Best apartment complex! The staff at the office are very helpful, apartment is great and up to date and the residents are friendly. Whenever we have a problem maintenance comes right away! The amenity fees are very reasonable just like other apartment charges and you get more of benefits of all the great amenities in this apartment. I love it here. I would recommend it to a friend for sure.

You are a fool to spend this much on rent for a place like this in a location like this. 75$ resort fee PER PERSON for what is essentially just a pool and a gym at this point, I have been here nearly a year and the other half of the amenities I still have not seen. beware: PAPER THIN walls, your neighbors will hear you and you will hear them, next to you and above you. I have not had this problem at other cushman properties but this is so bad its funny. The "smart" features will be unused, there is no advantage to using them. Electric chargers are a joke here, expensive and unavailable most of the time. It is a shame as the apartments themselves are beautiful, but is evident that people don't want to stay here as there are evictions all the time. 1 year later, this place still looks empty, how are they going to manage when there are 10 buildings open? Look elsewhere
Management and apartments are horrible. Complete waste of money for no accountability from owners to hire and fire for this building to thrive. Broken promises left and right on amenities, luxury, and well-developed leadership to help with negligence, and incompetence, and timeliness with requests to staff to make good on promises. Months with emails not responded to fix construction issues in unit (bathroom fans never turn off, wall painting and repairs needed, unfinished installment of the lamp in kitchen, paint on the floor, (incomplete and ongoing construction, dust, noise, and safety hazards everywhere. Pet throw up and pee in the hallways of the building. Dusty seating and lounge area with the constant smell of weed. Yoga Studio workout mirrors not working since my move in APRIL 2023. -never fixed. Theather not ready for 6 months past date promised and locked when the office is closed. Mats in the Yoga studio are torn up and stolen by residents leaving 1 if that left that is usable. Kids running loose in the gym. (safety concern). Yet Mothly fees are taken. Pool is often closed for maintenance or X reason. Clubhouse closed for construction OFTEN. Bathrooms inside the clubhouse are frequently broken or not working. Lack of timely notice for smoke alarm check that last the entire day and disrupts work and home life. Call them and each team member ask the other one what the issue is after they already spoke to you multiple times. RUN! Don't rent here.

75$ amenity fee, could be better with responding. did an application 2 days ago and they are just starting on it today. hidden $300 monthly fee for terms less than 12 months. I was told it by one person it was waived and once my money was taken they switched it to 300. property looks good, has potential. Only one building is done
