I’m writing this review to talk about my experience with move in since I just moved in I can’t give an experience on living on the property full-time just yet. I want to highlight the experience of looking for apartments and how the stuff that works in the leasing office can absolutely make or break The idea of applying. I view the apartments two times. The first time I viewed that I loved the apartment, but there were some things that were missing that I really wanted, but the customer service experience that was given by key made me revisit the property a second time and this time I brought my sister who was also looking. Key was open and willing to answer any questions break down the entire process, explained the benefits of what I was getting on property and completely changed my mind of what I thought I needed it and made me want to call this place home as a manager myself and someone who is working customer service for a very long time. That experience is very important to me and something that even stood out to my 13-year-old I do not think I would have at least here if it wasn’t for her and then meeting the manager afterward, she continued that great customer service (Sydney) I am extremely happy with my movement process and look forward to living on property with this leasing leadership team. My sister even decided to lease because of Key (Keiandra) I think is her actual name.

This would be the worst apartment complex I've ever lived. Save yourself and STAY AWAY from this complex. 1. The management team are unprofessional and careless about tenants. When you met some issues and asked for help, you would get nothing from them. They only cared about the acquisition of new tenants, but never care of those who've signed the lease. 2. The soundproofing is very terrible if you are sensative to the noises. The wall is paper-thin. You can easily hear your neighbor's music and stomping. I was always suffering from upstair loud music and stomping at midnight, even at 3 or 4 am in the morning. Your sleep time can only follow your loud neighbor but not yourself. 3. The neighbors were noisy. When I was trying to ask for help from the management, no one cared about my requests and complaints. 4. There were many and many hidden fees every month. I was charged extra hundreds dollars from them on monthly basis. Some fees are ridiculous. They were trying to charge every coin from your pocket. 5. Before moving-out, the management never contacted me for inspections or instructions on how to return. But when I returned everything I had on move-out day, they even charged me extra days on the rent. Is this ridiculous? 6. They will make up many and many items to steal your deposit. You would never expect to get your deposit from them. 7. The management team changed all the time. They would never follow up your business when new crew being there. So your request would never be solved. Overall, I felt relieved and lucky to finish the lease and stayed away from this complex. I sincerely hope you would never start the nightmare at the beginning as I've experienced. SAVE YOURSELF AND AWAY FROM HERE. Once again, the worst apartment complex I've EVER lived!!

The pool at this complex is closed, it has been closed since March or April and the management has no intention of reopening it. They claim they cannot get pool pumps, and they have continued to charge residents for pool access. A pool is a necessity in Vegas during the summer; this complex is lying to and ripping off all of their tenants. NEVER move here!!

If you like walking past trash and garbage in the stairwell while you arrive to your apartment then this is the place for you. There is currently trash and garbage and boxes in the stairwells that have been sitting their for weeks that the apartment staff or maintenance have yet to clean or pick up. Carpets leading up to your apartment never get vacuumed. A used dirty wash cloth sat for weeks in one of the hallways before I finally picked it up. I have taken dozens of pictures to document. Don’t get me wrong, the residents shouldn’t be leaving trash in the hallways but it doesn’t help the dumpster is a block away which causes residents to leave it in the hallways to begin with. I’ve stayed in places a lot cheaper then this that had the hallways cleaned a lot better than this place. Also, the pool is broken every other day and there’s major lapses in security with doors being propped open all the time and pedestrian gates not working and leaving the complex unlocked. I could go on and on but I highly suggest you do not stay here.

My apartment is nice and the staff is great however the complex is dirty. There is valet trash service yet every other day there is some random bag of trash in the stairwells. The stairwells are dirty and no one eve runs the vacuum in the hallways so there is trash and soooooo much dog hair that it tacks into my apartment. There should be someone that cleans the halls and vacuum the common areas like other complexes especially for the cost of rent here.
