thinking above moving here. Do it! And be sure to ask for Kyara.
