I’ve lived at cedar valley for nearly 2 years now. I’m beyond thrilled by the attentiveness and dedication that the management staff puts forward everyday. Maintenance requests are completed timely. Questions are always answered fully and timely. The staff is personable and kind. The living area itself is stunning. Great appliances, beautiful floors and carpet. Parking is always available and accessible. The community here really makes it feel like a home. I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for an apartment.
We are going into our last month here and the past year has been nothing but a positive experience. We had great neighbors, there was hardly ever any noise, the property was well taken care of and any issue we had was fixed right away! Almost all summer I had the pool to myself no one hardly ever went!! There would be at times some kind of get together with the office that had cookies and if you won a drawing a gift card! I am vey glad we chose to live here and I am sad to be leaving and wish we wouldve stuck with renewing our lease. I definitely recommend lookin into this location! Plus is They are also very pet friendly
I am very happy to have chosen this location for my first home with my boyfriend in our dog. The staff is easy going and when there's a problem it gets fixed right away. Our neighbors are wonderful and quiet I have yet to have any noise problems since moving in besides the upgrading they were doing but they worked fast and it was done with in a few days. The new updates are so awesome. I am very happy to be living here we feel we are at home. It's a great place in a good location, I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
My Husband and I have been living here for a few months now and it's beginning to feel like home. When we first moved in yes there was noise during the day, because when you're upgrading apartments, you make noise. The staff worked fast and at decent hours so it wasn't that bad. When I say it's beginning to feel like home, it's because we downsized from a town home to a 1BR. The office staff have been great and very helpful in our transition. Being available to answer our questions, and having answers for us. I have recommended Cedar Valley Apartments to a few of our friends that were looking for nice, clean and great neighborhood apartments. Yep, it feels like home!
Cedar Valley Apartments recently changed management and the new management has made several upgrades already with more still coming. There is plenty of convenient parking in the lot and lots of garage stalls, that are all getting powered doors with remotes. There is a well maintained pool in the middle of the four buildings and plenty of laundry machines (I've never had to wait for one to open up). Located right off Cedar Avenue there is easy access to lots of shopping and restaurants in the heart of Apple Valley. It is also just minutes from both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Interstate 35E is literally one exit north on Cedar Ave. As a cable technician I also know the the cable in all four buildings was recently rewired providing some of the cleanest signal of any apartments in the area. It's a quiet apartment complex with many families. You do pay for more utilities than some other apartments, but the cost is still quite reasonable. The management team responds quickly to maintenance requests as well, I have put in two maintenance requests for minor issues and someone was by that day each time.
New management is working on renovating everything and making some major changes. Parking lots resurfaced and newly paved; laundry rooms renovated to seem less like a box; apartments are renovated to include new appliances, carpeting, doors and fixtures. Quick drive to shopping, restaurants, parks, everything you could need. In this transition, things are falling through the cracks. Office hours are unreliable, communications are ambiguous and take a long time to resolve. Give it six months or a year for management to figure things out.
Cedar Valley Apartments has new owners and new maintenance and new managers. They are doing so many improvements and projects that checking it out is so worth it! The location is so great and I know these new people, they are great to. Give them a visit and see for yourself.
