I loved living at Applewoods Apartments! Very quiet and everyone is very nice, including the staff and maintenance guys. Plus, it has an elevator and heated underground parking! The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was such a great size for my son and I and you cannot beat the great bedroom sizes! I highly recommend!
There are much nicer places around Apple Valley to move to, and ones where you actually have nice amenities.
Great place to live and to call home, I’ve been living there for about 2 years love the place your by different restaurants, shopping areas etc your pretty much close to everything within walking distance and I love it but unfortunately Ive been living in Minnesota for 27years and it was time to relocate so I moved to California but great apartment love it... and the property manager Jill she’s amazing and will go above and beyond for her tenants and she’s so sweet SHES ABSOLUTELY THE BEST LANDLORD IVE EVER HAD. She’s AMAZING!!!! ??
I loved living here! We lived here for 7 years and never had any problems! The building was always clean, and very quiet! I would definitely move back here again!!
Poor management and maintenance. Management isn't on site always and the maintenance of the building and apartments is very low.
Great place to call home!!!! Management and staff are very helpful..... If you have a problem you just need to call. They take care of it quickly. Management is not on-site everyday but there is a main office in South St. Paul that has staff 24 hours. They offer underground parking and a large backyard with grills. The apartments have tons of space.........
A lot of money and none of the amenities. Poor management. Problems with hot water, people stealing things, no upkeep on building, inside or out, carpets are terrible.
