I was really excited to move into this apartment community; My lease officially started on June 27th, and during signing, Miriam told me the fob to access amenities and tags weren’t ready yet, but I could pick them up the following week. No problem, I figured since I wasn’t moving in until July 5th anyway. On July 5th. My wife went to the office to pick them up, only to be told by Miriam that they still weren’t available, and to come back the next week. A little frustrating, but we stayed patient Today is July 8th. I went in myself, hoping to finally get the keys, but Miriam wasn’t there. The other staff lady in the office told me she couldn’t give me anything because she didn’t know whether I’d already picked them up or not—and I’d have to wait until Miriam comes back from vacation on Thursday and I might have already taken it, in other words I could be lying!!!! That honestly left me speechless. What if Miriam doesn’t come back? What if she quits? Should I be expected to pay for replacement fobs and tags just to access the property I’m paying rent for? What really upset me is the unspoken suggestion that I might be lying about not receiving them. That kind of mistrust, especially from someone managing the place I now live in, feels incredibly disrespectful. I just moved in and I’m already disappointed. This wasn’t what I expected at all in my first week of moving

Let's start with the entire staff... from office to maintenance. They are all so great, they really care about the residents and the maintenance team comes so fast to resolve any issues. The manager is amazing and makes the community better every since she arrived. When I moved here 2 and a half years ago it has changed for the better.

I just moved in, and Miriam promised I would love my new home and she was right. I absolutely love it! I was looking for a small, close-knit community, and this place has it all. It's quiet, clean, and the location is perfect. I'm already feeling right at home.

The location is quiet, close to the mall plus highways!!
Living here is pleasant and quite and the staff is kind and professional.
For the most part anytime I've sent a request or called the office directly, the request gets taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
Leasing Agent was friendly and very informative about our rates and the floorplans.
My apartment is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, great location and maintenance issues are resolved quickly.
For the most part, there is peace and quite, day or night. It is a nice complex. Enjoyable!

Make a written request and it gets done within 12-24 hrs. based on day of the week.
I do like how that notices are sent out about trash and cleanliness . I believe it helps the property value . I know some tenants throw trash and leave it I try to help pick up after others as well to help keep our community looking good .
No know will ever pick up your call or call you back for that matter. On day of move in my apartment was not move in ready and bathrooms were disgusting. Don’t sign anything until you do a full inspection. I really had high expectations of the property because of the reviews. Don’t be fooled by their good reviews and don’t sign until you see yoke actual apartment. I wished I could up load picture to show how nasty my supposedly apartment ready was.
The customer service is great and they helped me throughout the whole process.
They respond in a timely manner most of the time..
I would recommend because it’s very safe and affordable and is effective for anyone rather single , family , and it is also pet friendly !

I was sold the moment I walked into the door of the leasing office. The property was immaculately kept, the staff was professional, friendly, and very engaging, and the unit that I chose meets ALL of my requirements in terms of size, privacy, location, security, and appearance.
Why I wouldn't is the dumpster is always over flowing and the company who picks the dumpster up doesn't pick everything so we have trash all over the place for days
This is a great convenient place with more understanding people within the area.
I would rent here because it felt like home when I walked in the apartment. I love the space and the features of the apartment.

I like the floor plan of the 3 bedroom and it is at a good price. It is a really quiet complex which I love. Parking is sometimes a challenge but not too bad. Dog friendly is a bonus

I would recommend. However, most of the appliances are very old. They need to be replaced with new ones.
So far its been great other than the constant thumping sounds from the above unit.
There are, hands down, more positive than negative things to say. I would love it if the apartment management brought some solutions to the table with regard to my wall color. Shortly after we moved in the apartment color scheme changed. That was fine with us, until we wanted some touch-ups in our apartment. We were told by the previous management team that the paint was no longer available. Therefore, we now have walls that have the imprints of living with children, and no way to remedy that. There was a certain maintenance crew member who, under the direction of the previous management team, gave us what may have been the previous color scheme for the wall. This maintenance crew member knocked on our door, delivered the paint, and when asked we asked him if the paint would work, his response was as follows: "It should work, but it doesn't that's your problem." Speechless.
Love the apartment complex, I just need things fixed right the not to keep putting a bandage on the problem.
Besides the slow maintenance completion, it's a nice community to live in.
I think it is a good complex I like living in the apartment complex and their is always room for improvement for the up keep and the trash that is sometime display around the apartment and people should care about the condition of their living quarters. Other than that no complains.
I love the convenience of the location to the school, shopping, washer and dryer included. Garages and amenities.
Response time was awesome. Both the leasing office agents, Sylvia, Kay & Kayla were responsive,professional and caring. Daniel,from maintenance responded quickly. He went over and above his assignment. I'm completely satisfied. They all are to be commended.

Too many residents don't respect the rules, they don't take their pets to designated areas, cars that are not functional sitting on the lot.

I've lived here twice and since 2015 the landscaping is not up to par. This area is nice and I feel that the landscape could reflect that.

I would but for one exception every year the lease is renewed it keep going up,looking for a stable place to live not chasing rent .
